Review: March 27, 2013 we purchased the advertising package for $249. July 2, 2013 we sent in the notirized refund form. It is Oct 15, 2013 and we still have not received our refund. After numerous calls, message and emails sent to the manager (from the ladies I've talked to when I called) since early September. I've been told my issue has been a priority. I'm not sure how much longer this could go on. We were told 6-8 weeks for a refund and it's been 14 weeks!! How is it we as consumers have to comply with the 10 day window to send in the refund form (after running around town to find someone that can notorize it) and AMS can take their sweet time processing the refund?Desired Settlement: Refund our money by crediting our credit card. We'll take a check too, whatever gets our money back!

Review: I list a car for sale through Auto Marketing Systems. The terms of the agreement were for 249.00 they would sell your car within 90 days. If they did not sell your car within that time you could request a refund less a 30.00 processing fee. All I was suppose to do was send in the signed and notarized form within the specified time and they would issue a refund. I was told to allow 8 weeks for the refund. It has been well over that and with numerous phone calls and lots of excuses they assured me that the refund would be credited to my account. That still has not happened.Desired Settlement: I just want my money credit back to me.

Review: Purchased an online package on 4/18/13 from [redacted] (at the time in sales department/ [redacted] ###-###-####). she would call me for months and made an excellent pitch until I agreed to try there services. The service provided is to sell my product (motorcycle) with in 90 days from the start date or I can continue with them after 90 days or receive a reimbursement credit back on my debit card. When 90 days came up I did the following procedures and sent them a cancellation notice that was from a notary as they requested. Once they received it which they did on 7/29/13 at 12:18pm from usps and was post dated as they requested on 7/23/13. [redacted] originally said with in 30 days and nothing is stated on website. I have been in contact with [redacted] (ams vehicle sales account manager) every week for the past 7 weeks to see where my check is. She cannot be a manager. Never has any answer and always waiting for some one else. Seems more like a secretary or office manager. I own a few retail companies and would NEVER have my staff of Customers go threw this inconvenience. I am very tired of baby-sitting. Want my reimbursement. Went on there site and seen Revdex.com and researched them. There are hundreds and I mean hundreds of complaints. I am very surprise and taken back that the state of Virginia has aloud this mess to go on for this long. Some one needs to resolve this online scam company.Desired Settlement: Would like full refund based on false information and a heartache I have occurred over this situation

Review: I am receiving Unsolicited services or offers from this company. They want me to call them at [redacted] to "help me to sell my car". I purposely checked the"do NOT contact me with unsolicited services or offers" box in the [redacted] ad.

Someone named [redacted] from OnceDriven has been calling me regarding a vehicle that I have posted on [redacted].

He calls from an "unknown" number and leaves the following message on my phone: "Hi This is [redacted] calling from Once Driven, The number here is [redacted]. Calling about your vehicle. If it is still for sale, we still are showing some demand for it, and it will cost you around $200 before it gets sold for you. Again the number here is [redacted].Good luck."Desired Settlement: Business to stop calling or contacting me for unsolicited services or offers.

Regards,

I placed an ad on Craigslist to sell my car. Since then Once Driven has called my phone numerous times offering their services. They are harassing me. When I try to return a call there is no answer or just a recording. I don't know how else to make this company leave me alone and quit calling me phone !!! Very upset.

Review: Cannot get anyone to call me back, continue to direct my phone directly to VM and will not allow me to speak with a manager about my concerns. Staff answering phone are extremely rude and offer no customer service.Desired Settlement: I would like them to refund my $189.00 and remove my add from their site. They state they do not offer refunds unless the vehicle sells within 45 days of listing. I listed on Monday June 22, 2015 and I am dissatisfied with their lack of customer service.

Regards,

Review: I listed my vehicle for sale on [redacted] and was called repeatedly, at least 4 times, by OnceDriven employees because they wanted to sell my car for me. I finally agreed to let them help me because there was a full money-back guarantee if they didn't sell my car within 45 days, this was on 12/17/2014. I didn't receive a single contact or interested party from OnceDriven and sold my car using my own lead on 1/25/2015. When I solicited a return, they said it was going to take awhile, but after calling them 6 times and them stringing me along, 4 months, and absolutely no contact or help, I'm now driven to write this complaint. Their business promise is false. Not only did they stalk me to sell my car, they didn't generate any interest and now they won't return my purchase.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of $189.00.

Business

Response:

Ms. [redacted] was eligible for a refund if her vehicle sold by any other

means within the first 45 days of listing with Once Driven. She is

ineligible for a refund due to her vehicle not selling by other means

within the specified time frame. Per the Once Driven refund agreement, Once Driven

will continue to market Ms. [redacted]'s vehicle until it is sold. If Ms. [redacted] can send proof of the sale of her vehicle within the first 45 days of listing with Once Driven, we will be happy to issue a refund per the refund guarantee.I have attached a copy of the Once Driven refund policy below for Mr. [redacted] to review.[redacted]Sincerely,[redacted]Customer Service Manager

Consumer

Response:

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

As I explained in the six times I contacted OnceDriven, I sold my vehicle within the 45 day period, with absolutely no help from OnceDriven. Attached is the OnceDriven receipt dated 12/17/2014 and the report of sale dated 1/25/2015. To make it simple for the OnceDriven representative, that is 39 days. This company has wasted my time every single time I've communicated with them. Their tactic is to pass their customers around from one employee to the next, promise to call back, blame the problem on the returns department and hope that the customer just lets it go. I have phone calls recorded and email correspondence with two customer service representatives apologizing for how long it is taking and that they will get my refund back as soon as possible. Well 5 months is absolutely unacceptable. OnceDriven needs to own up to their promise and stop treating their customers like is.

I would like personal contact from the business owner. Not a copy and pasted form letter. They contacted me from a [redacted] ad which specified "do not contact me with unsolicited offers".In talking with their representatives its obvious this is a common practice. It was also obvious that the people answering the phone did not care, and would actively prohibit me from escalating this situation.I would like to know what measures they have put in place to stop this practice of harassment from continuing.Anything short of this and I will continue to pursue legal options via representation.

Review: First of all the company keeps calling me on my cell number even after I have asked them to take me off the list. Second of all, they contacted me from a [redacted] posting that noted do not call me if your are trying to sell me something. Third, they are attempting to defraud consumers by telling them one thing but not delivering.Desired Settlement: Business should be shut down!

Review: I have an ad on my local [redacted] sellingg a skid plate for an ATV for like $35. A guy named [redacted] called me at least 3 times and left messages saying he could sell my car for me. I called them to see what's going on I told the first lady named [redacted] I didn't have any vehicles for sale she asked for my number then hung up on me. Then I called back again and talked to another lady I don't remember her name and I told her what was happening she asked for phone number and said [redacted] took my number off. I told her I wanted to know how they can contact me when it is checked on [redacted] not to contact me with stuff like this and she said their parent company is non profit so they legally can. I told her I was reporting them to the Revdex.com then she hung up on me. [redacted]s messages said he was looking at my ad and wanted to help sell my vehicle. He should have seen I wasn't selling a vehicle and there price is almost $150 more than the item I was selling. This business sounds like a scam and I wanted to report it. Are they allowed to contact [redacted] ads when it says not to? I doubt it will happen but I would like an explanation from [redacted] the guy that called me why he was trying to scam me. ThanksDesired Settlement: I just want to inform the Revdex.com. I don't want to see anyone get scammed.

Regards,

Review: I received an unsolicited call from this company with an offer to help me sell my vehicle that they saw was listed on another site. For $189 they would put me in contact with buyers who were looking for vehicles like mine. They stated that they had a list of people ready right then to purchase my vehicle. They stated they would list my vehicle for sale on their site with a professional looking ad and that they would be using [redacted] to get my ad into the public eye. There was a 45 day money back guarantee which said I would receive a full refund if I sold the item within that time and if not they would continue to market it until it sold at no further charge. They indicated that it would sell quickly, that it behooved them to work hard to sell it before I did so they wouldn't have to refund my money but it would sell easily because there were people lined up to buy it, it was a great vehicle, the price I was asking was fair. It sounded like a good deal for me as I had been trying for awhile to sell it myself and I needed it to sell as soon as possible and they convinced me, nay promised me, that it would sell rapidly. I even thought that if I could get it sold after the 45 days it would still be worth the money to have it off my hands. I was not unhappy with the price because it would be worth it to me. Ultimately I was unhappy with the service they gave me and the unfulfilled promises of what they would do to market it. The buyers never materialized - not a single call or email from the company or interested persons. There was no followup from the business, no suggestions for what to do to get it sold, no contact at all that wasn't initiated by me. After 45 days, they hadn't sold it and neither had I. I have yet to ever have a single bite. Yet, when I talk to them they always tell me how many hits my ad has received on their website. Odd that I would receive hundreds of hits but not one person on their list of people wanting this type vehicle ever contacted them or me about it. Nearly every call I made to them to check on progress or suggest a tweak to the ad was met by them telling me that it was the price that was the problem. I dropped the price twice, the second time even much lower than what they felt it would take to finally sell it. Still, no contact from buyers. Once Driven also offers to help you find a car to buy. I happened to need a used car so I decided to give them a chance to find me a car, thinking maybe that the real problem was that my vehicle for sale was kind of a specialty item for a steeper price so maybe there simply weren't that many buyers out there. The car I was looking to buy was a common, popular car and I gave a wide range of years and a decent price range as well. It ought to have been fairly easy to match me up with a seller and the agent I spoke to later on seemed to feel I should have had no problem at all finding a car with my specifics. Guess what? Nothing happened on that end either. When I called the company to find out what was going on with the car buying I was told they had no record of my search for a car request and that it was either expired or removed. She stated they weren't supposed to remove items without a phone call to the customer which of course I hadn't received. Basically, I feel I've been taken for a ride. I have read a lot of other complaints about this business and there seem to be two common issues - everyone says they were promised loads of prospective buyers ready to buy a vehicle like theirs and that their car ad has received tons of hits. Yet no one's customers ever seem to materialize and their car doesn't sell regardless of how many people seem to be interested. I could understand that this might occasionally be the case but with this company it seems to be the hook to get you to purchase their service but universally it isn't delivered on. I paid $189 in good faith that my car would be sold quickly because these people had the ability to market it to the right buyers and that they would actively work to get this done. They convinced me of all the things they would do to ensure it was in the public eye and they would be working everyday for me. Even if I had to lose the fee past the 45 days I was okay with that because in short order I would have the vehicle sold. For my $189 all I got was ad hosting on their site. And that netted me no results either. To date I have had zero contact from people wanting to buy my vehicle or sell me their vehicle. I want a full refund for non service.Desired Settlement: I would like the full amount I paid for services to be refunded to me.

Business

Response:

I personally called and spoke with Mrs. [redacted] personally on 10/9/2014. Mrs. [redacted] was refunded her $189 fee and was instructed that the fee would appear back to her card account within 3-5 days. Mrs. [redacted] stated that she would remove her complaint once the refund appeared back to her card account.

Regards,

Review: I was sold a service that was not upheld. I called and filed a complaint with OnceDriven and every customer service rep closed me out of their chat window. They took $189 from me based on a lying phone conversation. I called to please reference this phone conversation as a sales rep from OmceDriven GUARANTEED my vehicle to sell within 45 days or my money would be refunded. They are unable to reference my call which is where this blatant lie took place. I want a full refund of $189.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of $189 since they can not reference the phone conversation.

Business

Response:

Mr. [redacted] did not sell his vehicle, and is not eligible for a refund

based on the 45-Day refund guarantee provided to each customer before

purchase. The mandatory refund policy statement is read, recorded and

agreed to before any charge is processed. I have attached Once Driven's

45-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Once Driven will continue to market Mr.

[redacted] vehicle until it is sold at no additional cost to him.

Consumer

Response:

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I asked OnceDriven to please reference my phone conversation as the sales associate I spoke with GUARANTEED a 100% full refund if my vehicle did not sell within 45 days. $189 is a lot of money to spend on this service. I also had submitted multiple complaints during this service because I did not receive ONE email or phone call from this "so called" service that was supposed to be provided. Yesterday, as I filed a complaint with the company, I talked to 5 different online associates all of which told me I would not qualify for a refund. Also, every single one of them closed out my chat session. THIS IS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you go to Google search and start typing OnceDriven, the word "SCAM" will automatically populate behind it. If you look at the website, there is no contact information to file a complaint. Every business needs to offer the ability to guarantee a product, and if a customer is dissatisfied, they need to resolve the issue. NOT HANG UP THE PHONE ON ME AND CLOSE MULTIPLE CHAT WINDOWS. I am VERY DISSATISFIED and I want a full refund of $189. Thank you, Revdex.com for your help in this matter.

Regards,

Review: I have a privately listed vehicle for sale on a public network. The ads are listed specifically stating that no solicitations are to be made, no contact from companies looking to offer services.

I have been directly contacted by Once Driven asking for permission to charge me 200 dollars for them to list the vehicle in their network.Desired Settlement: I would like the Revdex.com to be aware of the business practices Once Driven has resorted to.

I would also appreciate an email from Once Driven stating they acknowledge they acted with unsolicited offers against my will. I've not been financial harmed or mentally anguished; but this is not proper business etiquette, and I would like to see they at least acknowledge it.

Business

Response:

We sincerely apologize for inconveniencing Mr. [redacted]. With

respect to contacting him, we assumed he wasn't interested in hearing from

commercial interests completely unrelated to why he posted his contact

information in the first place, (i.e., calls by random marketers such as credit

card or home security companies). Our service is specifically tailored to

help him achieve his goal. We truly believe in our buyer-seller matching

service and want to help as many people as possible, but we understand that he

is not interested and therefore will not contact him at the numbers provided in

his complaint.

Review: Our vehicle was listed with Auto Marketing Systems under a 90-day listing. When we sold our vehicle on our own, we very carefully followed the procedure to get back a portion of the money we paid for the listing. We were told that they were backed up and have continuously told us that a refund is on the way, just delayed. For months this has gone on but now when we call, no one even answers the phone.Desired Settlement: We have a refund of $220 that we have been told by the company is coming back to us, but they have not submitted it. We would like our refund immediately. Please see our paperwork regarding this refund attached.

I have made at least 10 phone calls and have been assured they are working on it. It has been 9 months I have not received any indication they are going to pay the $220.
