This is a scam! I have been dealing with this people all day. I had to finally call my bank & cancel my card. Here is something else they will call you & harass you. They have called from at least 3 numbers today.

Our records indicate that your bank/credit card processor has filed a chargeback on March 17, 2015 as per your request to dispute the charge in question. We understand your concerns, however, since your account had been flagged as a chargeback, we are unable to provide a refund in the amount of $89.73 as requested. The chargeback processor and credit card companies will determine the legitimacy of the claim and be able provide any refunds as necessary if they have not done so already.

[1. I did not use their website as they indicate. It was a sidebar ad on Facebook and there were no boxes that I checked as they indicate. I would assume they have it set up to automatically check something somewhere as part of their scam. 2. I only visited their website after I received the unwanted shipment from them to gain information about the scam. 3. I have contacted them in writing, and have a copy of my written contact on 8/30/15, to which they have not responded. 4. I will pursue contacting them by phone even though other scamees indicate they either don't answer the phone or argue and hang up. 5. If their website states a 100% money back guarantee they must honor that statement. 6. I was billed for a second shipment just as the first shipment arrived, my first indication I was a victim of fraud. 7. I have been double-billed for a product which I have returned and have proof from Lavish Skin of this product return. 8. I am filing a complaint with the Orange County District Attorney's Fraud Division. 9. I am filing a complaint with the California Attorney General's Department of Consumer Affairs.10. I am reporting the lumpy, red swollen reaction this product produced on my face to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.11. [redacted] has the same P.O. Box mailing address as Lavish Skin and I will pursue the same with them separately.]
