I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
This is bad business practices for a company to be allowed to operate in this manner.
As I stated prior there was no invoice with any terms, which I was not allow to review on line when looking at the order. It flashed through parts of the process. If it were a honest company there would have been a invoice and one name. This has now at least 3 different names. Two names on the bank withdrawals and then another when I called to voice my dissatification. Also the customer service agent Asman, if that is really a person, was very rude and would not attempt to resolve the issue. Again it was stated that if I wanted a full refund the sample would be require to be returned unopened. This does not address the additional product that was added. It is all a scam.
They did reverse the charge and then reversed it the next day to become a charge again. This is a false statement that has been made by this company. If it is credited it should stay credited but they make no mention of this action on their part.
This company should be stopped the statement of the 14 days was not allowed to be viewed. Also an additional item was included for an additioanl $88.73 which they do not acknowledge here. My bank is also processing the complaint. This gives all honest business operators a bad name. I have a print out of my statement to prove their statement is false. However,my bank will defend me as their customer.

We have done done extensive research into the matter, and have confirmed that a refund was processed to the card used to pay for our Lavish Skin Care product. However, if that card was canceled that would explain why you have not received any payment. Please inform us if you have canceled the credit card in question, that way we may proceed with fulfilling the refund.

My story is similar to the previous negative reviews. Unfortunately I ordered two separate products and was charged an additional $89.00 each. They refused to accept any returns, and I didn't receive even a fraction of the amount back. Never again!
This was an expensive lesson.

Interestingly, the site given in the Lavish response was not the site I used for the order.  there was no mention of 14 day trial and it  offered free product plus for additional  shipping/handling, it included [redacted] cream.  Both were charged at $89.+ to my credit card.  I have not been able to find that original web site and cannot find a recognized company for the [redacted] at the telephone no. [redacted].
I appreciated your attention to this fraudulent advertising.

The information that Lavish Skin/Nova Derm responded with did not at any time "pop up" on my screen. I was not shown any price for the product other than the $4.95. I am on a fixed income and this expensive product is not in my budget, so I would not have ever responded to this if I had known. The company cleverly disguised that portion of their online agreement. Furthermore it is very bad business to refuse full refund for dissatisfaction of their product. I am more than willing to send back the unused portion, as Lavish Skin/Nova Derm did not live up to their promise of immediate results, but I expect all of my money returned to me. I would think that the company would like to resolve this matter completely to preserve their integrity with doing business with the American public, in light of the many complaints they have received.
