I am disgusted with these repeated unsolicited text messages to sell a vehicle I have listed on craigslist. I am on the DO NOT CALL list.

Review: I received a phone call stating that Once Driven would be able to assist in selling my motorcycle since they have a bunch of leads for the exact make and model around my area. Once I paid the $189.00 amount they would be willing to release the leads as well as advertise my bike on their website. I was also was told on the phone by "[redacted]" that I would be able to qualify for a 45 day money back guarantee if I was dissatisfied by the service or if they were unable to provide me with a buyer. I haven't heard anything from the company and 0 leads. I tried contacting them to request a refund and they stated that I do not qualify under their emailed terms and conditions. That were sent in an email after they have already charged my credit card. I have requested that they remove my listing and please refund the full amount to my credit card.Desired Settlement: The desired outcome I have is to issue full refund of $189.00 back to my credit card as well as remove my listing from their website and any other places they have my listing.

Response:

Mr. [redacted] purchased his service from Once Driven on 7/10/2015. On 7/14/2015, we responded to an email sent by Mr. [redacted], responding to his concerns over a lack of buyers contacted. In the return email to Mr. [redacted], we gave him information about his listing, along with information that Once Driven had already reached 25 potential buyers. It appears that Mr. [redacted] expected more potential buyers in a specific time frame. As he is not satisfied with its initial results, Once Driven will honor Mr. [redacted]'s request of a full refund of $189.Mr. [redacted] will need to allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear back to his credit card statement ending with [redacted].Sincerely,[redacted]Customer Service Manager

Review: Once Driven CONTACTED US to sell our scooter in Nov 2014 stating they had "buyers lined up". It's almost February and we still have yet to receive even 1 call from from their sub-par efforts! They're eager to take your money, but then go MIA when they get your money. My rep [redacted] is constantly dodging my calls and is completely unresponsive. I called on the 45th day to get my refund for their ineffective marketing and they said the scooter would have had to been sold (by other means) in order to get it.

Oncedriven.com is a TOTAL SCAM! They are a completely fraudulent, unprofessional, unresponsive, unmotivated and absolutely disgraceful business!Desired Settlement: We want a full refund of the $189.00 we have been requesting due to their ineffective marketing and poor business practices.

Business

Response:

As Ms. [redacted] is not satisfied with the overall experience with Once Driven's service, we have issued a refund in the amount of $189 as requested. The refund will appear back to the original method of payment within 3-5 business days.Sincerely,[redacted]Customer Service Manager

Review: I posted an ad selling a vehicle on [redacted], which has an option to include a phrase that says "Do NOT contact me with unsolicited services or offers." I marked this option and it appears as such at the bottom of my ad. The company Once Driven proceeded to call my phone number and leave me a voicemail offering me services. I called the number back and asked how they got my number and they said it was from [redacted]. I told them to remove my number and do not call me back.Desired Settlement: They need to respect people who do not wish to be contacted.

Review: This company called my husband after advertising we had a 1954 Chevy to sell in a local company.I had the company send us the papers with all their guarantees and policies. I sent a money order to them for $189. I called several times and did find out they received the money order 09/24/2013. At that time they said they would send me an e-mail with further instructions. I never received e-mail and called and they said my e-mail wasn't working. All contacts were made from me to them. When I sent the money order I also sent pictures of the vehicle we wanted to sell. I made copies of everything they sent me and copies of what I sent them. We were supposed to get refunded our money less a $29 non-refundable service fee. Everytime I try to e-mail them I get a mailer daemon which says not a valid e-mail address. I went to your site and did find a Oncedriven.com business. The address and phone numbers were different but still in Roanoke Va. That is when I realized I might be scammed. I've called and they keep assuring me they are a real business. I finally had time today to send my complaint to you. If they are a scam I want the company they are impersonating to know and posted as a scam on the internet. I would also like my money refunded.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded but also want their business investigated and shut down. With me its the principle of the thing. I think they are using the real oncedriven.com to get money from unsuspecting people. It might be giving the reputable company a bad name. The other company's address is also in Roanoke VA. Coincidence I don't think so. I have all correspondence I have had with this company if you need it. Thank you

Ms. [redacted] seeks a refund

and complains that there were issues with email and her account. We're

not exactly sure what happened because we have on file the exact same email

address she provided in her complaint, it was confirmed to be accurate multiple

times with customer service, and we attempted to email the address

multiple times. She also says she can't reach us via email, but our

email system is working fine. What address did she attempt to

reach? Please assure Mrs. [redacted] that there is only one OnceDriven and no

one is impersonating anybody. We apologize for any email issues, but we

are just as confused as Ms. [redacted] as to what happened.

Together with the timing

of this response, we are forwarding Ms. [redacted] a refund check for the requested amount of $189.

Review: A oncedriven.com represenatative told me that they would advertise my RV to their customers and help me sell it. I have not gotten 1 call from any customer that oncedriven.com have refered to me. they also told me that if they did not help me sell the RV within 45 days that I would get a refund of all but 35.00 dollars of my money. The initial cost was 189.00 dollars.Desired Settlement: Credit refund of 154.00 dollars.

Business

Response:

Mr. [redacted] seems to be confused about Once Driven's terms of service. Once Driven does have a 45 Day Money Back Guarantee (See Attached), but the guarantee does not include refund eligibility if the sellers vehicle has not been sold. Once Driven also does not have a processing fee of $35. The processing fee for refunded accounts is $29. Had Mr. [redacted] sold his vehicle by other means within the first 45 days of placing his listing with Once Driven and had submitted a valid refund request, he would have been issued a refund of $160 ($189 minus the $29 processing fee).

These are all terms that were disclosed to Mr. [redacted] before he authorized Once Driven to process his payment of $189 on 5/12/2014 at 4:31 P.M. EST.

Mr. [redacted]'s RV listing will be featured with Once Driven until it is sold at no additional fee per the attached guarantee agreement.

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I am not confused as to what happened. I was told by Robert several times that we would get a refund of most of the money if the RV did not sell befor a 45 day period. After we signed the agreement online I made a copy and nowhere does it state otherwise. I will send a copy of the signed agreements.

Business

Response:

The attachments provided by Mr. [redacted] are the confirmation email welcoming our customers to the service, and a photo reminder that we send to every new customer who purchases their service with Once Driven and provides us with their email address. These emails are very specific and would not have the refund terms outlined. Mr. [redacted] was verbally read the Once Driven 45-Day Money Back Guarantee refund terms before he authorized his credit card to be processed on 5/12/2014 at 4:31 P.M. EST. These terms are also recorded for quality assurance before any authorization of a credit card charge is processed. The same refund terms that were verbally agreed to by Mr. [redacted] are available online for all of our customers and/or visitors to our website.

Mr. [redacted] logged in to his online account using the Username number and Password provided on page one of his attachment. These numbers allow the customer to log in to their accounts and make price and mileage adjustments. The numbers also allow customers to upload their photos to their specific account. Mr. [redacted] performed this task on 5/12/2014 at 8:00 P.M. EST. At that moment, Mr. [redacted] had full access to Once Driven's refund policy.

If Mr. [redacted] had any questions about the refund terms, he could have inquired with our Customer Support team anytime via Online Chat or through E-Mail. Mr. [redacted] could have also reached out to a Customer Support Representative any time between 9:00 A.M and 8:00 P.M. EST Monday through Friday, or between 10:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M. EST on Saturday's.

Mr. [redacted] requested his refund on 7/14/2014 which is more than 60 Days after he purchased his service. He is not eligible for a refund. Again, Once Driven will continue to market his vehicle until it is sold at no additional cost to him.

Review: I engaged in a contact to sell my Subaru Forester with this company. They stated in their contract that if they did not sell my car in 90 days I would get my fee back less a $29 admin fee. I followed the steps and honored my side of the agreement which was their form filled out and the form notarized in a specified time period. I have called them at least 8 times to complain and they have this in writing. I asked to speak to a manager several times and they say that is not possible. They have also told me that I have submitted everything correctly so they do not know why I am not being refunded my approx. $220. I have told them I am contacting the Revdex.com. Thank you.Desired Settlement: For them to honor their contract and give me back my $220.

Review: [redacted] from Once Driven kept calling me after my car was posted on [redacted]. I didn't respond until after I took my car off [redacted] because I couldn't mentally handle selling my car, too much stress for me. Then I decided to contact Once Driven to sell my car to reduce my stress. I paid them $189.00 for there service with the understanding I would get my money back, less than about $30.00 for there advertising costs if they were unable to sell my car within 41 or 45 days. I had my car listed for $1799.00 and emailed them 4 pictures. I was assigned a representative, [redacted], and give her extention number. I went through the link they gave me in an email to check on the status. One day I didn't and [redacted] it and found comments about them being a fraud. I tried calling my representative [redacted], she didn't answer so I left a voice mail. Call a couple more times, leaving messages for her to call me, never did. So I sent her an email stating I found out the company was a fraud and I had spent my last extra money to sell my car, now I am broke and no money to pay my bills. She did respond stating that they were not a fraud and should read more comments. I felt better but didn't check, my fault. After a few days I called her to have her reduce the price of my car by $200.00. I only got her voice mail and left the message. Tried calling a couple more times, only voice mail. She never called me back. Then I went in and changed the price myself. Tried calling again to verify the change I made posted, only voice mail. On 9-30-2015, I called and took the option to speak to another representative. The woman I spoke with said [redacted] sits behind her and will transfer me to her. I ended up, once again, getting her voice mail. Then I looked online and did read all the fraud comments. Very frustrated. What was suppose to reduce my stress has created even more. I need to sell my car to pay my bills. I am broke and exhausted.Desired Settlement: I want my $189.00 back.

I was offered to sell my used car by Onesdriven for $189 fee refundable (except for $29), if I sell the car myself within 45 days. I sold the car myself through [redacted]. I am sure my buyer did not use Once Driven since I left him my different name and he mentioned a different asking price than what was listed on Once driven. When I contacted Oncedriven for a refund ([redacted]) they made me fill a long form online and then asked me to call the number [redacted] which does not answer and does not return messages. After the 90 days I had not received one email or phone call inquiring about my car. I filled out their refund form and mailed it to Longwood Industries on June 30, 2013. On August 31 I emailed [redacted] in the marketing department and she said my refund had not yet been processed and gave me a phone number to call about the matter. Once Driven has called me repeatedly soliciting their services regarding a boat I had listed on Craigslist. I did not check the box stating that it was acceptable for third party sellers to solicit. I tried calling to be put on their no call list and was contacted again today. When I spoke with a representative regarding this issue he hung up on me.

Horrible business. They keep calling me but when I answer they hang up. They also want $200 to list a car that I'm selling. No thanks I'll sell it myset, but they keep calling with a robot. It's highly annoying and unethical.

Review: I was contacted by once driven to sell my Hyundai Sonata and contracted with them on 8/17/15, paying $189 to supposedly receive many emails from people wanting to purchase my car. Since that time, I have not received one email or phone call from this company. I have had no other contact from this company since sending them my money and the information for my car.

I wish to have a full refund of my $189 as I feel this is a scam and after researching the company online, I see that it is.

I can provide a receipt for the $189 I paid for them if needed. At present I am in [redacted] and can be contacted by email. The phone number I provided before is my sister, [redacted]

Regards, [redacted]Desired Settlement: I feel the business is a scam as they have not delivered what they said they would for my payment. They had no further contact with me post me paying them. I also advertised my car on auto trader and cars.com and had numerous enquiries for their $25. I would like my full $189 refunded and for this company to be shut down.

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]0, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I was told they would actively find buyers and that was the difference between the cost of an auto trader ad of $25 and their cost of $189. I had not ONE response either from them or from a buyer since I paid the fee. The business they are offering is a scam and there are many complaints of which I wish I would have been aware of prior to accepting their offer to sell the car. I did not look for them, they aggressively sought my business with the statement that for $189 they would find numerous possible buyers. But I was not contacted by the person assigned to my car nor buy any buyer from their so called wonderful way of selling my car as opposed to my $25 ad on cars.com which took no action from any staff. I would like a refund.

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I did not seek the business out, they phoned me and told me that they were a high powered business and that their service, because they had staff calling and looking for potential buyers, was different than just listing it online, so they would "find" a buyer for the car and direct buyers to me. VERY MISLEADING! and I neglected to look them up on the internet as I see they have a "D" rating with the Revdex.com and after the fact, I see a lot of complaints that they are a scam and don't do what they say they are doing. I feel they are fraudulent and use fraudulent advertising to pull you in and I did not receive one potential buyer from them, not even someone to ask about the car, since Sept 2015, nor did they contact me about my car and how to make it sell. I want a full refund of my money as they did not do what they said they would do.

The Rep had specifically notified me my car value was under KBB and that if it wasn't going to get sold within 45 days or someone else purchased my car other than the oncedriven.com customer that I would get a refund. My car was sold to someone other their customer service and I asked for a refund. I was told my rep left the company and there was no manager to speak to. It's a scam. NO ONE ever called me about my car. I called twice asking them to lower my price and no one would take my calls..Total SCAM and charged me $189 for absolutely nothing.Desired Settlement: I'd like a refund of $189 back. I'll report on every website about this company ripping people off for $189 and yet provide absolutely no service.

Ms. [redacted] states that she is unable to get a refund from Once Driven. Ms. [redacted] placed her listing with Once Driven on 9/24/2015. If Ms. [redacted] can provide proof of sale for her 2007 Honda Accord, Once Driven will honor her refund request. To this date, Ms. [redacted] has not officially requested a refund online with [redacted]. Regardless of her Customer Service representative working with us anymore or not, Ms. [redacted] can always request a refund by logginfg in to her account online, and requesting the refund per the 45-Day Guarantee. I have pasted a link to the 45-Day Guarantee below for Ms. [redacted]'s convenience.Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to respond.Sincerely,[redacted]Customer Service Manager

Review: This company is a scamming sales advertiser, which intrudes thru people's email, for advertising vehicles. On 01/21/2013 I requested a refund for the amount of $250 which was paidto advertise my vehicle, because noone called me about the car. I filedAll the approperiate forms and documents that were needed, for refund. They have not yet sent me the refund. Eversince, Ive been calling them, they kept giving me a bogus answer. I asked them to speak with their managements, they said he is not available, nor they have a company direct address. I have researched this on GOOGLE, there were many other people that were the victim of this crime. Please feel free to contact me:###-###-####Desired Settlement: Just want to get my $250 back. Worked very hard for it!

AMS apologizes for the delay of Mr. [redacted]'s refund. the refund of $220 ($249 minus the $29 processing fee) will be processed immediately. Mr. [redacted] paid by via a credit card account that is no longer active, thus a refund check will be mailed out this Friday. mr. [redacted] will need to allow 3-5 business days from that date for the check to arrive in the mail. Again, we sincerely apologize for the delayed refund.
