I am rejecting this response because: I have told them countless times I am not marking them as SPAM. Every email I get from them gos into my regular box, and it's there where I'm getting the messages saying I'm no longer a member. Things are working fine now, but this happens several times per year to me. I've also provided proof of that.It's also on their [redacted] that other survey members have the exact same problems I have. I've also asked for proof they're being marked as SPAM, yet I've never seen any. I however have shown lots of proof that their subscribers besides myself are having the same issues as I do with them. You get kicked out of surveys early and they unsubscribe you from their surveys.

I am rejecting this response because: I spent a significant amount of time, not 50 points worth. when and if you send anymore surveys, please specify the amount of time and points before I start doing one. The surveys I receive from you say one thing and in the end it gives something a lot different.  on your side you see a different amount ,  on my end I see something different, how is that possible ? it is like we are never on the same page.I think there is a problem on your end because I RARELY have this problem with the other survey panels.

Hi [redacted] We've researched your inquiry and found that your account was inactivated due to it being potentially accessed from an IP address that is registered in Cuba. I don't know if you may have been traveling, or possibly behind a corporate network/VPN that may have used dynamically...

Our clients tend to look for very specific groups of consumers and the "screening" process consists in ensuring that you, as a respondent, is in the target that our client is looking for....

There is nothing wrong to not be in the target. It just means that our client is looking for people with a different profile. Depending on the time, it may happen that we have more or less surveys for which you qualify. We are aware that this is not a good experience and we are working with our clients to be less restrictive in their criteria. It also depends on the type of research they run.I hope I have helped you understanding what screened out means (out of the client target). Although I should mention, I was treated incredibly rudely, and was told that I was not given the points and instead given "entry points" for that raffle. And then told I was being threatening because I was worried MySurvey or the company they were getting data for were getting data for free (not giving me points). I suggest an apology is in order. I have a little note for Lightspeed GMI - You must improve your customer service. I know a lot of people who got their account deactivated and were not able to get it back just because customer service really does not care and never responds to them. Any business should respect people who they work with.
