Local Lighthouse says, "We did deliver a website and first page rankings for your business." They promise to optimize your website, then create you a new website that has nothing to do with your business (just like other past customers have complained about)This does nothing for promoting your businessAlso they did not deliver first page rankings for my businessTheir business model is to trick people into signing a contract and forcing them to pay themThey do not give a product of value in return but rather use bait-and-switch techniques to trick small business owners and steal their money

First and foremost, they presented themselves as being able to get me on the first page of *** with keywords relevant to my Business This is something they never did They promised this would happen within 1-months This never occurred. They were told the keywords that they did propose - Salary History and Cover Letters- were not the keywords that vendors search for when looking for businesses like mine The keywords I wanted - Resume Service, Resume Writing, Resume Help - never ranked on *** I gave them numerous opportunities to fix this problem, they never did They promised me a review of the analytics, which they never provided. Literally every time I contacted them, it was like starting over again, because they had completely forgotten what we had previously spoken about. at the very least, you should not be giving these people an "A-" rating, based on the complaints I have seen, where other clients have had pretty much the same experience.

[ *** *** became an active client of Local Lighthouse on 6/29/when she signed a six month agreement, provided the credit card ending in 5852, and agreed to our terms and conditions. Client was under a six month agreement from 6/29/to 12/29/and agreed to pay six months for the service to ensure first page placement. We build the client’s business “Literary Violinist at Truly Gifted Violin Studios” a beautiful six page Search Engine Optimized website for first page placement on Google, Yahoo or BingOnce the website was complete, we sent multiple email notifications with the website preview for Ms*** to review and submit revisions if neededWe urge all of our clients to contact us to make changes to their websites while they are still being indexed by the search engines in order to avoid any erroneous information being picked up by Google, Yahoo, or Bing This is accurate however, the fact that I could not see the site in its entirety is because they were still creating the siteThey have n auto responder which only allows customers to contact them with technical issues via emailWhereas when they called to solicit sales they were more than willing to talkHowever, when it came to actual accountability and quality, they lacked the responsibility for designing the site with accurate detailsThe fact that I was bound to a contract should not have placed the entire onus of completing the site on meThe designer had to have known that my name is not *** *** and the description I provided her was not what was on the siteAnd all I am saying is that when I spoke with *** she said that I would have business within the first six monthsAnd all I am saying is that they did not complete the work to begin with and sent me an uncompleted site, knowing I would have difficulty reaching them and getting out of the contract and They knew I was depending on their services because I am the customer who was completely unaware of their scam type of servicesI am not the only person who has complained about these very issue and The fact that they started out charging me $for an incomplete site and then lowered it to $only proves that they weren't real to begin withThey knew that I was correct for being upset regarding paying $for a site that was never completed which they said was complete in the email abd then had the nerve to ask me to review something that on their end only they could seeAnd furthermore to say you would drive business to my site, you took my site and turned it into something else, a way to direct business to them and drive my traffic elsewhereThey misled me to believe that they had my back as the customer, guaranteeing they would draw customers to my site, design my site in days in the initial call, and that I would work with a consultant who would take care of all of the design and she never finished the job to begin withSo the fact I was bound to continue service for the six months so as to suggest that I should have said somethingMy point and all I am saying is they lied from the beginning and said the site was completed when it was never complete and sent it to me that wayIt was not completed in days and they better not say that I didn't send them information because I stayed on the phone with the consultant and she knew my name wasn't *** ***And she also knew that wasn't supposed to be on my site so I don't know why they are still trying to hold the other months of service because they didn't make any changes until six months laterAs I said, I could not properly see the siteI didn't contact them about he color alone, I also contacted them regarding the fact that they had something hovering over the page which kept me from seeing the site in full and they said they couldn't do anything about it and that needed to be there so their customers can see their Revdex.com ratingAnd lastly, as for the contract, they extracted funds each month and never delivered an invoice or a way to verify that I made paymentsThis also lets me know that as a business they were only interested in getting $each month and not on the expectations I had so that I atleast would have been able to make a sound business decision as to if this was right for meThis was more than anything time and money wastedI will if I am able discourage anyone from doing business with this company because they are trash and a rip-off from the beginning
