I am rejecting this response because:This is STILL unfair to "screen" only 5-people & most Q's are ridiculous: asking if I smoke, drink, make $own a Unicycle or have teethPLEASE UPDATE & ask Q's for AVERAGE people & if we don't qualify, explain WHY & give points for at least TRYING to DO a survey & taking the time like other survey companies! I am rejecting this response because:Granted that you raised a potentially legitimate claim about IP address related fraud, your unresponsiveness in failing to respond to verifiable e-mail inquiries is an unjustifiable aberration Be advised, I generally use my laptop or iPhone to take surveys However, I also on occasion use public computer terminals at various libraries and other accessible facilities throughout *** with possible remote locations recorded for local computer networks.My apologies for any misunderstanding Additionally, you failed to address the loss of points due to my inability to complete the Purchases and Payments Diary in progress when company error occurred or item #at the Desired Settlement section applied accordingly Therefore, I am requesting that you issue points to my account to cover the entries made up to the point when company error occurred and any future entries as planned as a courtesy and gesture of goodwill.As a heads up, upon successfully reaching a desired threshold for total points, I expect to place a final online order before unsubscribing from *** to complete online surveys elsewhere.Thank you for the attention given this matter.

I am rejecting this response because:Yes, while my account is now active again I reject their reasoning completelyI only access their site from a fixed desktop MAC from my home and have never even once accessed their site outside of my home let alone outside the country as I've never once been outside the countryThere are literally hundreds of people making these very same complaints on their *** page which they haven't updated since December 20th, While I can appreciate this business need to protect their security and that of their customers I find this answer to be less than truthful and part of a less then stellar customer service and integrityAgain, I have been a customer with this site for almost two years now and have never had issues before but there definitely seems to be something different over the last couple months since they moved their customer service and support to an outside vendor.

However, what would have helped to avoid this situation is to have the business' support people be able to read and understand complaints so that they can resolve them quickly. I was finally able to get a proper answer to my questions almost weeks after I filed this complaint with the Revdex.com, if the original support person had read and understood my question back in December this issue would have been resolved at that time

This panelist has marked our emails as SPAM on more than one occasion. When this happens, the system automatically marks her account as inactive due to SPAM. Panelists contact us after this has happened and are then sent an email requiring them to respond and agree to abide by the rules
sent in that email. We research the issue to see how many times they have marked us as SPAM. If less than 10, their account is automatically reactivated and an email is sent letting the panelist know. If more than 10, their account cannot be reactivated and the panelist is notified as such. Also, this panelist was sent automated emails from *** providing information on how to unsubscribe because of the triggers/automations in place with ***. Currently, this panelist’s account is active and has been since April 23, This panelist can certainly redeem his points
