Historic home with cast iron, clay, and 1st generation PVC mixed mess of waste water lines The cast iron stack internally collapsed starting the chain reaction into the underground clay pipes As they progressed into the project, there were additional discoveries and issues Exterior of the house, they uncovered the abandoned cistern, replaced the stack and underground line Interior of the house post stack and waste drain replacement; they were able to reset and adjust so the lines were running with the "settled" slope of the house I appreciate their Technician for taking the time to talk about the plumbing prior to the collapse, the plans for the future during our renovation and how to protect the infrastructureThe final bill was close to the estimate provided and within reason Professional technicians who care your home, not just the plumbing

I've had Len the Plumber to my home times for a simple kitchen faucet leak After spending $150, my faucet still leaks While they were out at my house today, I asked the plumber to look at toilets that were not flushing properly He angered one of them, which worked, it took him minutes I was charged $for that service He looked at the other toilet, which I had turned the water off to, he turned the water on and never turned it back off when he left I didn't realize it until I walked into my flooded bathroom I will never, ever use them again and will tell anyone I can to avoid this company

Had a technician come out 12/10/to take a look at my sump pump in the basement He looked at it, only looked, and gave me a quote of $to put in a new one I kindly said no thanks, I don't have that kind of money I failed to ask him to check the pump? Really? He never checked it to see if it worked Not good business Expensive and just plain stupidity on his part But I still had to pay $for him looking at it not checking it Feel like a fool
I was very pleased with the quick response to our emergency request A hole in our 4" sanitary line in the basement is an emergency indeed! "Technician Mike" was dispatched to our house and arrived less than half an hour after I completed the request I asked him how long he thought it might take and he said after looking it over: "three or four hours" and he was exactly right He finished the repairs exactly four hours after he arrived It's a good looking job and it works like new (and improved.) Mike and "Len the Plumber" took good care of us
