Same experience and cannot reach the company at all

The same thing happened to me but now they have their phone number on the Visa charges. I called them back one day after my "trial" period ended cause it just showed up on my account today. They will not take it back or refund my money. I told them they were a scam and the lady said they never get complaints about this! Ha that is laughable. One of the numbers is no longer in service for the third sample I got. Oh they say they are not samples but "trials" and that once you have tried for 2 weeks you are billed for the trial you have just used? Its a scam and they need to be closed down and Dr. Oz has lost his reputation in my mind!

Please see the following check-out page for more information: https://www.trylavishskincare.com/payment.php?Our records indicate you were processed a 50% refund in the amount of $44.86 on July 19, 2015 in response to your call to customer service. This amount will reflect on your bank statement within 7 business days following the aforementioned date. We understand your concerns, however, we received notice from your bank that the remaining charges have been put in dispute. Currently your account has been flagged as a chargeback because of this and therefore, we are unable to process any refunds. Ideally we have two options:
1) If you reverse the dispute, and have your bank notify us to confirm this, we will be able to process you a full refund within 7 business days following confirmation.
2) If you continue to pursue the disputed charges, it will remain in chargeback and we would be unable to process any further refunds for this account. The bank/credit card company and chargeback processing company will determine the legitimacy of the claim within the next 90 days following the date mentioned above, and be able provide any refunds as they deem necessary. In addition, all results of this dispute would be final.

very deceptive business practices! I got my sample and two weeks later they charged my account $ 89.73. I stopped that charge and canceled everything with them and two days later they hit my account again. Even though I had a cancellation number they weren't sure what they could do. Finally said they would refund waiting for the refund
