Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I don't know anything about how SSA works All I can say is I did not in any way try to defraud GTM I do use a number of devices to access my e-mail to check my e-mail and do GTM surveys My home computers, Which I have a desk top, and a new laptop (If that has anything to do with it), and I access my e-mail on occasion at work during lunch, and I also access my e-mail on my smartphone I could have accessed GTM at some point from any of these devices If this was the issue, I was not aware that it could be It was just part of my routine to check e-mail, and do surveys.I did notice the last day I was accessing the site, that the site was acting strange, as you mention in your response: "You said reach an end point without completing the survey" Any of the surveys I clicked on and tried taking that day errored out without even giving me the option to take them or complete them, and I wasn't sure what was going it It truly had nothing to do with me trying to defraud GTM in any way Regards, [redacted]

We have investigated this issue The team confirmed that this panelist only completed the recruit portion of this study and he was awarded at the time for this part They also confirmed he did not complete the diary portion of the study and was, therefore, not eligible to receive the final points This information was provided to the panelist on June 8, Also, his account is active We have sent him instructions on how to clear his cache/cookies in hopes that that would help him resolve his issue We are able to login to his account on our end without any issues

Our customer care has been in touch at the time with this personWe have answered all inquiries (the person had technical issues) and we have also credited one survey for which the automated credit was not working (probably because of the technical issues)

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have told them countless times I am not marking them as SPAMEvery email I get from them gos into my regular box, and it's there where I'm getting the messages saying I'm no longer a memberThings are working fine now, but this happens several times per year to meI've also provided proof of that.It's also on their [redacted] that other survey members have the exact same problems I haveI've also asked for proof they're being marked as SPAM, yet I've never seen anyI however have shown lots of proof that their subscribers besides myself are having the same issues as I do with themYou get kicked out of surveys early and they unsubscribe you from their surveys Regards, [redacted] ***
