I am rejecting this response because:I  don't know anything about how SSA works.  All I can say is I did not in any way try to defraud GTM.  I do use a number of devices to access my e-mail to check my e-mail and do GTM surveys.  My home computers, Which I have a desk top, and a new laptop (If that has anything to do with it), and I access my e-mail on occasion at work during lunch, and I also access my e-mail on my smartphone.  I could have accessed GTM at some point from any of these devices.  If this was the issue, I was not aware that it could be.  It was just part of my routine to check e-mail, and do surveys.I did notice the last day I was accessing the site, that the site was acting strange, as you mention in your response:   "You said reach an end point without completing the survey".   Any of the surveys I clicked on and tried taking that day errored out without even giving me the option to take them or complete them, and I wasn't sure what was going it.  It truly had nothing to do with me trying to defraud GTM in any way.

Our customer care has been in touch at the time with this person. We have answered all inquiries (the person had technical issues) and we have also credited one survey for which the automated credit was not working (probably because of the technical issues).

I am rejecting this response because:
I participated in surveys to the best of my knowledge and ability and in all honesty.  Since surveys are suppose to be anonymous, the company should not have the ability to track down any respondents.  As I attempted to explain in my prior emails to the company, I sometimes have computer problems where I need to force out the browser and I would attempt to continue by re-clicking the survey invitation link.  I would also attempt to use a different browser and attempt to continue by re-clicking the survey invitation link.
