I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
Regards,[redacted]

We sincerely apologize to Mr. [redacted] for inconveniencing him.
It’s not clear why Mr. [redacted] was unable to reach us.  We have a
fully-staffed customer service department and keep regular business
hours.  It sounds as if he was contacted by multiple companies as...

the
Caller ID number he references does not belong to us.  With that said, as
it appears Mr. [redacted] no longer needs services to assist him in selling his
vehicle, his number [redacted] will not
be contacted.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
Customer Service Manager

The refund for Mr. [redacted] listing has been refunded today.  The refund of $160 ($189 minus the $29 processing fee) will be back to his original method of payment within 3-5 business days.  On behalf of Once Drive, we apologize for the delay.Sincerely,[redacted]Quality Assurance...

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Once Driven contacted me by telephone after seeing an advertisement I placed on [redacted] Classifieds.  The service was presented to me that for a fee of $189.00 Once Driven would market the vehicle with a money back guarantee less a $29.00 fee, if they did not find a buyer within the 45 days or if I sold the vehicle within 45 days to someone not referred by Once Driven.  Seemed like a fair deal, however the representative conveniently left out the part of the guarantee that if neither party sold the vehicle within 45 days that Once Driven kept your $189.00. This was all done over the telephone and Once Driven wanted payment at that time.  In no way would I have agreed to pay Once Driven $189.00 to sell the car if I had been told the entire money back guarantee policy.  I received nothing from Once Driven until after payment was made. After checking out the Revdex.com I am not the first person that Once Driven has scammed.  They should be put out of business.  I will post my experience all over the Internet with the hope of keeping anyone else from being scammed.  The response from the company is untrue just like their sales pitch.

Mr. [redacted] claims that he was never told that he needed to submit at least one photo of his Hyundai to be eligible for the 45-Day money back guarantee offered by Once Driven.  This specific refund requirement is read and agreed upon with every Once Driven customer prior to the sale of its...

service ever being completed.  In addition, Once Driven sends photo instructions via email to each new customer, and also makes a courtesy phone call to all customers that have not submitted their photos to Once Driven within the first 10 calendar days of listing with Once Driven, to make sure that this specific requirement is completed.  For Mr. [redacted]'s specific account, a phone call was placed to Mr. [redacted] on 10/6/2015at 2:07 P.M. EST., a 47 second voicemail message was successfully delivered to Mr. [redacted]'s phone number of [redacted]. This message specifically states that Once Driven had not yet received photos from Mr. [redacted], and reminded him that we needed the photos for his Hyundai no later than 2 weeks from his original start date.  Had Mr. [redacted] ever sent Once Driven photos of his vehicle, we would definitely entertain his request for a refund.  However, after more than 3 reminders form Once Driven, Mr. [redacted] did not provide us with any photos of his Hyundai. Once Driven was not given an opportunity to market Mr. [redacted]'s vehicle effectively.  Mr. [redacted] is not eligible for a refund.I have also included a link to the Once Driven 45-Day Money Back Guarantee below for Mr. [redacted]'s convenience.[redacted]Thank you for the opportunity to respond.Sincerely,[redacted]Customer Service Manager

As I explained in the six times I contacted OnceDriven, I sold my vehicle within the 45 day period, with absolutely no help from OnceDriven. Attached is the OnceDriven receipt dated 12/17/2014 and the report of sale dated 1/25/2015. To make it simple for the OnceDriven representative, that is 39 days. This company has wasted my time every single time I've communicated with them. Their tactic is to pass their customers around from one employee to the next, promise to call back, blame the problem on the returns department and hope that the customer just lets it go. I have phone calls recorded and email correspondence with two customer service representatives apologizing for how long it is taking and that they will get my refund back as soon as possible. Well 5 months is absolutely unacceptable. OnceDriven needs to own up to their promise and stop treating their customers like is

Company promised to market my vehicle for sale and only added an entry to their website that does not come up in any search engines so therefore useless. Company misrepresented how they were going to market my car and told me they had buyers lined up. If they had told me what they were going to do, I would not have purchased their useless services.  I purchased the services of a company to sell my vehicle and they have not made any effort to do so.  I PAID for service and got NOTHING.  I would still like my money back from this fraudulent company.

Mr. [redacted] refund request was verified and processed on 11/15/2016.  The refund of $160 ($189 minus the $29 processing fee) was processed today.  I'm not quite sure where Mr. [redacted] got the amount of $250 from for his purchase price.  Once Driven has always had a $189 fee fro its...

service.Mr. [redacted] will need to allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear back to his original method of payment.Sincerely,[redacted]Quality Assurance Manager

Review: This company is a scam. They take advantage of veterans and everyone in general. They promised to sell my motorcycle in 45 days or less for $189. Pretty decent deal. Until you read the fine print saying that if you sell your vehicle, only then will they reimburse you the cost. If you sell it yourself independently, they still keep $29. I called them and told them I was not interested in their service after 24 hours, and they said I'm not getting a refund. So, they removed my listing and intend to keep the $189 regardless. I filed a complaint with my bank, since I'm not authorizing the charge. The absolute worst human beings on the planet. But it is not guaranteed that I'll get a refund.Desired Settlement: I would like my $189 refunded for a service I did not receive, and a service they refuse to provide.

Response:

Once Driven has read Mr. [redacted] complaint and appreciates the opportunity to respond. Mr. [redacted] stated that the guarantee was in "fine print". Before Mr. [redacted] payment was processed, the Once Driven 45-Day Guarantee was explained in detail and Mr. [redacted] clearly agreed to the terms before his credit card was processed. In addition, Mr. [redacted] was sent a confirmation email which has a direct link to its refund policy. Considering the only contact Mr. [redacted] has had with Once Driven was to set up (and pay) for his listing with Once Driven on 8/12/2016, I am not quite sure where his assertion that Once Driven is a scam arrived. When Mr. [redacted] spoke with Once Driven on 8/17/2016, his refund request was denied due to him agreeing to the 45-Day Guarantee on 8/12/2016. After it was explained that he was not eligible for a refund, Mr. [redacted] then stated that he had already started the charge back process with his bank. In light of those comments, Once Driven will not be processing a refund of Mr. [redacted] payment since his bank will most likely make his funds available. If Mr. [redacted] does change his mind about charging back his payment, and sells his Yamaha to a buyer not provided by Once Driven within the first 45 days, he would be eligible for a refund of $189 minus the $29 processing fee that he agreed to on 8/12/2016.On behalf of Once Driven, we wish Mr. [redacted] the best of luck in selling his MotorcycleSincerely,[redacted]Quality Assurance Manager

Response:

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The OnceDriven business has an extremely predatory business model, that if researched, can be seen as unethical. My vehicle was listed on Craigslist. Explicitly the bottom of the listing instructed that I was not to be contacted by solicitors. OnceDriven violated those terms and the terms of Craigslist to not contact me for solicitation. OnceDriven contacted me consistently until I agreed to list my motorcycle with them. The motorcycle was sold to a private buyer by myself, and still OnceDriven has not given me a refund. I filed a complaint with [redacted] and I have not received my funds back yet. OnceDriven has terrible reviews all over [redacted], as they are a proven scam business as they violate operating terms on Craigslist and solicit people despite explicit direct that they are not to be solicited to include myself. I have yet to read one positive thing about this company, and I am not sure how they are even still in business.

Review: This business has been harassing me non stop and leaving me voicemails about selling my car via their website. At no time did I state in my [redacted] ad about my car that they could contact me about commercial services nor do I desire any more calls from Longwood IndustriesDesired Settlement: Since I have 2 numbers that are the National Do Not Call Registry, I will have the government seek payment from this company for the multiple violations and voicemails I have on my phone.

I desire for them to not call me anymore and please learn how to read that I never desired any commercial services from them.

The phone number listed along Mr. [redacted]'s complaint was added to the Once Driven Do-Not-Call Database on 7/27/2016 and will not be contacted again. If Mr. [redacted] will provide the second phone number he eluded to in his complaint that Once Driven has contacted, we will make sure to add the second phone number to the Do-Not-Call database as well.On behalf of Once Driven, we apologize for any inconvenience to Mr. [redacted].Sincerely,[redacted]Quality Assurance Manager

Review: I placed an ad locally ([redacted]) to sell a car. These dirt bags harvested my mobile number and have been calling me constantly day and night for the past three days. I asked them to stop calling, but they keep doing so even though the car is no longer for sale and my mobile number is on the do not call registry!Desired Settlement: I want them to pay me $200 for harassment, ignoring the do not call registry and for the time I've had to spend dealing with them. I also demand that they never call me again!

Regards,

[redacted] I was already in the Do Not Call database. I need to be compensated for the time and effort involved in having to deal with this awful company.

Review: Have been contacted three time about a motorcycle I posted for sale on [redacted]. Each time they called from [redacted], with a recording trying to pitch me a sale of their services. This last time, I called the number back and asked her how she got my number. She said they have people wanting my specific bike. I told her I was not interested and to stop trying to solicit me, and remove my number from their [redacted]. I even made it a point to remove my phone number from the contact section on **, and spelled out my phone number to avoid this slimy sales tactic. It obviously didn't work, they still got my number and spammed me. This company should be shut down.Desired Settlement: This company should be shut down, and be forced to reimburse people for the time it takes removing themselves from OnceDriven's spam [redacted].

People should not be forced to contact OnceDriven to have their number removed from OnceDriven's robocall spam (unsolicited communications) [redacted]. My number is already registered on the national Do Not Call [redacted], therefor OneDrive is in violation of Federal FCC laws. I will be filing a complain with the FCC to look into OnceDriven's illegal and unethical business model and practices.

Thank you for giving us an opportunity to respond. Sincerely,[redacted] Quality Assurance Meeting

Review: I have received several calls from this company after I posted a motorcycle for sale on [redacted]

My phone never rings but they are somehow able to leave a message on my answer machine. It's very strange.

I have specifically stated that I do not wish to be contacted by companies soliciting their business when I posted my ad. Despite this, Once Driven keeps harassing me with calls. The come across as a scam, to be avoided business.Desired Settlement: Just stop calling me. It's very annoying.
