HORRIBLE!!! I ordered an item on black Friday Money of course was IMMEDIATELY removed from my account but didn't ship for 2-weeks later I was told the item was out of stock but their website never even listed that they had low inventory let alone none at all Traded emails back and forth for those 2-weeks without any actual information given to me It finally shipped a week and a half later than originally planned and the trucking company they used CEVA opened another can of worms for me to deal with!

I ordered two identical vanities along with five lights and two faucetsThe first two vanities arrived broken on the truck, and I refused deliveryThe next two came and one was brown and one was black, with different door stylesI placed the order on September 4, and reported the color difference immediately upon arrival on September I was asked which color I preferred and told they would contact the manufacturer and get a matching vanityI installed the first vanity based on that reassuranceI was told today, almost a month later, that they could not get a match and they would give me a 10% credit for my trouble of uninstalling the first one and reinstalling the two vanitiesThere was also a specific drain that was required for the vanities which was not disclosed in the specificationsThey did offer to pay for the drainsThis has added a month onto my timeline and cost me hours of timeVery dissatisfied

I ordered over a Queen inch mattress topper which was latex and specialized because I did a lot of research on what I needed for my backI waited weeks for it to arriveWhen it arrived it was a inch topper that was blue and memory foam and twin sizeNot what I ordered at all and I looked at my receipt and my original order had been changed from latex to memory foam after google shopping so originally I would not have gotten what I ordered at the time I ordered.Buyer beware! Scam I will never use google shopping again only amazon !

I just received an absolutely gorgeous outdoor patio dining set from The Mine It was delivered in a timely fashion, the price was FANTASTIC, and I couldn’t be more pleased!

We are installing a brand new bathroom in our home and purchased a bathroom vanity from ATG Stores on 11/29/When the vanity was delivered on 12/16, we noticed that the packaging was damaged and asked that it be opened to insure the vanity itself was not damagedThe deliverymen opened the top of the carton and we discovered a blotch/spot on the counter topThis blotch is located just below one of the sinks, and is quite noticeableWe were sure that once we contacted the seller, and explained the situation, a replacement counter top would be sent outWe contacted ATG Stores on 12/and complied with their instructions to send photosAfter weeks and no response, we again contacted them on 1/They again asked for photos, and we compliedAfter no response we contacted ATG Stores again on 1/Frustrated with their handling of our situation, we asked for a refundThey sent a return authorization form via emailThey further explained that we would receive a refund in 3-

horrible experiencei ordered a vanitythe joke of a delivery company called the day before and scheduled deliverythey didn't arrive and the delivery date on the site magically changed
I chatted with the live chat on the minethey were utterly unhelpful with a that's them not us attitudethey offered no resolutions beyond speak to the delivery companythis ignores the core problem of they contracted with the bad delivery company
this company is actually lowes on the backend nowdon't buy in to their great american northwest marketingLame at best

I ordered three bowls, I got something different than I ordered, tried returning....the other bowl was out of stock(surprise)So I kept asking for them to give me labels to return the wrong bow and was told to be patientI finally offered to pay, just to get the boxes out of my house...they gave it to me for freeI said just cancel the replacement I never want to work with this company or the manufacturer again (supposedly manufacturer was sending labels)I got the replacement bowl today and surprise it's a barrel dispenser

I ordered curtains from The Mine that were described and shown in the picture online as white, but the actual product was cream colored The Mine representative I talked to was very friendly and a replacement set arrived about a week later However, this new pair also was not white and the representative with whom I had been communicating did not respond to my e-mail about this problem I then called the 1-number again and was told that the manufacturer might decide to have me destroy the curtains or, if not, the manufacturer would send a return label, but that in the meantime, The Mine would issue a refund I waited some more and a couple of calls later and none of this has happened Overall, it has taken several weeks to get the curtains, get replacement curtains, and wait for a refund In my opinion, it has taken too long to resolve a problem that should not have happened in the first place

On August 26, 2017, I ordered a Liberty Hamilton dresser from The MineThe order was delivered damagedI contacted The Mine to request a replacement to which they agreedSome time passed before I received a call from the shipper indicating the replacement was also damaged and they asked me if I would like to reject the shipment over the phone to avoid time and energy delivering it, only to have me refuse the order in personI agreed to refuse delivery by phone and contacted The Mine againI was assured a third product was going to be deliveredAfter some time passed and I had not heard anything further, I contacted The Mine to get a statusThe agent placed me on hold to contact the manufacturerI was assured the manufacturer had my order and was waiting for a pick up date from the shipping companyI was told I would receive an email when shipment was confirmedAfter several more days passed and I did not receive a confirmation email, I contacted The Mine again for a statusA

I ordered a very expensive sink and vanity and grid drainThe product looked beautiful onlineThe problem is the company itselfThey are nice on the phone but horrible at customer service, poor communication, they lie about the order information and I would NEVER order from them again Every part of this order was a hassleI ordered a sink and vanity and it took a couple of weeks before they could tell me it wasnt availableSo then they gave me a discount (only thing positive out of this whole experience) So I order another vanity and sink which was alot more moneyIt came from China and the bottom of the vessle sink came chipped!!! My husband who is a plumber called them and said this was done during the drilling process from the manufacturer and ATG said oh its normalI sent pictures clearly showing how this was not normalThis also came many weeks late to meFinally when it came and I sent pics, they "supervisor" told my husband to put plumbers putty on the bottom of the sink to where the grid drain would connectMy husband was so annoyed because no one should EVER use plumbers putty on a natural stone sink as it will stain itThen we had to order the grid drainAnd they told me it would take weeks to comeWeeks when its domesticSo I said no this whole process is taking me a couple of months as they were so bad at communication, so bad at the first order for not letting me know that my original sink was available a couple weeks afterTo then having to wait forever, many weeks for the new vanity and sink, to the sink being chipped bad underneith, to the supervisor then giving bad advise on using product that she should never give to her customersTo now the grid drainI made this order last week on a wednesday and they called the manufacturer to ask if they can send it sooner then the couple of weeks that it would take for me to get the grid drainMy operator called them and told me that the monday after which was a five days after they could send it outI shouldve gotten it today on a thursdayI didnt get anthing in the mail so I call ATG and they said oh hmmm we dont know about that and the manufacturer cant send it out until a week from now Again another issue, another miscommunication, poor customer service, information, lack of experience and something as simple as a drain taking weeks for me to get
I would never order from ATG againI hate that the product comes from China but most importantly the product was not cheap, I paid a lot of money and to get the service I received which is all apologies and no results is very sadI will not ever buy anything from them again This whole process is taking a few months and I think at this point ive spoken to everyone at ATG and they really need training on how to do their jobs to be more professional and knowing what they are doing

I ordered an umbrella on 7/14/and the umbrella stopped going up as the cord broke in SeptemberI have requested a replacement and been given the run around since 10/11/

3/4/2018- positive experience and I would highly recommend this companyFirst of all I saved close to $on a piece dining set and matching counter stools instead of ordering from a furniture company We had to assemble the set and stools, but the savings were well worth it
Quality set and I am very happy with the purchaseA couple of problems with pieces (which were replaced within a week or so) The personal concierge service was exceptional and we have the highest regard for Jesse *** He was caring, concerned and was in daily contact with us to update the replacement stars recommendation!

It wasn't immediately clear to me that this company doesn't keep an inventory but rather ships straight from the manufacturer once they receive an orderThis is probably why their prices are more compatible than other storesIt also means longer shipping timesOnce I’d placed my order I realized I wasn’t going to receive the order on time as I’ll be moving soon and unfortunately had to cancelCustomer service was very helpful and because the item hadn’t shipped yet they were able to cancel for meI'll definitely return to this site for more shopping

Worst Company EverI ordered lights for a condominium that I work forThe picture showed a white fixtureThere was not mention of it being brownBut they shipped me brown fixtures, and they refuse to take them backI will never order from this company againDo they buy their A+ rating? of their reviews are negative!
