From the initial call to the completed assessment of a challenging plumbing problem, my experience with Len the Plumber was excellent I do not hesitate to recommend this company
I had tried for days to UN-clog a stubbornly clogged toilet had snaked & augured it and used (twice) a toxic product containing sulphur that is the only de-clogger usable in a toiletStill no luckI was frantic; my grandson will be visiting me for several days, starting tomorrow, and this toilet is in the bathroom he will use
I had never used Len the Plumber before, but a whole day of phone calls to various plumbers I had used in the past turned up NO ONE who could come before tomorrowSo last night I requested, online, that a plumber come todayLen the Plumber called me early this morning and scheduled a plumber
Kenny was prompt & courteous, and a whiz at successfully augering the toiletAfter fllushing it a successfully a couple of times, he flushed it 2-MORE times these times with a LOT of toilet paper in the bowl each timeThat really made me nervous; but Kenny explained that flushing all that toilet paper would show us for-sure whether the pipes were cleared all the wayThey wereI am thrilled & relieved
Sure, a big company costs more than an independent plumber, but I highly recommend Len the Plumber for jobs that need to be done ASAP!

We paid ~$per hour for a technician to install a gas line After completing the task, he forgot to turn our hot water heater back on We called the next morning and had to wait another day to have another technician turn on the pilot light for the hot water heater He then broke a component for the pilot light and said it was our responsibility to order the part under the warranty and then he would "gladly" come out to install the part UNSATISFACTORY We are now days without hot water with no resolution Second technician recommended we go to the gym for our showers
I finally found a reliable competent plumbing company to use regularly! My technician, Tony, arrived on timeHis work was done clean and efficientlyEverything turned out great! I also used the company once before with a different technician and had the same wonderful experienceScheduling is very easy as wellI took off one star for the price, which is a bit high, but I've decided it's worth it for having a reliable plumber who does good work on speed dialEspecially after having not so great experiences with other plumbing companies in the past
We had a garbage disposal go on the weekend We called Len's and they sent Lawrence the next morning We were lucky with Lawrence He was awesome! Bent over backwards to make sure we were happy with the new replaced disposal! Awesome service by an awesome guy! Thank you Lawrence!!!

Last Wednesday 4/27/the pressure reducing valve on the main water line to our house failed and began leaking into the finished basement Called Len the Plumber for help and they sent Tony Swho arrived sooner than they estimated Tony went right to work and replaced both the PRV and the main shut off valve with a newer and better modelHe also took care not to make any additional mess while working The job was completed quickly and professionally meaning the water damage to the carpet was minimalTony was not only a true professional but was polite and friendly, to boot Happy campers at our house!
