I had a bad experience. It's about what the advertisement says I'm supposed to get when I get a drain cleaning.
Their ad on the internet says "If we come out and clear you sewer line clog we'll follow up with a free video pipe inspection to examine: broken, cracked or collapsed pipes etc. On 6-11-16 they came to clear the drain. I was told by the dispatcher and the plumber that came to my house that the video inspection was a free bonus follow up after the drain was cleared. The Ad also says same day video pipe inspection I printed it out. The follow up never happened for the video inspection. I was told by the plumber I didn't have to call and he had set up for me to receive a call for the video inspection after Monday 6-13-16 by 1-15-16 my drain backed up again and was told I have to pay again to have the drain cleared and he still didn't know what was the cause of the sewer back up because they never did video inspection. The plumber never said if he was ever going to do the video inspection on the second time he came out he just said it's a bonus free inspection. but never confirmed that he would do it the second time he came out. I felt clearing the drain and not knowing the cause of the back up was redundant. I ended up having to call another Local Silver Spring Plumber to come out to clear the drain and paid for the camera service to be done the same day they cleared the drain.
If you put an ad that says buy something from us and get a free video inspection it's included in the price and I didn't receive my full service and problem was not fixed.

So the Drama continues after calling this past Saturday when the pipe busted. [redacted] the Plumber who fixed the pipe originally on Jan. 9th at 9pm came back today since I had a 6 month warranty on the work. The first tech that came out said the pipe was old and that is why it froze.
I was told by the tech today that it was NOT under warranty because the pipe froze. I told the tech that it was the pipe they put in NOT a new one and the last tech said the pipe was drained and winterized before he left JUST 43 days ago. This tech said sorry the warranty DOESN’T apply to frozen pipes and it didn’t have installation. SO I took him outside the trash where the completely soaked installation was sitting. I said didn’t make since to keep something this wet sitting in the wall!~ WOW the crazy continued; I said ‘your company put the pipe in and said it was drained and winterized’ so imagine my SURPRISE when the SAME PIPE not only busted in 1 place but in 2 places. So he called his boss [redacted] (the name he gave me) who told him it was NOT covered. I told the tech to call him back as I wanted to talk to him and if he wasn’t available I wanted [redacted]’s boss (he then told me didn’t think I would be able to talk to [redacted]’s boss). I said WHAT.. Everyone has a boss! So he called [redacted] back who WOULD NOT TALK TO ME DIRECTLY and was NOT happy (I could hear him as the tech was walking away from me acting like he could hear [redacted] and needed to leave the room). When the tech came back in he said [redacted] told him to do it under warranty. The work was completed and I had to sign for the work (I guess so he could be paid) and on the receipt it said FROZEN PIPES NOT COVERED and the tech felt the need to UNDERLINED IT. I SURE HOPE he didn’t do a half [redacted] job so it will break quickly again just so I can call and be charge the next time!~
SERIOUSLY … AM I WRONG.. NO I AM NOT wrong! It was their FREAKING PIPE that I was told was good to go for winter that froze and busted in 2 places and flooded my house (MAYBE) I should sue them for the damages!~ UNREAL how I was treated, won’t being using this company again.

Sunday morning emergency....overflowing sewage into our basement :( Called Len the Plumber: the phone staff were very helpful, told me what time frame to expect, and Joe, who came to our home, asked several questions, observed the situation and diagnosed the problem. He informed us that the county needed to come out and he told us how to contact them. He was correct....the county's end of the sewer was clogged. THANKS to Joe for his very astute diagnosis and respectful communication.....we now know a bit more about our plumbing system :) And we now have water flowing out of our house and not in :)

We were initially skeptical about using this plumber for the first time, but we were pleasantly surprised. We called on a Saturday evening and scheduled an appointment for the following morning. We had a real nasty drainage backup. Our plumber arrived on time and was very thorough in explaining the procedures he would do to relieve the issue. He was very conscientious about cleanliness and wore coveralls over his shoes and even on the tires of the plumbing auger device. Our plumber, Don, did an excellent job and was very respectful. While I would have liked the cost to be cheaper, I was in no situation to negotiate. If you have to hire a good plumber who seems to be genuinely concerned about your problem- hire this company.

I give LEN THE PLUMBER, staff and service, a rating of excellent. At all levels and on all occasions, LEN THE PLUMBER has been courteous, prompt, sensible, and sensitive.

I recently filed a complaint regarding the service I received. I decided to give Len the Plummer a second chance yesterday regarding a leak in my kitchen. Technician Robert Robinson came to my home and he did an outstanding job. He explained the entire process, showed me the what he replaced and why it needed to be replaced. Although I was a bit taken aback with the price, I was very pleased with Robert. He is definitely a keeper!!!!!

I was impressed with the service provided by your technician [redacted] He worked on cleaning my kitchen drain for 2 hours; repeating the process with up to the maxium 72 feet. He was cordial, very detailed in his work and by snaking the drain up to the 72ft to make sure the drain was clean as well as dicovering and replacing a corrorded 1 and and 1/2p tain piece from the garbage disposal to the drain pipe. Excellent service from a cordial and knowledgeable technician who provided late night service during a snow storm.

I called on early Sunday morning with a wet basement due to a water heater leak. My wife is in hospice with not much time, and we needed hot water fast to ensure her comfort. The dispatcher was courteous and expedited our request based on our circumstances. The plumber (Delano) arrived quickly and was courteous, thorough, explained all elements of our new water heater. Your company and Dell specifically made our easier lives in a stressful situation and were amazing. I expected to pay more on Sunday but was not gouged by costs or the desperation of our situation.

Very friendly and courteous service. Job was completed on time as stated at the price qouted, with no surprises at the end. We are very pleased with the job done. If we ever need another plumbing job, Len will be the first one we call. Thanks guys, Great job.

Len the Plumber has always provided me quality service by getting any issue corrected right, the first time. In addition, their response time for an emergency was fantastic. I would recommend LTP to my friends and family, and already have several times in the recent past.

I had seen a couple of the company trucks in my travels around the area. I had tried using everything in my bathroom drain and nothing worked. I called Len the Plumber on my scheduled day off. A plumber was sent out the very same day within a four hour range. I was kept up-to-date on when a plumber was in the area and received another call when the plumber was approximately 30 minutes away. Every one was very courteous. The plumber got right to work solving my problem and cleaned up after himself. If I ever need a plumber again, I will definitely be using this company.

Tony [redacted] (I believe that is the correct spelling) was great. He was very friendly, professional and got to work immediately. He worked very efficiently and thoroughly explained the problem and provided options to fix the problem.

This is only the second time I have used your service, and I have been pleased with everything except your claim that you arrive on time. Even though there is a four-hour window, your techs manage to still be late.

My first time out, I scheduled the first time slot of the day. The tech arrived one-and-a-half-hours late and blamed it on rush hour.

This, my second time, I scheduled for the one-five time slot. At 4 pm, I rec'd a call that there was an emergency and that the tech would be one hour late. At 6:15, still no tech, so I called a nice dispatcher, who told me that the only available tech was over an hour's drive away.

You obviously do not care that your customers take off work and lose leave time waiting for your services. I need to earn money in order to pay plumbers' prices!

Ernie from Len the Plumber was great, my kitchen drain would not drain and he came in and told me what was wrong and also showed me that I also had a leak. He explained what needed to be done and what it would cost. I was glad that he would be able to fix the problem as it was just one day before Christmas and I have the whole Family over for Christmas Dinner. Ernie proceeded to complete the job , explained everything to me and the job was done! Thank you, Sherry S[redacted]

I called on a Saturday evening and the plumber arrived before 9 am on Sunday morning. Ricky the plumber was considerate and informative as he was resolving the problem. Our home is 100 years old and has its share of plumbing issues. We were completely satisfied with the work that was completed.

A technician of Len The Plumber named Zah replaced some pipes in our laundry room. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, courteous and completed the job in a timely fashion. I want to say "thank you" to Len the Plumber for hiring Zah as a proficient plumber. He gets 100 kudo's from this customer!!!!

A+ -- experienced servicing plumber went above and beyond to diagnose and recommend solution.

The service was prompt, professional, courteous, thorough, and amazingly hassle-free. They made a routine appointment on Sunday and the plumber arrived within hours. He took care of my major problem with a leak and broken valve, but then also fixed several minor problems with a $100 discount per extra problem. This wound up being far more economical than I expected. The plumber then followed through when an issue arose with a replacement part that wasn't working properly. completely covered by the guarantee at no extra cost for the revisit or part. Very impressed and I will definitely recommend Len the Plumber and use them again if needed.

Great customer service! Patrick [redacted] was my technician. He was on time, very knowledgable, efficient and courteous! Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Len the Plumber was fast and courteous. They came the same day I called. Customer service was really nice and called as soon as the plumber was on the way, all within the time frame stated.
