Hello,I’m sorry, when we get word from a banking institution that a payment account holder has issued a chargeback against an account, our only choice is to suspend all linked family usernames until the full chargeback amount has been paidAll family accounts, linked to the username provided, will remain banned until the full chargeback amount is paid.We apologize for any inconvenience, but due to security considerations regarding Family Plans, linking an account to a Family Account is permanent and irreversible.The customer may contact our support at [email protected] and we will be happy to provide chargeback payment information.Regards,KingsIsle Support Manager
