On March 28th I placed an order at atgstores.com for $My order number is [redacted] I ordered a scale and my package arrived on the 31stWhen I received my package it was very light and upon opening it, it was emptyMy package was sealed with tape so I had considered the company forgot to include my orderI had contacted atgstores.com immediately and still have not received a responseThe lack of support offered by atgstores.com was neither satisfactory nor remedialAfter wasting my time buying from this website, and having to go to an actual store to buy my product, I don't think I will make the mistake of choosing to buy another product from this website

They have an ebay store which they state they have "More than 10" of an itemATG Store Item # [redacted] , Ebay Item number # [redacted] It's a salt and pepper grinder set by ModernhomeThis is a standard cheap chinese made set that is available at 20+ other stores on Ebay and the webThey sent me an email stating that it's backorderedI called them, and it's backordered until FebI tried to reach them times via Ebay resolution center, called them, and live chatThey still have not cancelled my order and refunded my moneyThey take people's money for stuff they don't stock, and then make it VERY hard to cancel the order and get a refund

I've had nothing but stellar service from themine.com I ordered a dining set over Black Friday, then noticed they offered a better Cyber Monday dealLive Chatted with the company, and they issued me a credit for the difference! Then, when my order arrived (which took under a week, by the way!) I noticed the bench was damaged in shippingEmailed the company, and they arranged a replacement bench to be shipped from the manufacturer in the next few daysEasy peasy I saw several bad reviews for themine.com and was REALLY apprehensive about ordering from this site, but my worries are put to restI could not ask for better customer support or a better online experienceHighly recommend!

I can honestly say that ATG Stores has been one of the WORST experiences EVER! Purchased Ashley furniture buffet on 09/15/15 Arrived intacked, but after unpacking realized that it had manufacture defect, which made one of the drawers collapsed. For 5 months I tried to call, email pictures and discuss my options of return/repair with ATG customer service. 01/19/16 I despite a transaction with credit card. Atg representative refused to discuss it on a three-way call with my credit card representative. They called me directly and said that they can not issue refund while charge is in dispute. They also replied to my credit card, that I did not returned the item and therefore the charge is valid. Have called ATG times about a lamp I purchased Was told the switch was 1' from the base When received, switch was a full 24" from base No bill of lading, no return form Contacted ATG via chat with "Melissa," was told item could not be returned because it had been assembled Ridiculous Melissa said she would contact manufacturer Coaster and email me No email received Telephoned ATG "Elizabeth" contacted Coaster, told me I would receive a return form within or days It has now been business days and no contact from ATG or Coaster I will pursue resolution with Coaster directly If unsatisfactory response, I will pursue resolution through my credit card vendor

Ordering through this company has been a frustrating experienceI placed the order in November for an item that was listed in stockAfter about three weeks of waiting I received an email that the item was on back orderI called to get details and was given a new date for deliveryI patiently waited again, only to have the same thing happenIt is now late January and I still don't have my item! When I did not receive the refund I called back againThis time I spoke with JocelynJocelyn restated the typical refund process so I said okI’ll wait until the table is picked upThe table was picked up on 11/29/by UPS I decided to call in yet again because I figured it still had not been taken care ofI was right againThis time I asked to speak to a supervisor as I had not had any luck with the other representativesI was transferred to MikeI explained my situation, yet againMike informed me that no refund had been processed at this pointThat means the other reps who told me they processed my refund lied to meMike said they didn’t lie they must have just not known what they were doingMike told me he would speak to the accounting team and give me a call backI received a voicemail stating my refund had been processed and I would receive it in 3-daysBy this point I had lost all faith in your customer service department so this morning when I had yet to receive a notification of a credit on my account I decided to call yet again This time I was transferred to TopherTopher informed me that yet again I was lied to and no refund had been processedHe said a dispute had been added for the charge on 11/27/I placed this dispute after I was lied to twice by the representativesI figured in case I wasn’t able to get this situation handled with your company that my credit card company could handle it on their endThe dispute was only for $as I wanted to keep the other table and chairs which was $Topher informed me that now it could take two or more weeks for me to get my money back due to the dispute and that your company accepted liability for the charges on 12/4/ (So your company was contacted on 11/27/yet the representatives continued to tell me time and again that they were refunding my money and I would receive it in 3-daysThat is TERRIBLE customer service.) I asked Topher if American Express would be able to verify that was the truth if I were to call them as soon as I got off of the phone with himHe said noI asked why not? If you are working directly with the credit card company on the dispute why would they not be notified that you have accepted liability? I informed him that I also had received no notification that this had happenedAmerican Express has sent out update emails every step of the way letting me know where they are in the process yet I received nothing stating they were moving forward as your company had accepted liabilityI asked if I could speak to someone over him because this clearly was not getting anywhere This takes us to my last interaction with a member of your customer service departmentThis time I was transferred to ScottI was livid by this point because I have explained this situation to so many people and have been lied to by EVERY person I have spoken withHe gave me the same story Topher did as Topher had filled him in on our conversationI explained to him that I had lost all faith in anyone from that company at this point because I had just been lied to time and againI told him I wanted the money that was owed to meThis has already been going on for days and it’s just absurdBy the end of it I told him I felt like everyone was just giving me the run around because there was never any intention of refunding my moneyI am not trying to scam the systemI just want the money that is owed to meI don’t have the merchandise and I am going to be charged interest on a purchase that never should have been made so every day this takes is costing me moneyAt this point I feel like getting my attorney involved is the only other option

Last summer this company held a contest where winners (from each state) would receive paint and painting services for a room of their choosing I was the winner for PA and I have my paint but no painting services I have tried repeatedly to resolve this with Melissa C [redacted] @ATG to no resolution After some email exchanges it was brought to my attention that I needed to pick a painter this was never described to me Melissa stated she would do some research I still havent received any painter recommendations I have tried email, phone, and Facebook Messenger to get this resolved
