After researching the matter Local Lighthouse has found the following:Claimant [redacted] ***, was sold a six month subscription to which he signed a written contractWe have reviewed the recording of the sales call and found that there was no miscommunicationThe claimant was not mislead by the sales agent at the (19:20) in the sales call the claimant verbally acknowledges his understanding for the service he was purchasingOur client support team had attempted to reach out multiple times but were met with threats or hung up on The account has now been cancelledLocal Lighthouse will not be contacting claimant further.If claimant or the Revdex.com wish to request a copy of the recording please feel free to contact [redacted]
