I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I was not sent anything in writing explaining what I had agreed to. 
IF you look at other "complaints" against this company, you will see they have the same complaint as I do.  No where is it clearly identified that it is a "14 day trial" or a subscription auto refill product.  IF I had known that I would not have ordered it.NO WHERE does it have T's and C's clearly defined. I believe I was on my cell phone which may have had some very small HIDDEN print to explain this.  Please do check out others' complaints- they say the same thing.  I am 54 years old- I know to look for these small T's and C'sI will never again order anything like this online.  It was not clear- no information given.  Just $4.95 to try to the product.  NO 14 day trial or that YOU GET CHARGED for the product after the 14 days!!!so there really is no "trial" they get you to order it and after 14 days they charge you for it and then they mail you refills and charge you for it- subscription based -no where is this explained clearly.  I have disputed with my credit card  company and needed to get a new credit card. It's ridiculous. honestly.

This credit would have reflected on her bank statement within 7 business days. Please see the attached document.However, Ms. [redacted]'s account had been flagged as a chargeback for additional disputed charges on July 13, 2015, and thus, we are unable to provide another refund in the amount of $89.73 as requested while the charges are in contention. Our records indicate that Ms. [redacted] contacted our customer service team and verbally agreed to a partial refund of $44.87 on July 24, 2015. Though the customer was past the guarantee period, by accepting this partial refund the customer had agreed to settle out of the account. However, we feel for the customer's concerns and have processed another refund in the amount $44.46 as requested. In addition, this customer has been taken off recurring billing and will no longer be billed. Please allow for 5-7 business days for this refund to be processed. [1. I did not use their website as they indicate. It was a sidebar ad on Facebook and there were no boxes that I checked as they indicate. I would assume they have it set up to automatically check something somewhere as part of their scam.
 2. I only visited their website after I received the unwanted shipment from them to gain information about the scam. 3. I have contacted them in writing, and have a copy of my written contact on 8/30/15, to which they have not responded.
 4. I will pursue contacting them by phone even though other scamees indicate they either don't answer the phone or argue and hang up.
 5. If their website states a 100% money back guarantee they must honor that statement.
 6. I was billed for a second shipment just as the first shipment arrived, my first indication I was a victim of fraud.
 7. I have been double-billed for a product which I have returned and have proof from Lavish Skin of this product return.
 8. I am filing a complaint with the Orange County District Attorney's Fraud Division.
 9. I am filing a complaint with the California Attorney General's Department of Consumer Affairs.
10. I am reporting the lumpy, red swollen reaction this product produced on my face to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
11. [redacted] has the same P.O. Box mailing address as Lavish Skin and I will pursue the same with them separately.]

Lavish Skin care Is not for everyone! I burned my face esp. the eye area! The Neu Dermis cream is nothing special, either
The company who manufactures these products also have very deceptive practices. I was lured to their internet offer of "risk-free trials -just pay for shipping".
I ordered only the free trials.
I received the 2 products separately .After 2 weeks I was shocked to see in my credit card statement charges for $ 89.00 and $88.00 respectively for the items. I immediately called the tel. nos. appearing on the charges . The Lavish rep refused to give me a refund but agreed to cancel future orders . The NeuDermis Rep agreed to give me 50% refund along with a cancellation of future deliveries. The rep claimed that the trial products were actually good for 1 month use and they had indicated that after 14 days of trying the products,the customer would be billed for the full amount. (I do not recall seeing these stipulations at all)! Is there a law against these practices?
