I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.  I would like to clarify that the "satsifaction" part of the resolution was that the business and I have verbally severed the relationship, and we will not be charged two more times.  We came to that conclusion after listening to the business's non-negotiable options, without consideration of our request for a 50/50 resolution.   We were forced to forfeit all monies paid and are "satisfied" that they agreed to cancel the rest of the contract with no further charges.  We have learned an expensive lesson in giving credence to the sales tactics of some companies.

Hi.Not a product useful for a new costumer was delivered.  Your sales representatives use scam practices to try to sign a agreement (6 months or more and termination fee $450) without a final product with the costumer requirements are clear disclosed. Like me there will be hundreds of people selling in Craigslist
overwhelmed with this kind of abuse or bulling practices (terminations
fees and charges ).  I'm going to continue  with my complain and contact  Telemundo 47 NEWS!  about this new way to scam small  business who appear selling some items in the local Craigslist (there is where you get my contact phone number).Revdex.com:

This client was cancelled and refunded four days after she signed her agreement. She claims to have had the impression that we were [redacted], however our marketing is branded to the Local Lighthouse name. She then says her decision to recind was do to the assumption that the company would not diliver...

on its promises. The clients complaint is based on opinion not event nor facts.

Local Lighthouse stands by its previous statement. This number has been placed on the Do Not Call list. Additionally the number the claimant provided is not a Local Lighthouse number.  Our message was also changed several days ago to avoid any misunderstandings about our affiliation to [redacted].   Please Note: The number provided by the claimant is used for business purposes therefore it is not covered by any FCC regulations. We have removed the claimants number  from our call list but it is possible that other companies are calling.

I was called today and apologized to by a representative from Local Lighthouse. She acknowledged that I should not have been related to the way that I was. She agreed to a provide a full refund. She said it takes 3-5 days to process the refund. I will wait until we've received the full amount before I consider the matter resolved.

No resolution was offered. Harrassing, illegal phone calls continue to me and to others. Website photo is obviously edited.

complaint, Local Lighthouse has determined the following:This is a subscription based service. Our terms and conditions are clear on the automatic billing practices. The agreement states: At the end of the  initial six month term the service agreement will automatically renew on a month to month basis. All contracts are sent out via Docusign therefore it is impossible to amend an agreement after it sent out. There is no way to activate a link after a document is signed. (The Revdex.com uses Docusign as well and can surely attest to this statement.)  The claimant had reservations in regards to the website. Client support advised the claimant to send in all revisions.  All revisions requested were expedited and completed. Records of client communications are in the attached file.  For the reasons stated above Local Lighthouse has determined that no refund is to be issued. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused the claimant. Local Lighthouse will agree to cancel the contract, the early reduced termination fee will be reduced to only $200.

[We are unhappy with this offer and responses. Just yesterday I received a call from "[redacted]" and when I asked if this was Local Lighthouse I was told " you will be put on the do no call list" and they hung up the phone. I ever asked to be put on the do not call list. Also the statement they made regarding automatic billing, we not not disputing the automatic billing, we are disputing the fact that they did not deliver an acceptable product, did not follow through with the plan of implementation they put in place, and then were unwilling to communicate  in an appropriate manner, so we could resolve our differences .  We would be willing pay NO cancellation fee and not receive a refund, but we are not willing to pay $200 cancellation fee and not receive a refund.  ]

Hi [redacted],Unfortunately, there is no way to verify that what was said between you and the sales representative. However, because you did sign this contract, you did agree to a 6 month term with us for $199. It also does state that you agreed to $99 after this 6-month contract had ended.

Local Lighthouse has reached out to the client to make any amends necessary. The client will not be charged an early termination fee. Local Lighthouse and the client have resolved this matter.
