Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The response claims that only one call was made to my private, mobile number That is not true I have received numerous calls from Local Lighthouse that I could identify (because I went past the robo caller) and likely several others where I just hung up In some cases, the Local Lighthouse agent hung up on me once it was clear that I was asking to not be called again At least twice, I was able to string the agent along for long enough to point me at their web site Regarding Local Lighthouse's violation of [redacted] 's policy, that is up to [redacted] and they have been made aware of the problem that Local Lighthouse is causing to their reputation and their legitimate trusted agents A rep from Local Lighthouse called me directly after the complaint (no robo caller involved) and I again made it clear I wish no more calls from their company We'll see Regards, [redacted]

[redacted] ***,In regards to your previous message, at the time you were contacted by the sales rep you were cold calledOur business model has changed and we no longer do business that wayI'm sorry you felt pressure by the sales representative, but we DO NOT force clients to sign up or sign our agreements, which you did in this caseWhen it comes to cancelling an account with LLH, we do not try to make it difficult on purposeWe do have to "escalate" the account because upper management are the only ones who can close/cancel accountsThey may have placed you on hold, but being on hold for minutes or longer is not an appropriate time, and we do apologize for thatOf course we are going to try to do our best when it comes to clients' cancelling, that is why we provide suggestions to help out your online visibilityI'm sorry you took that the wrong way

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The response from Local Lighthouse does not address the fact that I have repeatedly asked to terminate the service that does not serve my business well now that I actually see how they workI was clearly mislead by the salespersonMy "agreeing" to stay with them after complaint was not willful but after a long argument where I was left with no choice but to pay the full amount anyway AND do 90% of the work, ierewrite the content they created...And that at the risk of adversely affecting search engine results, which effectively allows them to not be responsible for their end of the dealThat is why I would not sign their second documentBy the time this became clear on the phone, and I have tried during long phone calls to clarify, that they would only accept full payment or continuation, I was so upset that I had to stop the conversationI could not speak with any dignity anymoreIn my written complaint I clearly asked for termination without further chargeThis is a fair requestIf I were like most people, I might be suing for undo stress and damage to my company for misrepresentationIt appears Local Lighthouse continues to be unwilling to hear thisI remain unhappy with the website and unwilling to pay them for work that I end up doingI have not made more changes because they have already cost me too much timeI regret the day I ever answered the phone to this companyThey have already wasted literally hours of my time and I am shaking with anger just writing about it Their reply is further proof of their lack of customer considerationThey have the power to fix this situation by ending my "contract" without further charge and removing the content they created from the internetEveryone would be happier if they did Regards, [redacted] ***

To Whom It May Concern,We apologize for any inconvenience the website we created for our client may have caused, however we feel that our initial response adequately explained our position on this matterWe responded to multiple requests to make changes to the website in question, and repeatedly notified our client when they were completed, asking if any additional changes needed to be madeOur client was given the opportunity to speak with all available tiers of representatives, including a senior supervisor, who authorized a refund and substantial billing reduction on her accountWe remained in compliance with our original contract (included in our previous reply) throughout the campaign and made every attempt to reconcile with our client and provide a useful marketing solution for her small businessFor this reason, we must respectfully decline the request to issue a full refund on the account
