Review: On 8/21/2012, I submitted an online request to redeem my survey points for cash (1650 points for $50 cash). I received the check on 9/11/2012 for $50. However, I was not able to cash it at the time, as I had fallen extremely ill and became bedridden for a long time. When I recovered, I was unable to cash the check because the check stated: "Void After 90 Days." I emailed [redacted] on February 7th, 2014 to ask for a re-issue of the check. I received a response; they said they needed to research my issue. Later on February 7th, I received a response telling me to mail the check back, and they would look into re-issuing me a new check. The email was (verbatim): "Please return the check to the following address along with a letter stating why you are returning it and what you would like us to do with the payment. Once we receive the check AND letter, we will look into reissuing a new check." I sent in the check and letter immediately, but never heard back. I emailed them on March 19th, and they said again that they would research my issue. On March 20th, they wrote (verbatim): "Thank you fro your email. Once our check department have received your check, they will look into reissuing a new one. Please allow 10 weeks for this research to be done." Time went by, and again I heard nothing back (nor did I receive a new check in the mail at any time). I sent another email on July 31st, 2014. On August 25th, I received the following response: "Thanks for your email and we sincerely apologize for the delay in our response. "Hopefully your issue has been resolved. Please see below for additional information: *If you were having technical issues in a survey, or were unable to access a survey, that survey is now closed and we are sorry that you weren't able to participate. However, look forward to your future participation. *If you are awaiting credit for a survey you have completed,please reply to this email and provide the survey number, if you have not already done so,Desired Settlement: this will help us research for you. *If you are waiting on a check, please reply back to this email and provide your mailing address so that we may research and reissue correctly if needed. Also include the date of redemption. Again, we apologize for the delay and sincerely appreciate your patience." I wrote back on August 25th. I explained that I was looking to have my check re-issued. I sent them the copy of my original redemption confirmation email. On September 10th, 2014, I received the following response: "Thank you for your email. I have escalated this issue to our Check Department and will get back to you as soon as I have an update." I still have NOT received any further reply, nor have I received my re-issued check. It shouldn't take years to get this done.

*I simply want the $50 I am owed. That's all.

Review: Advertisement in Careerbuilder stated "$100/day" but this opportunity is not available after signing up with their service.

A CareerBuilder advertisement stated you could earn $100/day and begin earning money "today." Cash payouts were promised at $5 to $75 per survey. Examples in the advertisement stated you could earn $10 for a 10-minute Facebook survey, $15 for a car insurance survey, and $40 for a grocery store survey. After signing up, I was only offered one survey a day. The surveys offered ranged in points from 20-30 points. The minimum number of points to earn $10 is 1,100 points! Based on 30 points max per survey, it would take over 35 days to earn a single $10 GIFT CARD. No cash directly to the survey-taker. You can elect to get a [redacted] card or choose gift cards.

The advertisement was grossly misrepresented. There are specific and deliberate false claims in order to get someone to sign up to take the surveys, but the payment for taking the survey is not what was promised.Desired Settlement: This company should not be allowed to falsely advertise. Part of their argument for signing up with them is that they are a A+ business with the Revdex.com. How could they be when they do not deliver what was promised under their offer? They extended an offer and that offer was accepted. In signing up, they changed the terms of the offer, then they didn't comply.

We have been investigating this complaint and we are puzzled. The only thing that we found is that this person seems to have registered in 2013. We don’t understand why this complaint comes now. We don’t run such campaigns on the Internet. We were interested in finding out where this person has found this campaign as we wanted to stop it. But if this panelist is talking about a campaign back in 2013, there isn’t much we can do about it. It would be great to understand if this is indeed a complaint related to 2013 or something which has happened in May 2015.

Review: I have been a member of this company for years. on march 15 2015 I took part in an online diary study. I was supposed to be paid 6-8 weeks after. that time came and went.after many emails and finally someone doing there job and looking it up, they emailed me and said I would be paid for sure by 5-18-15. We have investigated this issue. The team confirmed that this panelist only completed the recruit portion of this study and he was awarded at the time for this part. They also confirmed he did not complete the diary portion of the study and was, therefore, not eligible to receive the final points. This information was provided to the panelist on June 8, 2015. Also, his account is active. We have sent him instructions on how to clear his cache/cookies in hopes that that would help him resolve his issue. We are able to login to his account on our end without any issues.

Review: I received two jars of [redacted] spaghetti sauce to test in the mail, fed it to my family, recorded specifics about the products, followed all directions and submitted two required surveys that were in reference to the tested products. I was promised a substantial compensation of $125 for completing this. I had been doing surveys with global test market, and had already heard about testing products, so I was excited to try it out, especially for a good compensation like this (which wasn't unheard of, I saw online others claimed they received $150 for other products tested with them). I inquired about this with the Global Test Market and there intial answer was that the surveys were closed, and that was it.... NO explanation, NO customer service... in fact the person spoke poor, broken english in the email. So I contacted the company listed on the box they sent me, which was the vendor who sent the [redacted] products, a seperate company. This company was interested to hear Global Test Market was offering any compensation, because it was there understanding that Global Test Market was getting people to do this for free.... Smell scam yet? After the vendor contacted global test market to tell them about me calling them, I heard back from Global Test Market REAL QUICK. And it was a different person, without broken english, and they were very defensive, claiming that the website never offered compensation and asked me for proof of this. Well who knew that they needed pictures or screenshots of the offer to actually get paid? SO now I am a liar? I received and completed surveys for a test product at home for cologne in the past with a similar survey site, and they paid me within three weeks, so I wasn't expecting to get stiffed. Well all said and done there resolution was to cheat me out of my $125.00 and lie to me. Yes, exactly... they said that they would DO NOTHING to right this wrong and that I was just simply lying or wrong.Desired Settlement: My desired resolution is to get paid the $125.00 I was promised. Review: This is a survey company that I have been with for several years. They recently made my account inactive because they said I was giving incorrect information. I answered the surveys as honestly as possible. Because I have been unemployed for 3 years I rely on my income from this company for day-to-day expenses. I sometimes may have said my income was higher than it is because if I gave them my true income I would be screened out and unable to validat e my surveys. At this time they declared my account inactive they did not give me any notice at all and I was just about to receive a reward for $50. All I want is to continue my account with them and get back the 1000 points that I had already accumulated. Their reps via email are not very friendly and said they would close my account.

Review: I have submitted several emails to Global Test Market about 4 surveys that I have not received points for. I have the emails saying I should receive points but I do not see them in my account.

Survey #[redacted] (100 pts)- I was asked to do this survey twice- in January and April It asked me to track my spending. It said I would receive 100 points for each month. I have an email from Global Test Market saying it would be 90 days until credit was added to my account but it has been well beyond 90 days now.

Review: Once again I am filing another complaint with Lightspeed LLC because of the nature in how they are treating their panelists from their company Mysurvey. I am now out 500 points ($5) because even though in every email I have written which started over a month ago, they claim that they will credit the points for the webcam surveys in 2-3 weeks after completion, but it has not been the case for the following: [redacted]_X Insurance Survey and [redacted]_X [redacted] Survey. I believe that there are generic responses and once again they are hoping that I would forget about this and give up. However, they should know by now that this is one of my sources of income and every little bit helps in me paying my bills. I will continue to work with them after this resolution, but if they are not going to credit the webcam surveys right away or even in the allotted time that they claim which is within 2 weeks, then they should stop working with [redacted] and [redacted] and stop taking money off the top and leaving panelists with nothing.Desired Settlement: To promptly credit the 500 total points for the webcam surveys [redacted]X Insurance Survey and [redacted]X [redacted] Survey to my mysurvey account associated with my email [redacted]. It sounded too good to be true! I googled it and found out that it was a scam! I notified my bank and they forwarded the check to the police department. I'm not happy about this, but thankfully I was wise enough to google it and contact the bank!

Review: I have taken surveys for this company for years through their survey website Mysurvey.com. However, for the past 3-4 months, I have not been able to access my account. I have attempted to contact the company on numerous occasions, and I have received no reply. This is an issue due to the fact that the amount of points I have accumulated is equivalent to $50. I can't log in to my account to spend my points and I can't get a hold of anyone at the company to unlock my account.Desired Settlement: Lightspeed/mysurvey does not pay cash, but the points do accumulate for gift cards and other items. Review: I subscribed with [redacted] not knowing that my cell phone wouldn't be a compatible device to do surveys. Big mistake. I deactivated my account hoping that the next phone would be compatible. It's not compatible either. I have tried LITERALLY over 30 times to get them to ACTIVATE my account so I can UNSUBSCRIBE myself or if they would please have the courtesy to UNSUBSCRIBE me to no avail, over 3 1/2 weeks now. This person has emailed us 81 times. The issue is, he is not a registered panelist for [redacted] or [redacted] Therefore, he is not receiving emails from us. They must be coming from a third-party website that he has either joined or visited recently. He will need to figure out who that website is and contact them directly. Unfortunately, those emails usually do not have an “opt out” link to click on. We are certainly happy to assist this person if he forwards a copy of these emails to us. We are certainly not pleased with companies using our name/brand.

Review: I've been a member of the my survey panel of Lightspeed LLC for years and without reason or explanation my account suddenly became inactive. I logged in Friday 19Feb16 in the morning & on Sat 20Feb16 I was unable to log in with the screen showing " Inactive Account We apologize, but the account used is currently not active. Please contact us if you have questions" How can I have an inactive account with barely 24 hours passing from my previous log in? No response from company other than a canned response "Thanks for contacting our office regarding your mysurvey account. We are checking with IT and will reply back shortly."

I've tried phone calls where you can only leave a message or if you get a person they can only take your email address & have someone get back to you (no one has) and unanswered followup emails to get this resolved and my account reactivated to no avail.

I have 4003 points that I cannot access to redeem, a month long purchase diary that I cannot access worth 1000 points ending on 29FEB & 2 surveys [redacted] and [redacted] each worth 150 points that I cannot access.

I'm hoping you can intercede on my behalf to get my account reactivated asap so I can at minimum complete the month long diary I used for 19 days in Feb

Review: I have had a MySurvey account for many years. It has always been a great way for me to make a little extra money by taking surveys. I have never experienced any issues like this.

On Monday (11/2/2015) I attempted to log in and received an error message: “Inactive Account - We apologize, but the account used is currently not active. Please contact us if you have questions.”

I cannot seem to contact anyone about the problem. I recently logged in to complete a long survey, mailed to me. After compiling information (home battery usage), I entered all of my data, as directed and received 600 points. At that stage, I had compiled approximately 2600+ points. Now I cannot contact the company or redeem those points.

I attempted to contact customer service by email ([redacted]). Email bounced back. Unsure how else to contact the company to inquire about the issue and my account status. I did send them a letter on November 3, 2015.

Further, I noticed on their [redacted] I am not the only person experiencing the login glitch. There are a lot of angry folks who cannot log-in, ergo cannot access our accumulated points for redemption. I am not accusing them of running a scam (although many other people are), as I have never had a problem in 8-9 years. Possibly I am being scammed and am just naive. They always paid me in the past. It appears to be a very odd thing and no way to contact the company -- by phone or email.

When one spends hours and hours filling out these on-line surveys, one expects to be paid for her time. Yet my account is suddenly "inactive" making it impossible to get paid. It is also impossible to contact anyone for help with the issue, which is very frustrating.Desired Settlement: Reinstate my account and the accumulated points I had (over 2600 as of early November.)

Review: They took my points when I requested a check and have not received the check yet. I have sent emails which have gone unresponded to. From what I've seen and heard I'm not the only person that is having problems with this company. If they won't pay up they should be shut down.Desired Settlement: I either want my points refunded or my check received.

Review: I take survey for this company.I tried to contacted them about survey errors and cannot get a response other than a failed honest test detector.It is kind of hard to get failed honest test,if I never start the survey.Desired Settlement: Too be able too do surveys, to not feel like I am being ignored when contact them about a problem and credit for the survey in which the errors occurred.

I start a bunch of surveys and got you failed an honest test on page one of the survey and many of them I didn't even get to page one.Automatic you failed the honest test before even answering one question.It seems if your in the survey business one question would be answered before it fails honest test.

Review: I had a redemption order (6/21/2015 8:22:15 PM RewardZone point redemption [redacted]) with this company for surveys completed. The redemption I was to receive for the 1170 points were two $20 [redacted] credits and $10 e certificate for [redacted]. Although the account says these were paid out, (the [redacted] states unclaimed), I still have not received any of the items even though the order was on 6/21/15. I have contacted the company four times. Twice they sent a form letter answer claiming I needed to wait the 8-10 days required for receiving it. I responded to both letting them know I had waited the given time already. Then I was told to check the redemption page, which I did, and informed them I had still not received it even though the site claimed it was processed. Upon this last message, the company simply stopped responding and I have not been able to get any response. I want the redemption ordered.Desired Settlement: I want the redemption ordered
