I will wait for the business to close my account with local lighthouse, remove the web site from all local lighthouse servers, remove all links associated with *** removed from the internet, no further monthly charges will be charged, and no cancellation fee will be chargedif it does by July 20th 2015, I will consider this complaint resolved

The last time I talked to this company was the day I wrote this complaint. The company has not contacted me to resolve anything. They have not refunded any money for the undelivered services or for the months they charged me after I asked to cancelmy contract was up after months and they continued to charge my Credit Card! Until I get a Full refund from this scam, nothing will be resolved

I will consider this complaint resolved, simply to never have to deal with them again.Please note that this company enforced a 6-month minimum contract charge even though their rep assured me that if the service did not deliver what was promised, I would NOT be subject to the month contractThis dispute was not resolved before this time period; only after the months was up was the service cancelled, meaning that I was forced to pay for service I did not getThis company is deceptive and the service is horrible, inaccurate and misleadingThey publicized my company as being located in Australia!! And that was only one of the blatant errors made. our service agreements, which the client has signedIn regards to the keywords and placement, we gave the claimant keywords and search phrasesThree of those were chosen by the claimantWe aim to optimizes for all keywords and many times we are successfulWe provide a timeline because we understand the importance of letting our customers know what is going on in the processIn the case of the claimant we did successfully achieve placement for most of the keywords and were in the process of working towards optimizing the other key words. When the claimant expressed that he was not happy with our services due in great part to the conversion we explained that our services are to provide visibility and exposureWe can not promise a return on investment or conversions since that is based on the claimants interactions with the prospects they come into contact with. We even called the corporate office, and they refused to put us through to a Manager and eventually hung up on us
