Dear Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.LLH is asking that I call them so they can "fix" errors and issues. The request to engage in such activity with LLH is the very issue I am contending. I presented in my original documentation to Revdex.com and in the request for refund letter I sent to LLH how nothing is ever resolved when I call them and that I waste countless hours of my time and energy. Even when things are written verbatim for them to simply copy and paste, this proves to be a task too difficult for the company to get right. I will no longer waste my precious time and energy as a doctor when I need to be attending to my patients and helping them. So, again, the request by LLH is unacceptable. I have provided several attachments to this message that shows 1) an email log of correspondence and my countless attempts with them regarding fixing everything over the phone, 2) writing a lengthy message verbatim what to type as content for my website, 3) a formal request for refund and 4) one image illustrating the grammatical errors (the correct text was supposed to read "Check out our [redacted]." They wrote, "Check our our [redacted]." This is just one of many, many errors made at a basic level. I was also told by [redacted] over the phone within the past week that she could keep the website live even after the six months were up. I said great, can I get that in writing? Then she came back on the phone and revoked her previous statement that they would keep the website live. There is no sense or use in speaking with these people. I would really appreciate some active assistance is getting a full refund, please.

Local Lighthouse stands by its previous statement we will remove the claimant from out list. If the claimant would like to provide call records or the name of the agents we would be happy to take a deeper look.

Account is cancelled, we have waived the early termination fee and refunded the initial fee of $199.

This client was with the company just short of 3 months. Our service agreement clearly states a timeline of milestones and achievements. the expectation is given of atleast 90 days. The client cancelled  service on 3/19 and requested to continue working with Local Lighthouse just one day later....

The client was given two months at no charge with a free upgrade.

The client signed up for services in September of last year On February of this year the client contacted the company and asked not to renew the agreement because they simply could not afford the service. In March when the service agreement terminated the account was cancelled for hardship reasons...

as the client had requested.  This client was not billed after the 6 month agreement came to an end. The FTC has not sent notification of a complaint.

Local Lighthouse, has reached out to the claimant and has resolved the issue. There was a breach in communication between what services we offer and what the claimant expected. Local Lighthouse and the claimant have agreed that this may not be the best service for the claimant. A refund has been...

The business has continued to call me, despite informing me that I have been removed from their list, and my number being on the DNC list.  A quick internet search reveals hundreds of other people being subjected to the same abuse from this company that I have.  Now Google is suing Local Lighthouse over these robocalling practices. [redacted]As it stands, they are making a mockery of the Revdex.com by gaming the ratings system.

signed up with us we had phone call conversation gathering information you
would like to see on your new website, you gave us three services, a slogan,
target city, call to action and your existing website. We do our best based off
the information given to create content and design appealing to you; after the website
is completed you can make revisions you would like.
 In regards to first page
placement, you are on the first page for the keywords we are optimizing you
for, we can send you an email with that information directly. 
 We have never once tried
to trick you into anything, you signed the 6 month agreement (I have attached
for you to see) that we sent to you that states everything we are doing for
you. We apologize that you feel "tricked", that was never our
intention and we do everything in our power to indicate exactly what we are
doing for your business.

First, their DO NOT CALL list clearly isn't implemented correctly, since they have failed to honor my request to be put on it several times over many months.  Second, I'm not surprised that Lighthouse maintains that their phone solicitations is not misleading.  But let me pose this thought: why do they feel the need to have a "we are not [redacted]" page?  Why don't they have a "we are not elephants" page?  When I received the pre-recorded calls, I was under the impression that they were associated with [redacted].

It is unclear what the client's complaint is. To clarify all content created by Local Lighthouse remains as intellectual property of Local Lighthouse and can be removed at any time

[redacted]l - File number [redacted] Client called in on 01/2/2015  stating that there was no conversion from our service and demanding a refund because she was not satisfied with the results. It was explained at the time that Local Lighthouse is not responsible for conversion but for...

visibility and services had been rendered. Client then agreed to continue with the company and  was then given a free month of service with optimization being focused on the keywords that she selected. On 4/6/2015  client called back with the same claim but adding that she had no idea the billing would automatically continue after the month of free service. Client was demanding a full refund since satisfaction was not me. Company policy prohibits issuing a refund that is not warranted the same policy is found on the service agreement signed by the above referenced. In hopes of putting the client to ease the March and April payment were refunded and the account terminated. Since the terms of agreement were met by Local Lighthouse it had been decided that no further refund be issued to the account.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The response claims that only one call was made to my private, mobile number.  That is not true.  I have received numerous calls from Local Lighthouse that I could identify (because I went past the robo caller) and likely several others where I just hung up.  In some cases, the Local Lighthouse agent hung up on me once it was clear that I was asking to not be called again.  At least twice, I was able to string the agent along for long enough to point me at their web site.  Regarding Local Lighthouse's violation of [redacted]'s policy, that is up to [redacted] and they have been made aware of the problem that Local Lighthouse is causing to their reputation and their legitimate trusted agents.  A rep from Local Lighthouse called me directly after the complaint (no robo caller involved) and I again made it clear I wish no more calls from their company.  We'll see.

In the contract I "agreed to pay six months for the service to ensure first page placement" which I never received.  I expect a refund as Local Lighthouse was in breach of contract.

on, [redacted]. Once the website is finished in 2-3 weeks we publish online, however it takes 30-90 days for the new website to be found on the search engines, giving time for revisions to be made. We gave you a phone call back yesterday to go over what we can do to assist you and called you again today.
