the incentives are credited manually and we give you a 2-4 weeks period for us to complete this task.I recommend you are patient and follow the instructions given in the survey. You would have to wait for 2-4 weeks before your account is credited.Also, I don't think that it is good usage of the Revdex.com to systematically bring your issue to the Revdex.com. I remind you that participating in a panel is not a job and your incentive can not be considered as a salary. Our findings on all tickets [redacted] has submitted to us are below:Mysurvey Ticket #[redacted] submitted 10/2/2017: Panelist states they completed a survey worth 600 points, but did not provide a correct survey number. 10/24 : Panelist states they completed survey [redacted] and didn’t receive their 400 points. We advised the panelist on 10/30 that we escalated the issue to the project team and that an audit would be run to ensure that all panelists that completed would be awarded within 4-6 weeks as the points need to manually be rewarded. Panelist was credited the 400 points on November 1. Mysurvey Ticket #[redacted] submitted on October 24: Panelist states they completed survey [redacted] and didn’t receive their 150 points. System shows panelist was not passed back into our system to receive proper credit. I have awarded them the 150 points today. Mysurvey Ticket [redacted] submitted 10/27: duplicate ticket of above, closed out. Mysurvey Ticket #[redacted] submitted 10/30: duplicate ticket of Ticket [redacted] Mysurvey Ticket #[redacted] Panelist states their account is inactive. Account was deactivated for security reasons, due to a login  attempt on their account from Indonesia on October 29th. We do not allow access to accounts from outside the country, therefore to prevent potential fraudulent activity, [redacted]’s account was deactivated. I have confirmed no points have been redeemed on his account and have reactivated his account this afternoon. To prevent future attempts, please have him change his password to something completely different  as soon as possible. I’m replying to his ticket he’s submitted to us as  well with the same information.

We originally sent her a check to this panelist on January 21, 2015 redemption on February 3, 2015 to the address she had on file.  Please see check information...

We certainly agree that it takes a long time but researching a check in APAC takes long time. Nevertheless, I have asked the team to chase the vendor. If no answer by the end of June, we will just re-issue a new check.

if I would like that my account be reactivated please

We have been investigating this complaint and we are puzzled. The only thing that we found is that this person seems to have registered in 2013. We don’t understand why this complaint comes now. We don’t run such campaigns on the Internet. We were interested in finding out where this person has found this campaign as we wanted to stop it. But if this panelist is talking about a campaign back in 2013, there isn’t much we can do about it. It would be great to understand if this is indeed a complaint related to 2013 or something which has happened in May 2015.

I am rejecting this response because:At my most recent communication with MySurvey I was advised to use only my home computer to avoid deactivation and so I did. I didn't use proxy to login to this site, as I was said not to do this! Please note: My account remains inactive, multiple emails were sent to both - Canadian and US help desks.They all are ignored and it is very disrespectful to your members, is not it? I also have missing points from one of the survey, I have survey number and confirmation of completion, but who should I contact regarding this if nobody from help desk responds?  Regards,

I am rejecting this response because:
I participated in surveys to the best of my knowledge and ability and in all honesty.  Since surveys are suppose to be anonymous, the company should not have the ability to track down any respondents.  As I attempted to explain in my prior emails to the company, I sometimes have computer problems where I need to force out the browser and I would attempt to continue by re-clicking the survey invitation link.  I would also attempt to use a different browser and attempt to continue by re-clicking the survey invitation link. Regards,
