The information I requested to have included in the website was not accurately stated I had called them to let them know the changes that needed to by made and they never changed anything on the website I believe the money I paid should be refunded At the very least, I think they should refund a portion of my payments and no longer be in business

Client signed up on 4/20/Client emailed support on 4/requesting updates to the website also to have us withhold from publishing she was upset about errorsIt was explained that the site had not yet undergone quality check and final reviewWe responded with
the proper contact information where she can send in revisionsOn 5/1/client called in , she was upset that she had to sign another agreement in order for revisions to be madeClient agreed to stay with the company and we agreed to optimized her content On 05/06/Client sent an email stating that she was not happy with the revisions she had us make and also stating she would not be in office for sometime On 05/07/The client was called by support and agreed once again to remain on boardWe were to receive her latest revisions that day

We apologize for this, however you did sign a month agreement with usWe created you a brand new website, and got your business on the first page of the search enginesWe have taken down the website, no one your information is showing onlineIn regards to a refund, we cancelled you out before
your month contract was up and waived the Early Termination FeeWe will not be issuing a refund

As previously stated Local Lighthouse has recordings of the sales conversationThe claim against the company is was not misleading nor deceptiveIf the Claimant would like to request a copy of the recording one will be provided. The business has stated that the will remove my numberI will not be satisfied until they have performed this action, and assured me that my number has been completely removedTheir initial response is the same response I received when calling their customer service directly for removal, an action that did NOT result in the removal of my contact information

No month agreement, after months *** *** cancelled and said I would be on mth-to-mth $month Did you read my complaint and all the embarrassing problems you published, including my home address? You did not publish a BRAND NEW WEBSITE you created a TERRIBLE MESS that did even have MY DOMAIN NAME The website you created customstainedglassinphxaz IS STILL OUT THERE NEXT TO MY NEW ONE I can see it, it says: "Wordpress site is down for maintenance" There is an orange box with on it.Speak to *** *** she promised me a refund and said the accountant had approved it

In their "misunderstanding" Local Light house is keeping from my *** *** US $99, and not trying to return this funds (i can provide recorded conversations of this scam) . I have currently a open Complain (***) exposing to my Bank this kind of bad business behaviorI want the Full Amount Refunded (US $99)
