Review: Posted and [redacted] indicating NOT to be contacted, in addition my number is in the National Do No Call list.

They called from a "private number" said they can "help" me sell my car and to call them back at ###-###-####, they estimated the cost of their service to be around $200.

I am not interested in getting unsolicited calls.Desired Settlement: They should be fine from the NDC list. And fined for privacy issues.

Response:

The phone number listed in Mr. [redacted]'s complaint has been added to the Once Driven do-not-call database, and will not be contacted again. On behalf of Once Driven, we apologize for any inconvenience.Sincerely,[redacted]Customer Service Manager

Review: took a 189$ from us for services they did not provide, told they had a number of people look at the vet but we did not receive one phone call from any of them. we sold the vet. on a private sale, and they wanted the information of the person who bought it. it is none of their business and I refuse to give them the information. then they wanted our V.I.D # off the vet to look into the title being transferred from us to the new buyer! they did not do what they said they could do! and I want my money back-how many times did they do this to other people? I was told this is how they refund is by checking into the title! I will send the bill of sale to them but they are not getting any information of they buyer!Desired Settlement: I would like my 189$ back from them they did not sell my vehicle, my husband and I did.

Response:

When the [redacted]'s signed up with Once Driven on 11/20/2014 the refund

terms were read and agreed upon before their payment was processed. The

refund guarantee clearly states that the Vehicle Identification Number

(VIN) has to be provided along with the last name of the buyer, and the

sale date to determine refund eligibility. Once that information is

provided, the refund is validated and processed. This is not a surprise

to the [redacted]'s, as this is exactly what they agreed to upon placing

their listing with Once Driven. Once we obtain this information, and

verify the sale of their vehicle, Once Driven will process the [redacted]'s

refund in full as requested. Below, I have attached a link to

Once Drivens 45-Day Money Back Guarantee, to show that this is the terms

upon which the [redacted]'s agreed.[redacted]Sincerely,[redacted]

Response:

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I never signed anything, nor did I ever recv. the paper work I was told was mailed out on 11/24. I am not about to give out personnel information to you or anyone else. it is not your business! we sold the car you didn't it is as simple as that!! you just rip offs

Business

Response:

Unfortunately, if the [redacted]'s do not provide the sale information required to receive a refund from Once Driven (which they agreed to provide to Once Driven in the event their vehicle sold within 45 days via a source not provided by Once Driven), they will not be entitled to a refund. I'm not sure what personal information we would be receiving from the [redacted]'s in this case. The VIN for the vehicle is registered with the DMV and the new owner. We need to verify that the vehicle the [redacted]'s listed with Once Driven has in fact been sold. The information that is required for refund eligibility is solely used for this purpose only. Just as the [redacted]'s address and phone number (provided by the [redacted]'s to Once Driven) has not been used for any reason other than establishing and recognizing their account with Once Driven, the information received for verification will not be utilized for anything other than the purpose of sale verification. In response to the [redacted]'s not receiving a mailed receipt. All receipts are deliviered to Once Driven customers via email unless otherwise requested. The [redacted]'sreceipt was delivered to the email address provided by the [redacted]'s at the time of their purchase on 11/20/2014. The receipt,, confirmation email and photo instructions were sent to the following email address: [redacted]In closing, if the [redacted]'s will provide the VIN, their buyer's last name and the sale date for their 2009 Corvette, Once Driven will process a full refund of $189 immediately. I believe that this is more than fair to resolve this complaint.Sincerely,[redacted]

Review: I entered into contract with Automarketing Systems for the sale of a 2011 Subaru Forester on Oct 11, 2012. The contract offered a " 90 day money back guarantee" if the vehicle does not sale or " if they are not satisfied with the results of the service". Their service did not sell the vehicle. I sent the proper paper work at the correct time, and was told it takes 6 to 8 weeks to process refunds. I have called on 5/7/13, 5/10/13, 5/20/13, and 6/3/13 but still no refund.Desired Settlement: Refund the $220.00.

Business

Response:

AMS apologizes for the delay of Mr. [redacted]'s refund. The refund of $220 was processed today. Mr. [redacted] will need to allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear back to his credit card account. Sincerely, [redacted] Customer Service Manager- Auto Marketing Systems

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. Review: AMS contacted ME about my motorcycle and boat that were listed for sale. I do not know which website they saw my vehicles advertised and got my phone number from. They offered a GUARANTEE of selling both items in 90 days or my money would be refunded (less $29). Their ad states that a refund request form is on the back of my receipt, which it is not. The ad also states that I have to notarize the request form and get it back to them with 10 business days of the 90-day expiration. The ad and representative said I would be contacted within 14 days of signing up and receive a progress report. I have not been contacted and cannot reach them on their listed phone number of ###-###-####.Desired Settlement: I would like my $298 fees refunded.

Business

Response:

Per the [redacted]'s request, AMS has issued the refunds for $149 each (Total refund of $298). The [redacted] will need to allow 3-5 business days for the refunds to appear back to their credit card account. Sincerely, [redacted] Customer Service Manager- Auto Marketing Systems

Review: On August 31, 2012 I listed a vehicle for sale with this company. They have a 90 day enrollment program that states that if the vehicle fails to sell during that period the company will refund $220.00 of the fee paid to list the vehicle. The vehicle did not sell by the agreed upon date (November 30,2012) so I mailed the completed refund request to them on December 4, 2012 which is within the two week period after the end of the 90 day listing this company requires to send the request. I have contacted them every month since and have been told the request was received and approved but that it had not been sent yet. I have a listing of times, dates and employees I spoke with if that would help.I want my refund and if at all possible I feel they should be required to pay an interest penalty for the 6 months this has not been paid. Thank you.Desired Settlement: $220.00 refund as agreed upon with enrollment program and interest penalties if applicable

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. I would like to add that I feel this business needs to be investigated. It is quite apparent that they are doing their best to cheat people by the large amount of previous complaints you have received with the same problem I had. I am certain that if I had not followed through on this complaint I never would have received the refund. How many people do they have that just quit asking for the refund and lose out? Regards, [redacted]

OnceDriven stolen my contact information from craigslist and tried to contact me several times and left messages stating that they will sell my car for $200 even I clearly stated on the ad that I do not authorize any sales or services. It is a big scam and please be aware and do not use this service at all.

Review: Once driven solicited me via [redacted] and offered to sell my car for a fee of $189. ($29. non-refundable). They promise to refund $160. if I sold my automobile on my own within 45 days of contracting with Once Driven. I contracted with Once Driven on 5/22/15 and their 45 day refund guarantee was to expire on 7/7/2015. I sold my car without their help on 6/11/15 and sent all documentation showing sale on 6/24/15 via [redacted] and fax (fax ###-###-#### attention [redacted]). Contacted them several times without success.

I have NEVER received my $160. refund.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of $160. as promised in their contract/statement letter.

Business

Response:

On 7/28/2015 at 7:07 P.M. EST a refund was issued from Once Driven in the amount of $160. This refund was processed back to Mr. [redacted] credit card account ending with [redacted]. The card mentioned is the same card account used to purchase the service from Once Driven. If Mr. [redacted] is not seeing a credit for that amount from Once Driven or Longwood Industries, we will need to speak with a representative from the cardholders bank. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. Have received the refund.Regards,

Had the same experience as others here... I was cold-called by this company in response to a [redacted] ad. I'm submitting my review here, though, to encourage people to also report Once Driven to the National Do Not Call Registry (https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx). While the Revdex.com is a great service, they can only report complaints. The Do Not Call list is run by the FTC and enforced by law.

Review: If AMS did not sell my car within 90 days, they said they would refund my money, minus the $29 processing fee. Their contract says they will the refund will be credited to your credit card within 6 to 8 weeks. I have been waiting for 8 months. They will not return my phone calls and the phone number does not work. The manager will not call me. I have sent 10 e-mails asking for my refund and called multiple times. They have stollen my money.Desired Settlement: I would like them to send a refund asap. They should be shut down for running an unethical and illegal business.

Review: I placed an add on a local [redacted] site to sell a vehicle. I specifically stated "do NOT contact me with unsolicited services or offers" on the listing. One day later I recieved a call from a representative of Once Driven who identified himself as [redacted] who offered a service that would guarantee the sale of my vehicle for a fee.Desired Settlement: Based on many post and scam reports online this is a standard sales practice for Once Driven. I would like to see the company implement an ethics traning program for their sales staff and activly discourage staff from using contact information that is accompanied by request for privacy.

Business

Response:

Mr. [redacted] phone number associated with his complaint has been added to the Once Driven Do-Not-Call database, and will not be contacted again. Sincerely,[redacted]Customer Service Manager

Review: I keep getting calls from this company trying to sell me advertising on their website for selling my vehicle when my ad stated "No Solicitors" and even after my vehicle has sold and the ad has been removed, they have saved my phone number and keep calling me trying to charge me $200. I've never used this service. I used [redacted] to sell my vehicle for free and they keep calling me and trying to extort $200 out of me to sell a vehicle that has been sold.Desired Settlement: I would like these people to stop contacting unsolicited people and harassing them about using their service instead of the service the person has chosen.

Business

Response:

According to the phone records for Once Driven, no outbound phone calls were ever made to the phone number listed in Mr. [redacted] complaint. I have added the phone number [redacted] to the internal Do-Not-Call database. If Mr. [redacted] was contacted on a separate phone number, I will be happy to add that number to the database as well.

Review: Receiving unwanted calls about an R.V. I am selling,, they claim to be a member of the Revdex.com in good standingDesired Settlement: I think this company should be violated,, business practices stop. They are violating my civil rights by contacting me and getting away with it,, I realize I am not the only one but they should be STOPPED !!

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Regards,

They did IN FACT STATE they were in good standing,, what else could be expected from a sub par business.

Review: On 11-7-12, I engaged them to advertise a motorcycle I'd advertised on craigslist. The person who telephoned me to solicit my business said that my vehicle would sell within two weeks - that he had two individuals who were looking for just what I was trying to sell. They offered a price of $249 for three months' listing, stating that all but $29 of that amount would be refunded if the vehicle did not sell or if I was unsatisfied with their service. The "90 Day Guarantee Date" on my receipt is Feb 6 2013. Within a week of that day, I complied with their requirements for requesting a refund. Some weeks, possibly more than a month, later, I called them to inquire about the status. They acknowledged having received my notarized request for a refund. They said that it usually took 8 to 10 weeks to process refunds. I've called them three times since then, and I have still to see the refund.Desired Settlement: I want them to honor their advertised commitment to refund the $229.

Business

Response:

AMS apologizes for the delay of Mr. [redacted]'s refund. The refund of $220 ($249 minus the $29 processing fee) was processed today. Review: In November,2013 I was contacted by Once Driven about a vehicle I had posted on [redacted]. They said they would sell the vehicle for a fee of $189.00. If they didn't sell the vehicle in 45 days, they would refund my money. I received no calls from their posting in the 45 day time period. I have emailed them numerous times and each time I am told the refund department is behind. I think in 6 months they could have issued my refund.Desired Settlement: I want them to refund me my $189.00 which they promised to do.

Business

Response:

Mr. [redacted] refund request was submitted 11 days after the 45 Day money back guarantee date. Mr. [redacted] submitted an invalid request for his refund. In a good faith effort, Once Driven will refund the agreed to amount of $160 ($189 minus the $29 processing fee) once we are able to obtain Mr. [redacted] credit card information. Our system is not recognizing his card as valid at this time.

If Mr. [redacted] will respond to this message with his credit card information, I will make sure to refund his account ASAP.

Review: I was selling my trailer. They found it on the internet and contacted me as Auto Marketing Systems. They would advertise my trailer for the fee of $249. Should I sell the trailer on my own or it does not sell within 3 months they would reimburse me the majority of my funds minus a small administrative fee. I sold the trailer on my own. I have contacted the company several times and they continually assure me that all the correct paper work was performed and that I will see my refund in a few days. I was billed by AMS on April 19th, 2013. I sold my trailer in May, 2013. I still have not received my refund. My cr is [redacted].Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is that they refund me the amount they promised (approx. $200 US).

Review: Oncedriven.com is a company that browses [redacted] ads and dispute the notice placed at the bottom "do NOT contact me with unsolicited services or offers" continually calls you and tried to get you to purchase their advertisement services. After repeated requests not to contact me thy continue to call from blocked/private numbers an use different sales pitches to get me to pay them to list my vehicle.Desired Settlement: Do not contact customers have have explicitly requested not to be contacted- This falls under the definition of harassment!

Business

Response:

Mr. [redacted] phone number has been added to Once Driven's do-not-call database, and will not be contacted again.

Sincerely,

Customer Service Manager

Review: The business Oncedriven.com contact me about my private listing of my vehicle. They advised that for the amount of $189.00 USD they would advertise and arrange for the sale of my vehicle on my behalf. The guarantee they offer is that if they are not able to sell the vehicle within 45 days, they will refund the service (less a $40.00 processing fee).

To date, I have never received contact from anyone regarding my vehicle as a result of the service. I purchased the service in early December. I have tried to call Oncedriven six times within the last week. I have left five voice messages: four with my direct service representative [redacted], her "coverage" [redacted], and the customer satisfaction/"manager" line; Each voice mail advised I will receive a return call. The representation I spoke with today at the general line advised me that [redacted] was "new" and "in-training" at the time. She advised I could expect a call back within 24-48 hours of any message I leave.

I have received no return calls and no messages from Oncedriven. I have also asked friends and family who are searching for vehicles in the targeted sales area if they've ever seen any kind of service or been contacted by Oncedriven about any kind of vehicle, let alone my own; All of those people are regular users of [redacted], which is where Oncedriven advised me they would be advertising on a targeted basis.Desired Settlement: I would like the $149.00 they agree to refund in the event they are unable to sell the vehicle. I do not expect a full refund of the original $140.00, although I think given the complete lack of a service and absence of any communication or customer service, there must have been very little to "process".

I thank you in advance for your time and consideration of my matter.

Regards,

Review: The business noticed that I was trying to sell my vehicle and contacted me saying that they have buyers lined up to buy my vehicle if I subscribed to their listing service. After subscribing, they list the vehicle on a website that nobody has access to and never contact you again. When I called them they said that the listing was "too old" and upon my insistence put it back at the top of the "listings". Despite their claims that x number of people have viewed my "listing", I've never once been contacted by a potential buyer or by OnceDriven. Every time I contact them to ask for a refund, they tell me I'm not eligible and offer to re-list the item. I've paid almost $200 for their service and received NOTHING. Not a single interest. They deceived me by saying that they had people looking for my exact make and model vehicle in my area.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my money $189, for services not rendered.

I would like OnceDriven to stop telling people they have buyers lined up for such and such a vehicle. What buyers are even a member of their service? I've never heard of them until they contacted me to help sell my vehicle!

Business

Response:

Unfortunately, Mr. [redacted] is not eligible for a refund. Had Mr. [redacted] sold his vehicle within the 45 Day Guarantee date by means other than Once Driven, he would have been entitled to a refund minus the $29 processing fee.Per the Once Driven refund agreement, Once Driven will continue to market Mr. [redacted]'s vehicle until it is sold. For Mr. [redacted]'s convenience, I have pasted a link to the Once Driven 45-Day Money Back Guarantee.Sincerely,[redacted]Customer Service Manager

Response:

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Company promised to market my vehicle for sale and only added an entry to their website that does not come up in any search engines so therefore useless. Company misrepresented how they were going to market my car and told me they had buyers lined up. If they had told me what they were going to do, I would not have purchased their useless services. I purchased the services of a company to sell my vehicle and they have not made any effort to do so. I PAID for service and got NOTHING. I would still like my money back from this fraudulent company.

Regards,

Business

Response:

While we can appreciate Mr. [redacted]'s position, the fact of the matter remains that Once Driven is following the 45-Day Money Back Guarantee that Mr. [redacted] agreed to on 12/31/2014. Had Mr. [redacted] sold his vehicle within the 45-Day Guarantee timeline, Once Driven would have happily refunded his account. Unfortunately, he did not. Thus, Once Driven is honoring their promise of marketing his vehicle (until sold) at no additional fee.Sincerely,[redacted]Customer Service Manager

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

This business is fraudulent and deceitful and I will not relent until this business ceases to operate or the Revdex.com has a permanent record of their wrongdoings.

Review: I paid oncedriven $189.00 to help me sell a car . They did nothing in the means of help. No phone calles or emails with prospective buyers. Then was told no refund.Desired Settlement: To be refunded my out of pocket loss of $189.00 which they did nothing to earn... No help to sell and the car uas repossessed at a loss and a bad mark on my credit.

Mr. [redacted] purchased his listing with Once Driven on 3/24/2015. Before his listing was processed, Mr. [redacted] was read (and agreed to) Once Driven's terms of service regarding the 45-Day Money Back Guarantee. Once Driven promoted Mr. [redacted]'s vehicle on [redacted] in addition to OnceDriven.com to help promote the sale of his vehicle. On 3/30/2015 3/30/2015 Mr. [redacted]'s vehicle had received 162 views. On 6/17/2015, Mr. [redacted] alerted Once Driven that his vehicle had been sold. Mr. [redacted] never mentioned a repossession of his vehicle, nor requested a refund. I have provided a direct link to Once Driven's 45-Day Money Back Guarantee below for Mr. [redacted]'s convenience. These are the terms that Mr. [redacted] agreed to before his listing was placed and payment was processed.[redacted]Unfortunately, Mr. [redacted] is not eligible for a refund with Once Driven.Sincerely,[redacted]Customer Service Manager

Response:

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Dear Revdex.com, I know of no such views nor did they, (Once-Driven) send not even one interested lead as so stated they would. Failed to return my phone call when I first wanted a refund. Then maybe the second or third refund call was returned and she was rude. My understanding was that I was to be contacted with "interested buyers" from those of the 160 some odd number of supposed viewers? Regretfully, I was not contacted one, (1) time with someone interested in purchasing the 07 Nissan. I would not recommend -Once-Driven.com to anyone needing to sell an automobile. Once-driven was nice until my fee was paid then it was like too busy for the same quality customer service. I thank you B.B.B. for you help in getting lost money I paid to Once-Driven.com returned to my credit card.
