I never received any warning of my account being deactivated and never got reimbursed for the credit I had in my account before you deactivated me.

Hi *** It appears that your account continues to be suspended due to multiple logins from different IP addressesThis is a security measure put in place to protect the identity of our panelists and prevent hackers from gaining access to our panelist accountsIn essence, IP addresses are
indicators of where you are locatedOur systems expect that panelists will login and take surveys within a certain proximity to where they registeredWhen we identify that you are outside that geographic region it suspend the account for security measuresMaybe you we're traveling which triggered this eventAnother trigger maybe that you are logging in from your work location or a VPN, which may use dynamic IP addresses, which could also trigger this outcomeThese protocol are ultimately in place to protect you and your account. I'm instructing the panel team to reinstate your account, but going forward I would try to take surveys at the location at which you registered, otherwise you may continue to encounter these account suspensions. provide all of the information about which surveys weren't credited to themThey automatically mark each inquiry as resolved and decide in their own favor on every single requestIt isn't possible to call or email this companyYou can only contact them through an online formNo one gives a name or direct contact informationThey don't want to hear from people and they never accept responsibility for errorsBottom line from this company: take it or leave itYou can spend an hour doing a survey, complete it, and not get credit but we really don't careYou must've been screened out

with the Terms and Conditions that each panelist agrees to when joining the panel. One technology component which is widely used and a trusted quality check in our industry is called SSA (Secure Server Authentication). In each survey link there is an encrypted code that determines whether someone or something is actually who or what it declares itself to be. Our SSA detected that your account had reached the end point of one or more surveys without the proper encrypted code. This is something that we typically encounter when someone or something is attempting to defraud our platform for the sake of earning Market Points without actually completing a survey.
