3/4/2018- positive experience and I would highly recommend this companyFirst of all I saved close to $on a piece dining set and matching counter stools instead of ordering from a furniture company We had to assemble the set and stools, but the savings were well worth it
Quality set and I am very happy with the purchaseA couple of problems with pieces (which were replaced within a week or so) The personal concierge service was exceptional and we have the highest regard for Jesse *** He was caring, concerned and was in daily contact with us to update the replacement stars recommendation!

Spamming and other unethical and deceptive practices
I purchased a couple of ceilinig lights from this company on Ebay All was fine until this company started engaging in the intrusive practice of spamming my e-mail address without express permission, following the sale I then opened a return since open access to cyber resources that I pay for was not part of this simple contract First they issued an RMA, claiming I would have too pay return shipping, then I received notice from Ebay they contested the return and it was cancelled

We are installing a brand new bathroom in our home and purchased a bathroom vanity from ATG Stores on 11/29/When the vanity was delivered on 12/16, we noticed that the packaging was damaged and asked that it be opened to insure the vanity itself was not damagedThe deliverymen opened the top of the carton and we discovered a blotch/spot on the counter topThis blotch is located just below one of the sinks, and is quite noticeableWe were sure that once we contacted the seller, and explained the situation, a replacement counter top would be sent outWe contacted ATG Stores on 12/and complied with their instructions to send photosAfter weeks and no response, we again contacted them on 1/They again asked for photos, and we compliedAfter no response we contacted ATG Stores again on 1/Frustrated with their handling of our situation, we asked for a refundThey sent a return authorization form via emailThey further explained that we would receive a refund in 3-

Very unhappy with my ATGStores experience I ordered a lighting trim piece from the site and when it arrived it was not the size that was indicated on the site (basically 7" instead of 8") It took four different phone calls, including sending them pictures of the trim piece with a measuring tape across it, each one min or more transferred around to get the right person The first two times the person promised to send me the return instructions and never did, then finally got it when I refused to get off the phone until they did Then it took two calls to get them to issue the actual return - and when they did they charged me for the shipping even though the return was because they shipped a different product than what they listed on their website! Order was placed 7/and my refund finally showed up over three months later on 10/- and it wasn't even for the full amount Terrible terrible customer service

Item was received damaged, It took over months of back and forth to get a replacement, vendor rep promised full refund because of the issues and the promise of a refund was left on my voicemail so I still have it, but the refund was never receivedVendor Rep took my cell phone number and began calling and texting me from his personal phone without my permission

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: ATG Stores has been continuously negligent on its part to assist with rectifying the problem with the bench that I ordered. On Monday, 2/13/17, I took the initiative to contact the company again about the bench leg replacement. One of their associates told me the exact opposite of what another associate told me the Friday before. Friday's associate told me that the leg replacement had probably been shipped, although there was an incorrect tracking number associated with the shipping. Monday's associate told me that the leg replacement hadn't been shipped, and it was an incorrect tracking number. I have been told by one associate to hold on to the defective bench leg that was shipped. I was told by other associates to discard the defective bench legs. This company cannot seem to get any of its communication in sync. Furthermore, I had to take the initiative and asked for the contact information of the manufacturer to contact them directly. I obtained this information myself on Monday morning, and it was only hours after that I received voice mail from ATG Stores that they had even bothered to contact the manufacturer. The replacement of the defective bench leg for a bench they've already received compensation for from my account doesn't seem to be a priority with them. I have continued to follow up on my own with the manufacturer to obtain the information about the replacement and shipment of the bench leg. ATG Stores has been slow with responding to my request. It seems only now after I've already contacted the manufacturer on my own, and even later, after contacting the Revdex.com, that they are now trying to make it seem as if they are doing something - anything - to correct their lack of communication and attention to customer service
There is no point in this company trying to offer me "compensation", especially in the form of a coupon, because I have no intention of ever doing business with them again

I purchased items from lowes.ca and according to the website, there was stock available to fulfill the orderThe next day the order was cancelled because the product was sold out and they could not fulfill my order
There was no indication anywhere on there site to indicate that orders will be cancelled if they run out of stockThere was no message in the order confirmation email indicating that they will cancel the order if they don't have inventory
When I tried contacting them via email, I got a canned ail response saying there is nothing they can do
When a company promises to sell a product, takes payment for the product and tells customers that the items are in stock, it is unfair for customers if the company backs out of the contract without providing any alternatives,

I ordered a Christmas Tree on Nov28th (Vickerman 5' Crystal Frosted Balsam Fir Artificial Christmas Tree with Clear Lights) that was due to arrive at my home on Dec13th Nothing arrived on that day, so I started trying to find out what happened to the tree and when I should expect it On Dec17th, I was told, after I called them twice...that they were sorry but they ran out of trees, so they would be happy to cancel the order!! I told them that did not help my problem with no tree Could they expedite another tree to me, since they never reached out via phone or email The lady said "I am sorry, but we have no control over shipping (???) and we have over trees, so it would be difficult to pick something out this late in the season"!! I am beside myself upset I paid over $for a tree in Novand no one even tried to contact me when they ran out of trees However, they certainly charged me for it!!!

This was my FIRST time ordering from ATGStores and I'm horrified! I placed an order for a floor mirror on Sept 29thOrder #***The mirror came today, Oct 6th and it's COMPLETELY shattered into piecesI called and spoke with a man and he told me to send him a picture and he would order me a new oneI NEVER heard back from him so I called back and spoke to Rene W***She then advised me that the mirror is out of stock and before I get a refund, she would have to put in a claim with FedEx first! WHAT?????? The mirror is BROKEN!!!! I emailed pics to both repsToo make matters worse, I now have to PAY someone to come and move this huge, shattered mirror out of my apartment and try to find a dumping field for itThat's totally unfair to me because it's NOT my fault that this happened

I purchased outdoor chair cushions which arrived to my home on Thursday afternoon I was not home at the time UPS delivered the package The box in which the cushions arrived was crushedThe box was twice as large as it should be and contained no packaging materials, therefore, I assume it was crushed when packed in the UPS truck Friday morning I called to request a return I was informed I would receive an email with a shipping label The email was never received I called again on Sunday and was informed I was unable to return the package as the original box was damaged (although the items were in perfect condition) After multiple calls and complaints, they finally agreed to allow me to return my item (I would need to re-package) and give me a credit The website mentions NOTHING about being unable to return items if the original box is damaged Extremely disappointed in the customer service The website makes no mention of the inability to return if the original box is damagedAND encourages customers not to deny damaged packages, to accept them Why should a customer be prohibited from returning an item because your shipping department doesn’t know how to package items? I will NEVER order from this company again

I placed an order with your company on 11/19/I had a round table with four chairs placed in my cartI found a similar table but it was rectangular and came with four chairs and a bench for a similar priceI decided to go with that one instead so I was going to add that one to my cart and delete the other oneWhen I added it to my cart it said it was out of stock so I decided I would just move forward with the round table that was already in my cartI placed my order and then immediately received an email stating I had been charged $and some change because I had been charged for both tablesI went to the site and there was no option to cancel the orderBeing that it was Sunday night I knew I wouldn’t be able to get a hold of anyone until Monday morningI called the next morning at a.mCST while I was on my way to workI spoke with Cynthia who said it was no big deal and she would go ahead and cancel the order for meShe called me back shortly after to let me know she had spoken with Ashley Furniture and the rectangular table, four chairs, and bench had been cancelled and that I would be receiving a refund of $and would still receive my round table and four chairsCynthia called me back about four hours later and then let me know she did not cancel the order and the table had been placed on the truck and was being shippedSo Cynthia lied to me and told me she had taken care of it and then later went back on her word
I called back and was unable to reach Cynthia(This has happened every time I have called back after I have spoken with someoneThe person I originally talked to is never there.) I spoke with Katie who told me she would go ahead and get my refund processed since I was given incorrect informationShe let me know that refunds aren’t typically processed until the merchandise has been picked up and they can verify it hasn’t been damaged but due to the circumstances she would go ahead and process the refund(I do have voicemails to verify this.) When I did not receive the refund I called back againThis time I spoke with JocelynJocelyn restated the typical refund process so I said okI’ll wait until the table is picked upThe table was picked up on 11/29/by UPS
I decided to call in yet again because I figured it still had not been taken care ofI was right againThis time I asked to speak to a supervisor as I had not had any luck with the other representativesI was transferred to MikeI explained my situation, yet againMike informed me that no refund had been processed at this pointThat means the other reps who told me they processed my refund lied to meMike said they didn’t lie they must have just not known what they were doingMike told me he would speak to the accounting team and give me a call backI received a voicemail stating my refund had been processed and I would receive it in 3-daysBy this point I had lost all faith in your customer service department so this morning when I had yet to receive a notification of a credit on my account I decided to call yet again
This time I was transferred to TopherTopher informed me that yet again I was lied to and no refund had been processedHe said a dispute had been added for the charge on 11/27/I placed this dispute after I was lied to twice by the representativesI figured in case I wasn’t able to get this situation handled with your company that my credit card company could handle it on their endThe dispute was only for $as I wanted to keep the other table and chairs which was $Topher informed me that now it could take two or more weeks for me to get my money back due to the dispute and that your company accepted liability for the charges on 12/4/ (So your company was contacted on 11/27/yet the representatives continued to tell me time and again that they were refunding my money and I would receive it in 3-daysThat is TERRIBLE customer service.) I asked Topher if American Express would be able to verify that was the truth if I were to call them as soon as I got off of the phone with himHe said noI asked why not? If you are working directly with the credit card company on the dispute why would they not be notified that you have accepted liability? I informed him that I also had received no notification that this had happenedAmerican Express has sent out update emails every step of the way letting me know where they are in the process yet I received nothing stating they were moving forward as your company had accepted liabilityI asked if I could speak to someone over him because this clearly was not getting anywhere
This takes us to my last interaction with a member of your customer service departmentThis time I was transferred to ScottI was livid by this point because I have explained this situation to so many people and have been lied to by EVERY person I have spoken withHe gave me the same story Topher did as Topher had filled him in on our conversationI explained to him that I had lost all faith in anyone from that company at this point because I had just been lied to time and againI told him I wanted the money that was owed to meThis has already been going on for days and it’s just absurdBy the end of it I told him I felt like everyone was just giving me the run around because there was never any intention of refunding my moneyI am not trying to scam the systemI just want the money that is owed to meI don’t have the merchandise and I am going to be charged interest on a purchase that never should have been made so every day this takes is costing me moneyAt this point I feel like getting my attorney involved is the only other option
