the representative from Len the plumber acted in a very professional manner. He was on time, and rectified the problem in the shortest amount of time, getting our water supply back to normal.
He was someone that gave you confidence in his work and ethics, someone you felt comfortable with in your own home.
I have used Len the Plumber twice within the past tear. In both times my experience has been very positive in the technicians' demeanor, appearance, knowledge and performance. Although my issues were minor in nature, I would certainly call on them again should another problem arise. I currently recommend them to family and friends when they ask me if I can recommend a reliable plumbing company.
The plumber who came to our home was friendly, courteous, competent, and professional. He diagnosed our problems, gave us the cost of fixing them, and installed a new sick faucet and garbage disposal. He made sure that we were comfortable with the new equipments' features and that we could operate both. He meticoulously performed the installations and left the area spotless. We have used other plumbers in the past, but, from now on, will only use len the Plumber.
I called Len the Plumber to verify on paper there was no leak in a pin hole on water heater. We were clear with communication and were not interested in upgrading, changing, replacing or estimates we wanted "yes it's leaking, No its not leaking due to this was time sensitive and we are going to closing. The technician agreed and looked at heater and wrote no it's not leaking with additional recommendations totaling up to 2467.00. this is disturbing and unethical selling tactics. This is clearly misleading and done with malus intent and I believe it's a way to pressure consumers to conquer additional expenses knowing clearly we were going to closing. I called his manager and came across Mike and he was rude and insulted my intelligence versus immediately rectifying issue. Clearly his technician did not deliver what he was there for and now I'm at their mercy waiting. I called several times on 7/19-7/20 spoke with Terry, Evett, Mike and to no avail. Still they have not called back as promised or e-mailed.
I'm very pleased and satisfied with Len the plumber because the person I talked with to make the appointment was very helpful and kind; she gave me an early next day appointment. The technician came within the time given and he was very friendly and fixed the situation fast and efficiently. The price was very good too.
I had a GE hotwater heater that failed under warranty (tank leak). GE requires a licensee plumber to declare the hotwater heater dead in order authorize replacement. I called Len the Plumber and asked if they could come out a diagnose the leaking hot water heater for my GE warranty. The plumber advertised and agreed to provide a diagnosis for my warranty for $49.99. When the plumber arrived they asked if I would authorize them to install a new hotwater heater, when I said no they refused provide their diagnose for my GE warranty and of course I refused to pay them.
Len the P,umber is to date (I'm 59 y/o) the finest plumbing company I have ever had the pleasure to have service my emergency plumbing situation. They are professional, efficient, immediately responsive to the needs of there clients, trustworthy, friendly, and have a great business style. I had a main drainage pipe leading out of my basement that became clogged in the part of the pipe that leads through the wall, underground and joins the main drain of the house. Because of the back pressure placed on the pipes by backed up water in the kitchen sink and my vigorous plunging technique, a significant leak occurred, pouring filthy water into my basement. There were pebbles, silt etc iall over the floor. I called Len The Plumber and was serviced by their "triage employee", who took all my information immediately and efficiently, stating someone would be arriving in 1-3 hours. She also asked for my email so she could send me a picture of the employee who would be arriving at my house and a short synopsis of this plumbers years of experience, expertise and interests etc. so I would know who to expect.
My house was built in1936, having original cast iron drain pipes leading away from the house underground, and are well known for there vulnerability to become compromised by the eroding effects of tree roots and degradation over time. A 20 year veteran of the plumbing profession named Ken, arrived at my house within the hour of my phone call. He was professional, polite, experienced, and skilled at his profession. He was able to clear the drain pipe and reinforce the joint where the leak occurred. He reinforced that joint and tethered the pipe to the wall with a strap that secured it in place to decrease its mobility, and thereby greatly reduce the risk of the joint separating again.
He emptied the putrid water out of the large plastic buckets I had used to catch the water, just to help me out. He charged me a fair price that was equal to his initial quoted price. Thank you so much, Ken, for doing a great job and going out of your way for me!

Not only was it easy to schedule a service call on a Sunday at no additional charge, but all of the staff involved were professional and courteous. Emaunel came and diagnosed the problem which was a dripping pipe under my kitchen sink. He was done in no time and to date, no problems. I had a serious plumbing problem, and felt blessed to have J. from Len the Plumber on my side. He explained exactly what would happen with Miss Utility coming to mark the lines, the county permit application, and the excavation. He gave me different scenarios depending on how the lines were marked and explained exactly what was going to happen next throughout the entire process. He finished the job exactly when he said he would. He was very professional and left the work areas cleaner than he found them.
