I just ordered a laundry hamper through their store on JanOn Feb3, I checked on my order which said it was "still being processed." On Feb8, my order NO LONGER EXISTEDWhen I called their customer service, the gentleman on the phone said they had sent me an email on Jan(similar to that day window you mentioned!)I checked my email and there was NO EMAIL SENT(I checked all spam/junk/promo)He said they were back-ordered for THREE MONTHSI told them that was unacceptable and that I wanted my money back(at least that went smoothly)But now today I get an email that says I canceled the order? WRONGYOU DID NOT HAVE ITEM AVAILABLEWhat's sad is that item is still being shown as available to purchase on their website, so some other sucker can go fall for the same trapIf I hadn't calledI would still be waitingyet without an order number to back me upand maybe not receiving my item until APRIL (if ever)! When I tried to post about it on their Facebook page, my post did not go upso, when people visit their social media, they can't see the *** experience others are havingtricky, tricky ATG StoresTricky, TRICKY! Shame on you for your deceptive practices!

I ordered a large writing desk that came in three large packagesAfter putting it together we found a defect on one of the top partsThey immediately offered to refund or replace the item
We chose to replace the item and were sent free of charge a completely new set
after a few days we decided we don't want that desk and called them again
they said that we would only have to pay for return shipping ( costing under $for packages each over lbs.)
that in itself was a great experience but the labels are not adressed back to atg but to habitat for humanityso they are actually donating the perfectly good desk

I purchased two video doorbell pro doorbells from themine.com at a sales price of each during a labor day saleThe doorbells normally retail for After purchasing with my credit card a hold was placed on my card for I then called to confirm my online order and was told I have to either pay with *** or I have to buy them from somewhere else

This item was forwarded to our Norwood office and the customer was refunded the amount he is disputing by that office

Last summer this company held a contest where winners (from each state) would receive paint and painting services for a room of their choosing I was the winner for PA and I have my paint but no painting services I have tried repeatedly to resolve this with Melissa C*** @ATG to no resolution After some email exchanges it was brought to my attention that I needed to pick a painter this was never described to me Melissa stated she would do some research I still havent received any painter recommendations I have tried email, phone, and Facebook Messenger to get this resolved

Ordering through this company has been a frustrating experienceI placed the order in November for an item that was listed in stockAfter about three weeks of waiting I received an email that the item was on back orderI called to get details and was given a new date for deliveryI patiently waited again, only to have the same thing happenIt is now late January and I still don't have my item! To make matters worse, at one point I contacted them through live chat and the person I was speaking to was so unapologetic it was just down right rude! I am completely disgusted at this point and have just attempted to cancel this orderAnd even that is not going smoothly! I received an email stating that they received my request to cancel but I will have to wait for conformation! Are you kidding me- they can bill me immediately but when I want my money back I'll have to continue to be patient for a refund! This company is a disaster!

On 4/21/I purchased several area rugs by Safavieh in May I complained to ATG about the quality of the rugsThey informed me that I need to make the complaint to the mfg, I did this and never heard back from themI called ATG stores on 10/11/spoke to a Sylvia who was going to get back to immediately, I even sent pictures of the condition of the rugs in that short timeNo resolutionI am an something woman living alone with a cleaning lady so there is no reason for these rugs to be in this condition but for inferior quality of the rugsIf this is the policy of the ATG Stores I will have no recourse but to spread the word about the storeWhen I first got the rugs I was sent a survey which I complained about the rugs and I was told by a ATG employee that I probably wouldn't get help because I told a the truth about my purchaseIsn't that wonderful

Have called ATG times about a lamp I purchased Was told the switch was 1' from the base When received, switch was a full 24" from base No bill of lading, no return form Contacted ATG via chat with "Melissa," was told item could not be returned because it had been assembled Ridiculous Melissa said she would contact manufacturer Coaster and email me No email received Telephoned ATG "Elizabeth" contacted Coaster, told me I would receive a return form within or days It has now been business days and no contact from ATG or Coaster I will pursue resolution with Coaster directly If unsatisfactory response, I will pursue resolution through my credit card vendor

I had ordered a table from The Mine as a mother's day gift and returned it because it was the incorrect tableI have gone through their entire return process and the time I was given by them in order for my money to be refunded back into my account and it hasn't ?been returned yetAfter multiple calls the issue has not been resolved

I ordered a $range & the experience was positive The FedEx delivery man was in constant communication, it was delivered within the promised window and we checked it on the street for damage without any push back from the driver It arrived in undamaged condition without any missing parts, it was installed the same day and so far it is working well and there appears to be no problemsThey even assigned a 'consierge' to ensure all went well Impressive

I ordered a product online from The Mine, recieved a much smaller inferior product with a different model numberPayment has been processed and my order confirmation and reciept show the correct product I purchasedTHE MINE is stating in order to get the product I ordered and have confirmation of, I need to pay an additional $

I purchased outdoor chair cushions which arrived to my home on Thursday afternoon I was not home at the time UPS delivered the package The box in which the cushions arrived was crushedThe box was twice as large as it should be and contained no packaging materials, therefore, I assume it was crushed when packed in the UPS truck Friday morning I called to request a return I was informed I would receive an email with a shipping label The email was never received I called again on Sunday and was informed I was unable to return the package as the original box was damaged (although the items were in perfect condition) After multiple calls and complaints, they finally agreed to allow me to return my item (I would need to re-package) and give me a credit The website mentions NOTHING about being unable to return items if the original box is damaged Extremely disappointed in the customer service The website makes no mention of the inability to return if the original box is damagedAND encourages customers not to deny damaged packages, to accept them Why should a customer be prohibited from returning an item because your shipping department doesn’t know how to package items? I will NEVER order from this company again

Terrible I placed the order on 7/31/ They charged my credit card in full on 8/1/ I received an email on 8/4/saying the item had been shipped On 8/7/16, I clicked the tracking number link in that email to see what day my furniture was scheduled to arrive The link took me to*** ***s and their website said that the tracking number could not be found Thus began a week of phone calls to ATG Stores customer (non-) service Every time I called, someone told me they would work on it and that they would call me back Only once out of or more calls did someone call me back Even if they had no new information to tell me, they should have called me back because they said they would It points to integrity and honesty in dealings with a customer Do what you say you're going to do!
Finally, I called them on 8/15/and asked to have the order cancelled I posted a negative review on *** ***and then I got a call from someone at ATG telling me my refund would be processed right away (because in the review, I doubted how quickly they would process a refund) I guess they watch social media and the web for negative words about them
To top it all off, when my order was cancelled I received an email notification and guess what the reason was that they entered into their system? Reason for cancellation: customer could not wait Wow Really?
Please do not give this company any more business, they have to get their act together and not screw up the business they have before they can be trusted with more business

Web site did not give me an option for selecting finish, The picture was in silver which is what I wanted and I pressed add to cartI got brassThey did except return but charged me $shipping for something that was their web site fault
