THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY
They are not forthright with their charges. They never disclose the full amount of the product in the shopping cart, email, or packing slip. They hide the full amount in the tiny print of terms of conditions. They are using COVID as their excuse of not being able to return unused product, which is absolutely ridiculous! I am an ICU nurse working with COVID patients. I see people dying every time I work and it is shameful that they would use this as their excuse. They need a lesson on how this virus is transmitted and learn that a simple antibacterial wipe kills the virus. I have been working ridiculous amount of days at the hospital that I did not have time to address this being sent to me. I thought I would just be able to return it and I had NO IDEA what I was being charged. DO NOT try the trial... this company hides behind its terms and conditions and has horrible customer service. I can't believe they would charge people this kind of money and not allow a return for unused product. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!

My story is similar to the previous negative reviewsUnfortunately I ordered two separate products and was charged an additional $eachThey refused to accept any returns, and I didn't receive even a fraction of the amount back Never again! This was an expensive lesson
