I called and canceled the lavish skin and was still billed!!! I had a bad reaction to cream the first day I used itMy problem is there is no proof I called them and was charged I told them I mailed the cream back and still got nowhere with themI don't know how these people sleep at nightThey count the day you order in those day trialI have no product and out I begged these people to give me my money and they felt 30% was sufficientThis company is a rip of!

Interestingly, the site given in the Lavish response was not the site I used for the order there was no mention of day trial and it offered free product plus for additional shipping/handling, it included *** cream Both were charged at $89.+ to my credit card I have not been able to find that original web site and cannot find a recognized company for the *** at the telephone no***.I appreciated your attention to this fraudulent advertising.Regards,*** ***

On July 13, I found a pad on the internet for a skin care product, located the phone number and ordered a "free sample", knowing I had to pay shippingI did not see the trial offer conditions and did not know I had to call to cancel future expensive deliveries, or there is no way I would have orderedWhen I ordered one product with shipment charge of $4.95, another product was added to the order, shipment charge of $I thought it was a bonus! When the packages arrived, all I received was both packing slips with very little informationWhen I received my credut card bill, charges ($and $89.94) were posted on July 27thI called Lavish Skin Care and was told it was too late to cancel the charges, however I could get half off one chargeThe person I spoke to was extremely rude and insultingI then called *** *** (different number) and was told they couldn't help meI hope people will be alert to the unethical and deceptive practices of this companyI am a senior citizen and among many other people, I certainly do not want to pay those ridiculous charges for beauty products!
