The company wrongly charged me, enrolled me in a subscription service that I did not consent to, and failed to address my concerns when contacted.
I was offered a $50 credit after completing a Costco survey via email. This company's website stated that I would only be required to pay a $4.95 shipping fee for a sample of their product. After inputting my credit card information, I had not yet proceeded to check out when they already charged my card. I had decided that I did not want the product and exited out of the browser window, but they had already charged my card.
The following month on 11/04/19, I was charged $88.46 and immediately called customer service upon receiving my bill. In total, I have contacted customer service 3 times without receiving helpful assistance. The first representative I spoke to on 12/16/19 hung up on me as I was explaining my concerns. The second representative later that day told me that they could not access my account and would call me back, which never occurred. The third representative (12/17/19) told me they could only discount the monthly subscription fee, which I had not agreed to in the first place.
Nowhere on their website did they mention the extra charges and subscription enrollment. I am frustrated that they charged my credit card even prior to me checking out and with the lack of professionalism when trying to resolve this issue with them. I would like a full refund of the $88.46 charge on the product.

A full refund of the $88.46 charge on order #*** and the full discontinuation of any of their subscription services.

According to our records, Ms. did initiate a dispute with her credit card company. As a result, the chargeback was applied to the charge and we are unable to issue an additional credit as the charge has already been reversed back by the bank. Ms. account remains closed.

As stated in the complaint, I was charged without consent a total of two times: 1) 11/4/19 - $88.46 for a product that I had not agreed to purchase, as I did not complete the checkout process but was automatically charged and 2) 12/18/19 - $93.43 for a subscription of which I neither agreed to nor had any prior notification of.
After contacting my credit card company, I was credited back the second charge ($93.43). My complaint is regarding the first unauthorized charge ($88.46), which was placed without my consent prior to checkout. I had decided NOT to complete the order purchase and therefore never agreed to being charged for the product.
Please refund the initial charge in full so that we can resolve this issue as soon as possible.

This company is a complete scam. I "won" some Black Friday deal and they sent me a product and then signed me up for an auto subscription that I did not agree to.

I completed an online survey allegedly for Amazon & was told I'd receive a free gift but I needed to pay $1.99 shipping. Instead they charged $24.94.

They finally issued me a refund. Thank you.

Advertising free trail and only have to pay shipping on 1 product then get charged for 3. Then they charge monthly for a service you did not request.
Received email about free products only pay for shipping(looked like it was Amazon). Once ordered they charged me for 3 shipping charges on 12/5 worth 25.00. I received email and looked at bank account and saw this and emailed back stating to cancel order, they did not and received the 3 products in mail a week later. On 12/18 they are now trying to charge my card again 88.64. Had to call bank and cancel card and then will dispute charge.

They did contact me and they did refund my money and stopped the renew but I did cancel my credit card and have to get a new INE just to make sure.

Never received Lapura free sample yet l was sent 3 products I did not order and charged $74.85. Sent it back, expect full refund, no restocking fees.
I participated in an online survey from Capital One Bank for which l was supposed to receive a free gift from La'pura for only the shipping charge of $4.95, which l put on a Mastercard. I never received the free trial sample, instead l received 3 products on 12/16/19 (order #AEXXXXXBE1) for which l was charged $74.85. I neither ordered these products nor authorized the $74.85 credit card charge. When l contacted La'pura by phone, they offered to refund me the $74.85 less a $9.95 restocking fee per item (3), should l opt to return the products. I refused to pay a restocking fee since l did not order the products, yet l mailed the unopened product back to them on 12/17/19 via USPS and would like a full refund. I have also sent a letter of dispute to my credit card company. Thank you for your assistance Revdex.com.

I would like a full refund of $74.85, as l was under the impression l had 2 weeks from the order date of the free sample (12/09/19 ) to cancel my enrollment in automatic monthly shipments of La'pura products. I feel it is completely unfair to pay a restocking fee of nearly $30.00 for products l did not order.

We see he contacted email support and was informed of a partial refund for the products that were returned. The full refund was not given at that time due to opened products that were returned against our policy. We have gone ahead and issued an additional refund of $34.89 to accommodate for your request. I contact my credit card company to make a dispute about that change. They been charge my credit card many times. So far they agree to refund me the last charge about $88 and $84 and stop the continues order .

I sent my return receipt to dispute again . I got back my $84.37 for Permanent . Can you help me to get back my shipping fee $11.75 please

The company fraudulently took money out of my bank account twice 2 separate time for items I did not order and gave no consent .And then after calling la Pura skin care to complain, I find out that they had charged me again a 3rd time with out consent and now I am waiting again for the company to refund my back account.It bad business

I don't want their products and want them to stop sending them to me and to stop charging my credit card.
On line I applied for a free sample of one of their beauty products. They sent me it and some other cream I don't want. They then charged my credit card $88. I want them to stop charging my card and refund me. I am unable to make contact w/ them. I have called their phone no. during their business hours several times w/ no answer. I don't want to have to cancel my credit card to get rid of them. Please advise me what to do next. I see that the Revdex.com has rated them low.

I have heard from this company. They have canceled my account but I am waiting for them to send me an address label for the last shipment and a refund. I have contacted them twice recently asking for the above mentioned. I have not gotten a response to my request.

I believe my case is resolved even though I would have liked to receive a full refund. My "membership" was canceled and I was refunded 50% of the last order sent to me. Thank you for your involvement in this matter.

I received 3 unauthorized charges on my credit card- when I called to let them know I have never signed up to receive their product, I was told I would have to contact the USPS and file a claim, since apparently these products were delivered to my home- I of course didnt agree with this because regardless if the products were delivered (which they were NOT) I never authorized or signed up for there free trial or monthly member ship- they would need this claim information to give me a refund Against my better judgement, I started to file a file a claim and since this product was not shipped with insurance I was unable to file the claim. Call back spoke to another rep to let her know there was no way to file a claim and I wanted to speak with a supervisor/manager for a full refund. Dawn (manager) advised I would not have to file a claim with USPS but I would have to file a missing mail report- did so- called back waited on hold forever. Dawn the manager (was very helpful however) did in fact call back and let me know that she was offering a full refund for the amount that was unlawful taken from me. $97.40- let see in a few days if my money is returned????!!!!!

I thought I was ordering just 1 item from them and. I was changed for 3 different items on my credit card. They told me that I had to send the items back. And I would get a refund. This order was placed on the 4 of December, I can't get a reply from them on my email address and they don't answer the phone. For me to find out when I'll get my refund.

The company if LaPura skin care or it's subsidiary removed $88.00 from my checking account without my authorization.
I got an email stating I won a bottle of La Pura skin cream . It would only cost $1.00 with $5.00 shipping charge. I completed transaction over computer using debit card. I was mailed three bottles of cream. I received them last week. Today I discovered a withdrawal from my checking account fromSKINFACECREAMLIFEST*0126CAUS.of $88.46. I be,uve this is from La Pura. I cannot reach them by any phone or by email.

Overcharged my debit card 3 times
On 12/12/2019 I got an email to do an amazon customer survey & I completed the survey and was awarded one bottle of free skin lotion and the charge was $4.95 for shipping and handling. I did not click to purchase anything else nor was there a payment screen after my card was entered to approve the amount like most websites have. I was given an order # with no details of the amount my card was charged yet had numerous items I supposedly 'purchased' which is why I got concerned? I checked my bank account and I then saw my bank account had three charges $24.32, $19.95 & $29.95 which I did not approve. I tried to call the customer service phone number XXX-XXX-XXXX that was provided with the order ID # 9E173F5483 but it constantly says they are closed and I tried the online contact for support and it is a non working webpage ***@try-la-pura-skincare.com. I want my card refunded as I did not order nor authorize any of these charges. The only charge I authorized was the $4.95 shipping and handling charge for the lotion which I no longer want as they are taking advantage of people online that have amazon accounts. I called Amazon & they said they did not send out the email with the survey. I am very upset and I had to cancel my debit card right before the Holidays which now I will have to update all my online billing companies with as well as need to wait for a new card which can take up to 10 business days. This is a huge inconvenience and now I feel vulnerable and worried my information is in their systems. I would like my card refunded all 3 charges as well as my information removed from all of their databases as they are running a scam and taking advantage of people. Please help me recover my money as I am a single mother that barely makes ends meet which is one of the reasons I did the customer satisfaction survey for Amazon as I have never had an issue with them and wanted to give them a great review and I feel 'duped'. I took a Walgreens survey and was supose to receive a bottle of the cream for free with the 4.95 shipping but my credit card was charged $24.90
The order was on December 12th 2019 and I've tried calling over and over customer service and the recording says closed I was deceived and I just want the $19.95 that my card was overcharged

REFUND NOT ISSUE AND NEVER GOT A PRODUCT
I got an email asking to answer a Cotsco survey and as rewards I was able to choose a price only paying for shipping. When I finish my survey it took me to La pura webiste. I pay for the shipping to get my sample then 10 days later they charge my debit card two transactions one for $85.00 and the second for $88.00. Nowhere in the ordering page said you were signing up for a subscription. So I call them to cancel the subscription and ask for no product to be send to me. I was expecting a refund they never issue. So I dispute the charges with my bank. My bank gave a credit and when they contacted this company they told my bank I got a refund already. So my bank is deducting the credit the gave me while investigating the claim. I called after I heard the news from my bank and the rep only said because I was a charge back I needed to reach out to my bank. I asked to speak with a supervisor and they place me on hold for more than 40 minutes. The girl keep saying I'm not able to get a hold of a supervisor. I asked to email me something that I can show my bank and she refused. Just kept referring me to my bank. What type of customer service is that. Now im out of money or product. This is a very deceiving business.

Please do not order from this company. It is a scam and a rip-off. They will not answer email complaints and they make it difficult to return products you did not order. I will dispute this charge to my credit card company in hopes of ending this nightmare. My charge should have been $4.95 but turned into over $28.00.

It's a scam and billed under different names. They don' t tell you to send back the sample or how much items cost.

I agreed to try a sample of their product and pay postage only. Less than a month later I had unauthorized charges to my account for 88.46 and 84.37.
After agreeing try a sample and pay postage only, I now have unauthorized charges to my bank account for 88.46 on 12/2/19 and 83.37 on 12/3/19. I did not sign up for membership or automatic orders. This company is very deceptive and a scam. I have been unable to contact them for a resolution. There is no way to reach them. My bank shows an account number of XXXXXXXX and XXXXXXXX and the payment was made to SKINHEALTHYCARECOA
GARDEN GROVE CA and SKINHEALTHCARECOAS
GARDEN GROVE CA respectively. I did leave a message on the facebook page for LaPura but have not received a reply. This is the only means of contacting them.

I would like a refund of my money and no further charges from the company, ie. account closed.
