When you signed up we waived the initial setup, and you paid at a discounted rate to sign up for our services. You also signed a 6 month agreement which locks you in at $99 per month, if you were to cancel before 6 month agreement is completed you were to pay a early termination fee of $450. In good faith, we cancelled your account early and wavied the early termination fee. We provided the service you signed up for, we are standing by our previous statement and will not be issuing you a refund of $99.Thank you

We have looked in to the matter and have found that the claimants phone number is used for business purposes. For this reason it is not covered by the national do not call registry and FCC regulations do not apply. However our code of professional conduct requires that if a request is made to be removed from our call list we are to place that number on the company Do Not Call List. Once again we do apologize. After reviewing the account Local Lighthouse has determined that due to error we will honor the claimants request and refund a $99 payment. The account has been canceled and no early cancellation fee will be assessed.  This complaint is now closed.

We apologize for this inconvenience, and will be giving you a call to further discuss your account.

Local Lighthouse stands by its previous statement. We will remove the claimant from our calling list. We have a "we are not [redacted] page." as part of [redacted]'s third party disclosures.

I just received ANOTHER phone call @ 11:48am with the exact same recorded message, this time from a different fake phone number ([redacted]).  Obviously, this is the same company Local Lighthouse.The companies claim that they do not "claim to be representatives of [redacted] in any kind of official capacity whatsoever" is a complete LIE. The recording claims to be from your "local [redacted] specialist" and I continue to receive these harassing pre-recorded robocalls.Remove [redacted] from ALL your spam / telemarketing calls immediately !!!!!!!!!

original complaint:FALSE AND MISLEADING INFORMATION LED ME TO PARTICIPATE WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY DID NOT DO AS THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO. WHEN I BEGAN TO COMPLAIN I WAS IGNORED. I WANT THIS WEBSITE REMOVED TOTALLY. II WANT IT DELETED SO NOBODY CAN SEE IT, THINK THAT THE COMPANY IS OUT OF BUSINESS.................REMOVED TOTALLY. [redacted]THE WEBSITE HAS NOT BEEN TOTALLY DELETED. Here is the link.  [redacted] This was specifically discussed with the lady I spoke to.  This leaves a potential consumer to believe [redacted] is under construction.  She said she would get back to me about what the options were and never did.  She even said she would be back to me within 24 hours and that was Dec. 16, 2015.I additionally had requested a FULL refund and was sent a wire transfer for $99 not the total amount.The woman I spoke to kept trying to wriggle around providing me any details in concrete form.  I made perfectly clear that when I was contacted by the Revdex.com to find out if this had been resolved I would tell Revdex.com it had not been.
