I called late Sunday evening with my problem the girl who answered took all my info and first thing monday morning around 7 am I received another call verifying the problem and the seriousness of it and a plumber was at the door in 45 minutes.He snaked my drain and found roots and then later that day they brought a camera to look in the sewer line and showed me where it was busted.I thought it would take a week or so to get permits to fix the problem,but they said it was a common occurrence and they could get the permit and start first thing on Wendsday.long story short they showed up wends day at 7:30 am and finished at 3:30,problem solved.I would highly recommend [redacted] The Plumber.Keith in [redacted]
On Thursday 05 May 2016, they provided me excellent, courteous & professional service, which was provided by Brian ** he came out the day I called for service. Also they had all the parts need to complete the service. I wiil be using them for all future plumbing work & service.
I had a Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) on my home supply line spring a leak on a Saturday After calling the usual plumbing companies with the big names and the heavy advertising and being told by all of them that the earliest I could get emergency service was the following Monday I finally called Len the Plumber. Not only did they arrive that afternoon, they came at the earliest time in their arrival window.
The technician, Tony [redacted] made swift and very professional repairs to the system, replacing the PRV with a minimum of fuss. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a plumber's experience.

We were very pleased with the promptness and service we received from Victor at Len the Plumber. He came out on a Sunday within an hour of us calling in our problem. He fixed the leak and explained what happened to us.
I had a slab leak with the leak location previously determined by another contractor. Len the plumber fixed the leak which involved jackhammering a 1' x 2' hole through the concrete floor and then digging down about 2' to reach the pipes. The leak was caused by a 1/16" diameter pin hole leak in the hot water pipe. Due to water in the pipe, soldering in a new section proved unsuccessful and brass compression fittings were used. After the repair the pipe was tested for leaks and then the hole filled in and a concrete patch applied. All of this took one day with the plumber working late (a large snow storm was on its way early the next day). I am very satisfied with the work and with the plumber.
Prompt, courteous, personable personnel. Excellent work ethics. Fast work, completed in appropriate time. Would recommend Len the plumber to anyone with great confidence that they will perform the job in the same manner as done here in my house.

The company kept in communication with us so we knew when our technician would arrive. Our technician was great! He arrived quickly for our water heater emergency. He explained what he needed to do, provided us options to fix the problem and even brought us up to code. We had no idea we were out of code. He even provided suggestions for future consideration. The mess was cleaned up quickly and we now have a peace of mind.
The service rep showed up on time, and the call just prior to the house call was well-timed and appreciated. The plumber was very neat and polite, and completed the work without wasting time. A week later, out plumbing is working better than ever!
Today was my first experience with Len the Plumber. And it will be my last. The technician began quoting extremely high quotes to replace a washer yet he never even riches to faucet. I feel that if you are going to charge a $49 fee you should actually inspect the repair. He quoted $195 to replace he washer but chuckled that that wasn't going to fix the problem and that I need to pay $751 to have the shower faucet replaced. How can you recommend a replacement and you haven't even touched anything. Very disappointing

He was very quick with the resolution to the problem and thanked me for contacting Len the Plumber and said he hoped if I needed a plumber service again that I would call Len the Plumber. I will definitely call them if another plumbing problem exists.
Len the Plumber gets five stars from me. I have used them on two different occasions and the service and knowledge is stellar. Lenny was the technician and I will definitely keep requesting him. Fair prices, great service.
