Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [I did not use their website as they indicateIt was a sidebar ad on Facebook and there were no boxes that I checked as they indicateI would assume they have it set up to automatically check something somewhere as part of their scam I only visited their website after I received the unwanted shipment from them to gain information about the scamI have contacted them in writing, and have a copy of my written contact on 8/30/15, to which they have not responded I will pursue contacting them by phone even though other scamees indicate they either don't answer the phone or argue and hang up If their website states a 100% money back guarantee they must honor that statement I was billed for a second shipment just as the first shipment arrived, my first indication I was a victim of fraud I have been double-billed for a product which I have returned and have proof from Lavish Skin of this product return I am filing a complaint with the Orange County District Attorney's Fraud Division I am filing a complaint with the California Attorney General's Department of Consumer AffairsI am reporting the lumpy, red swollen reaction this product produced on my face to the U.SFood and Drug Administration [redacted] has the same P.OBox mailing address as Lavish Skin and I will pursue the same with them separately.] Regards, [redacted]

I got my sample and two weeks later they charged my account $ I stopped that charge and canceled everything with them and two days later they hit my account againEven though I had a cancellation number they weren't sure what they could doFinally said they would refund waiting for the refund
