The business is obviously NOT checking the national Do Not Call list prior to sending illegal robocalls to businesses and individuals, attempting to deceive them into "claiming" a listing.  They have called me on multiple occasions, despite my having asked them to stop, and despite being on the Do Not Call list.  Manually removing one number from this list will do nothing to protect other individuals who have been targeted.

They are clearly lying, and manipulating the Revdex.com system by responding quickly with false information.  I will be satisfied with my complaint when the company stops robocalling unsolicited phone numbers that they unlawfully mine from the Whois domain records.

The client requested the site files for himself to take to an additional provider for hosting. The site files were provided to client however our templates are not able to be provided. When client tried to use a different hosting company the site will not look 100% the same as the site we created due to this. The client seemed frustrated with this and we offered to continue to host the clients’ site at our hosting rate that way the client site will look the same. Client did not want to continue to work with us, so we refunded client the last 4 months of service with us out of good faith and the frustration he received. We would love to continue to work with the client and host the site, and our offer will still remain open to host for him. Below you will also see the rankings that his site has even after being cancelled for multiple months. We did not receive a response from Mr. [redacted] after multiple additional site live emails were sent and continued with the optimization of his website in order to achieve placement on the search engines. Our next attempt at contact with Mr. [redacted] was in October of 2015, when our billing department began to reach out to Mr. [redacted] to inform him that his monthly payment had declined and resolve any questions or concerns he had at that time. Unfortunately, we were not able to establish contact with Mr. [redacted] after repeated attempts lasting until January 13, 2016, when the account was cancelled for nonpayment. In compliance with the contract signed by Mr. [redacted], we sent the remaining contracted balance on the account to a collections agency. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, however we did make multiple and lengthy attempts at reaching Mr. [redacted] in order to resolve the balance on his account and continue providing his web marketing services. The verbal agreement was what I went on. I'm 79 years old and can only imagine that I did not see any other part of the contract on my screen as I have to enlarge everything. Local Lighthouse uses deceptive sales practices to lure customers into this contract (which I may have signed but only because I was led to believe it was the agreement I consented to on the phone with the representative). I am sure this has happened before to multiple people, and as a senior citizen, I feel my age group is likely targeted. Local Lighthouse should be ashamed.

Client is currently an active paying client. All website corrections that were requested have been completed as of today’s date. Client received free time and billing was lowered $60 on the account due to changes requested and frustration client received at the time of change request. We have not spoken to client since Feb 2016 and to our knowledge all corrections have been made and she was compensated with the free time and large discount on her billing. We wish the client will contact us if she has further changes she would like to correct. Local Lighthouse is not [redacted]. Nor do we, as a group, speak for [redacted], work for [redacted], or claim to be representatives of [redacted] in any kind of official capacity whatsoever. Local Lighthouse is an independent third party for [redacted].  We are transparent on this matter please see...

[redacted] The claimant was aware that she was working with Local Lighthouse. That was specified in the initial 6 month agreement.  It is also reflective on the claimants billing. The claimants website [redacted] is currently ranking on the first page as promised.  Our service is to provide visibility to our clients businesses, not to bring customers in.  Additionally this claimant has submitted a variety of revisions all of which have been made. We have not received unsatisfactory replies from the claimant. Due to the fact that services were rendered Local Lighthouse  does not see a refund as fit. We will agree to cancel the contract without the early cancellation fee.

This complaint has been resolved the account is not cancelled per clients request.

For this account the client is absolutely right changes were not made to the website and this was communicated to the client. It was explained to several times that Local Lighthouse would not make changes to the website until the service agreement was signed. The client neglected to sign the...

agreement which granted rights to make such changes. We attempted to fulfill on the promises that we made but were unable to move forward because of the agreement.
