You cold call people.You Hard Pressure, Hard Sell them your "services"You tell of 85% retention rate, I can only imagine that is NOT truthful When attempted to cancel, we had to jump through too many hoops and people at different levels of mgt to try to get us to stay on SCAM! This happened to me twice Many minutes wasted over the phone and money.

Upon the fulfillment of the USER Agreement with Local Lighthouse, if USER wishes to terminate service more than 15 days prior to the next anniversary billing date, the next monthly fee will not be charged. If USER requests to terminate service within 15 days of the next anniversary billing date, then USER agrees to pay the charge due on the next billing date. When cancelling service with Local Lighthouse, USER must call in and receive a cancellation confirmation number 15 days prior to USER’s anniversary billing date before service can be terminated. USER agrees that any charges incurred prior to cancellation are valid. Upon cancellation, Local Lighthouse will keep the website online and active for 7 days or until repurposing, whichever is sooner.

The company's response does not seem to understand the violations of FTC (not FCC, who regulates other aspects of wireless and other telephone service) regulations, and the TCPA, and by its response, seems to feel it's ok to use robocalling and recorded messages.  The company is also acting in violation of the [redacted] Telephone Privacy Act by failing to immediately identify itself promptly call is answered.  In order to resolve this complaint, the company must agree to cease and desist use of pre-recorded messages and robo calls in violation of the TCPA, and for calls to [redacted], must immediately identify itself by company name promptly upon the target's answering the phone, in compliance with the [redacted] Telephone Privacy Act.

[redacted] Customer service staff called me 10x emails..............threatening me that I had signed a 6 month contract..I never signed anything. It was agreed that I would try there program for a month and if I got favourable results I would continue. I decided not to continue and they would not return my money so I contacted my Bank and they did a chargeback on the $199.00 dollar fee they charged.  Then I started getting many phone calls and emails from them saying I could not get out of the contract and I had agreed to 6 months and to get out of it or cancel I had to pay $450.00 dollars. I never agreed to this. They then said they would damage my credit if I did not pay. They have been hassling me for another credit card to pay the moneys. They use intimidation hassling and bullying. This company should be shut down. Hopefully, they will leace me alone or I will have to get an attorney.Thank you [redacted]

To Whom It May Concern,We apologize for any inconvenience the website we created for our client may have caused, however we feel that our initial response adequately explained our position on this matter. We responded to multiple requests to make changes to the website in question, and repeatedly notified our client when they were completed, asking if any additional changes needed to be made. Our client was given the opportunity to speak with all available tiers of representatives, including a senior supervisor, who authorized a refund and substantial billing reduction on her account. We remained in compliance with our original contract (included in our previous reply) throughout the campaign and made every attempt to reconcile with our client and provide a useful marketing solution for her small business. For this reason, we must respectfully decline the request to issue a full refund on the account.

Ms. [redacted] expressed to our representative that she thought we were going to optimize her original business website, which we did not create, however that is not included in our services. We were contacted regarding a billing error at the end of March, however Ms. [redacted] charged back the payments in question with her bank, preventing us from issuing a refund. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, however once a chargeback is filed, the matter gets taken up with the client’s bank.
