I am rejecting this response because: I never said that Lexington did not send me letters from the Credit Bureaus I said that I never received any letters from the bureaus themselves statement that changes had been madeI have a much better and responsible, honest, truthful, and reliable company working for me at half the price and that is for my spouse and II have contacted the different bureaus and they have NEVER received any information regard removing accounts from my credit reportThat tells me that Lexington did nothing but still took my moneyEven the different credit bureaus have told me that they had complaints by other people regarding the same thing from Lexington. You may have 1000's of clients, but more than likely, those are people who don't know any better then to check Lexington out with the Revdex.com and other companiesI will not pursue this any further because I believe in *** and in the Bible it states that we are to step aside and let *** fight our battles because if we interfere then *** cannot protect His children so I am no longer pursuing this matter but if someone asks me about who they should avoid when it comes to cleaning up their credit you can be sure that Lexington Law will be at the top of my listI am no longer interested in your help and your liesAll I can say is that I will pray for every person who works at Lexington Law that the Lord will convict their hearts to become a legit company and not a group of liars and for the clients that they have that their eyes will be opened and realize that first they are being way over charged and second that they are being defrauded by Lexington Law*** bless.

possible to resolve the situations. Mr*** *** began his representation with Lexington Law on July 20, 2015, at which time the billing procedures were explained to Mr*** in detailIn addition, Mr*** signed the engagement agreement which included all details of the billing aspects of the relationshipLexington reviewed all the sphone calls on July 20th, and at no time was the client told that no work would be done until he was contacted againLexington begins work as soon as the case is set up so the client can receive the best representation possible. Mr*** called days later to cancel his case, at which time Lexington promptly closed his caseLexington reviewed the cancellation call to ensure that all proper laws and procedures were followedThe paralegal with whom Mr*** spoke was straightforward, kind, and professional. While Mr*** states that he was upset with reviews he read, Lexington notes the high marks it receives from the Revdex.com. Lexington has attempted to reach out to the client multiple times, but has not heard back from the clientNevertheless, Lexington has taken steps that it feels reaches a mutual resolution for both parties. engaged Lexington to represent herMs*** contacted Lexington on October 8, to inquire about credit repaid and to attempt to have negative items removed from her credit reportLexington assists client by, among other things, challenging negative items with the credit bureaus and sending letters to creditors in order to ensure clients’ credit reports are a fair, accurate, and substantiated portrayal of their credit history. Any time an individual wants to become a client, they must take certain steps that include agreeing to certain legal disclosures and signing the engagement agreementThe engagement agreement sets out the services Lexington will offer and informs the client of her rights and payment obligations under the agreementUpon review of Ms***’ call to Lexington, a Lexington representative fully explained the service and costs to Ms***Ms*** agreed to place her payment method on her file and electronically signed the engagement agreement that made her a clientLexington then began representing her and did so for over a month before she filed this complaintLexington drafted a payment from Ms*** in accordance with the agreement she signedIt is unclear why Ms*** stated that she never set anything up with Lexington or authorized Lexington to act on her behalf. Upon receiving this Complaint from Ms***, an attorney from Lexington reviewed her initial phone conversation with a Lexington representative to review her payment datesLexington collects the first payment up to fifteen days after the client signs the engagement agreementAs Ms*** signed her agreement on January 5, her first scheduled payment was set for January This was confirmed with Ms*** on the initial phone callLexington proceeded to set up her case and begin representing her according to the engagement agreement, and subsequently drafted the first payment as scheduled.
