We purchased a sofa set (manufactured by J&M Furniture) on TheMine.com in April and it was delivered in May The list price of the sofa set was $2100, which both the manufacturer and the TheMine.com specified as good, real leather (not bonded leather)However, months into using the sofa set, we noticed the leather peeling off and the holes along the seams starting to get biggerWe thought it may be just at one placeWe monitored it closely for the next months and it continued to get worse
I realized that it is a defective sofa set, given how quickly it is deteriorating for a sofa set that costs $which gets less than moderate usageAs the product is still under 1-year warranty, I reached out to TheMine.com on Feb 3, 2018, asking them to resolve the issue, preferably return and refundAfter going back and forth for more than a month, TheMine.com claims that it is wear and tear, and that they not will repair or return/refund the unitHow can a sofas

On August 26, 2017, I ordered a Liberty Hamilton dresser from The MineThe order was delivered damagedI contacted The Mine to request a replacement to which they agreedSome time passed before I received a call from the shipper indicating the replacement was also damaged and they asked me if I would like to reject the shipment over the phone to avoid time and energy delivering it, only to have me refuse the order in personI agreed to refuse delivery by phone and contacted The Mine againI was assured a third product was going to be deliveredAfter some time passed and I had not heard anything further, I contacted The Mine to get a statusThe agent placed me on hold to contact the manufacturerI was assured the manufacturer had my order and was waiting for a pick up date from the shipping companyI was told I would receive an email when shipment was confirmedAfter several more days passed and I did not receive a confirmation email, I contacted The Mine again for a statusA

I ordered three bowls, I got something different than I ordered, tried returning....the other bowl was out of stock(surprise)So I kept asking for them to give me labels to return the wrong bow and was told to be patientI finally offered to pay, just to get the boxes out of my house...they gave it to me for freeI said just cancel the replacement I never want to work with this company or the manufacturer again (supposedly manufacturer was sending labels)I got the replacement bowl today and surprise it's a barrel dispenser

horrible experiencei ordered a vanitythe joke of a delivery company called the day before and scheduled deliverythey didn't arrive and the delivery date on the site magically changed
I chatted with the live chat on the minethey were utterly unhelpful with a that's them not us attitudethey offered no resolutions beyond speak to the delivery companythis ignores the core problem of they contracted with the bad delivery company
this company is actually lowes on the backend nowdon't buy in to their great american northwest marketingLame at best

Ordered two rustic night stands in a cherry finish
When they arrived, they were finished in a black wood grain
Called customer service and told them that they were the wrong color
ATG said they didn't go by the colors and the "pictures on the site didn't mean anything"
I could return them but I would have to pay for the return shipping costs (over lbs)It would be quite expensive so we are stuck with these dark night stands that we don't want!

Made the unfortunate mistake of ordering a bathroom vanity from ATG Never ordered from them previously but selected them as they were listed as a distributer on the manufacturers website Order was placed 11/& my credit card was of course immediately charged the following business dayReceived a confirmation email containing a link that does not work to track my orderIt just displays an error message Received a subsequent email indicating order shipped 11/only to receive an email approxweeks later saying they didn't know where my order was or if it had even shipped No movement reflected on the carrier's (Watkins Shepard) order tracking statusFinally on 12/the tracker was updated and to my surprise the item was delivered to the carrier days prior and no one attempted to contact me for delivery! I called carrier and was told they could not schedule delivery because they were overwhelmed with orders (isn't that their business?) and someone would call me backOver a week later I get a call very late in the day on a Friday with a voice mail stating that the item would be delivered the following Monday between 12-They simply went ahead & scheduled delivery without ever speaking to meUnfortunately I have to work for a living and did not have any arrangements made to take the day off or have someone at the house to accept deliveryDespite leaving messages stating that I would not be home at that time, the delivery driver showed up at my house to make the delivery They ultimately agreed to come back later in the day, around so I left work early to meet them only to have them not arrive or even call Spoke with the customer service rep at ATG the following day and there was really no explanation I canceled the order and requested a FULL refund The customer service rep agreed to refund my card Funny how they can charge my card the very next day after ordering, but my refunded was not applied the very day after cancellationCarrier's order tracking system shows "Order Complete" and I am awaiting my refund I am also now several months behind schedule on completing my bathroom renovation as I have to order from another company now- all the while having a contactor waiting for this item to arriveOverall horrible experience & hope this review saves someone else the same

my name is *** *** and the mine.com verification department is refusing my payment card that I have recieved with lowes a company that owns the mine.com this card is a lowes department credit card not a visa american express mastercard ectthey have informed me that I would not be able to use this card online and in the store onlyfine if the items I wanted to buy were not a online exclusive onlyi have talked with lowes credit card and they informed me that the payment was approved and even went over and beyond there end with calling them while on the phone with meonce we got to the right department and a superviser on the phone they would say over and over again they would hang up the information is privatewhen no information had been exchangedthere reason for the cancelled order was the billing info was wrongas you read it comes apparent that they are not conducting proper business and I would like to file this as my formal complaint

On March 28th I placed an order at atgstores.com for $My order number is ***I ordered a scale and my package arrived on the 31stWhen I received my package it was very light and upon opening it, it was emptyMy package was sealed with tape so I had considered the company forgot to include my orderI had contacted atgstores.com immediately and still have not received a responseThe lack of support offered by atgstores.com was neither satisfactory nor remedialAfter wasting my time buying from this website, and having to go to an actual store to buy my product, I don't think I will make the mistake of choosing to buy another product from this website

I ordered something which they said they hadGot an order numberweek later cancelled my order cause they said item was discontinuedIt was a good pricenow they offer the same item to purchase for double the priceDon't trust this companyThey're a scam

I bought a rocking chair from ATGStores.com when we tried to put it together the wood surrounding the cane seat cracked open about inchesWhen I called their customer service I was told our day warrenty had already expired They said they would Not replace it, all they would do is send the defective part that crackedThis chair had just came out of the box, broke while installing the screws, it never got use at all! I was told if they had the piece in stock! I never saw anything about a warrenty, I waited several weeks with the chair in the box for my husband to put it together! This company is a rip off! I paid $for this chair, customer service was suppose to talk to the factory and get back with me, that's been days and no responseYou can't trust anything you buy online, you don't know who is and isn't reputable, but after looking at their ratings and complaints After having this problem I see they have horrible ratings! I will never buy a single thing from them ever again, And I will put on *** to let the world know about this Untrustworthy Company who has Horrible Ratings, and turn them in to the Revdex.com!!!! I placed an order with your company on 11/19/I had a round table with four chairs placed in my cartI found a similar table but it was rectangular and came with four chairs and a bench for a similar priceI decided to go with that one instead so I was going to add that one to my cart and delete the other oneWhen I added it to my cart it said it was out of stock so I decided I would just move forward with the round table that was already in my cartI placed my order and then immediately received an email stating I had been charged $and some change because I had been charged for both tablesI went to the site and there was no option to cancel the orderBeing that it was Sunday night I knew I wouldn’t be able to get a hold of anyone until Monday morningI called the next morning at a.mCST while I was on my way to workI spoke with Cynthia who said it was no big deal and she would go ahead and cancel the order for meShe called me back shortly after to let me know she had spoken with Ashley Furniture and the rectangular table, four chairs, and bench had been cancelled and that I would be receiving a refund of $and would still receive my round table and four chairsCynthia called me back about four hours later and then let me know she did not cancel the order and the table had been placed on the truck and was being shippedSo Cynthia lied to me and told me she had taken care of it and then later went back on her word
I called back and was unable to reach Cynthia(This has happened every time I have called back after I have spoken with someoneThe person I originally talked to is never there.) I spoke with Katie who told me she would go ahead and get my refund processed since I was given incorrect informationShe let me know that refunds aren’t typically processed until the merchandise has been picked up and they can verify it hasn’t been damaged but due to the circumstances she would go ahead and process the refund(I do have voicemails to verify this.) When I did not receive the refund I called back againThis time I spoke with JocelynJocelyn restated the typical refund process so I said okI’ll wait until the table is picked upThe table was picked up on 11/29/by UPS
I decided to call in yet again because I figured it still had not been taken care ofI was right againThis time I asked to speak to a supervisor as I had not had any luck with the other representativesI was transferred to MikeI explained my situation, yet againMike informed me that no refund had been processed at this pointThat means the other reps who told me they processed my refund lied to meMike said they didn’t lie they must have just not known what they were doingMike told me he would speak to the accounting team and give me a call backI received a voicemail stating my refund had been processed and I would receive it in 3-daysBy this point I had lost all faith in your customer service department so this morning when I had yet to receive a notification of a credit on my account I decided to call yet again
This time I was transferred to TopherTopher informed me that yet again I was lied to and no refund had been processedHe said a dispute had been added for the charge on 11/27/I placed this dispute after I was lied to twice by the representativesI figured in case I wasn’t able to get this situation handled with your company that my credit card company could handle it on their endThe dispute was only for $as I wanted to keep the other table and chairs which was $Topher informed me that now it could take two or more weeks for me to get my money back due to the dispute and that your company accepted liability for the charges on 12/4/ (So your company was contacted on 11/27/yet the representatives continued to tell me time and again that they were refunding my money and I would receive it in 3-daysThat is TERRIBLE customer service.) I asked Topher if American Express would be able to verify that was the truth if I were to call them as soon as I got off of the phone with himHe said noI asked why not? If you are working directly with the credit card company on the dispute why would they not be notified that you have accepted liability? I informed him that I also had received no notification that this had happenedAmerican Express has sent out update emails every step of the way letting me know where they are in the process yet I received nothing stating they were moving forward as your company had accepted liabilityI asked if I could speak to someone over him because this clearly was not getting anywhere
This takes us to my last interaction with a member of your customer service departmentThis time I was transferred to ScottI was livid by this point because I have explained this situation to so many people and have been lied to by EVERY person I have spoken withHe gave me the same story Topher did as Topher had filled him in on our conversationI explained to him that I had lost all faith in anyone from that company at this point because I had just been lied to time and againI told him I wanted the money that was owed to meThis has already been going on for days and it’s just absurdBy the end of it I told him I felt like everyone was just giving me the run around because there was never any intention of refunding my moneyI am not trying to scam the systemI just want the money that is owed to meI don’t have the merchandise and I am going to be charged interest on a purchase that never should have been made so every day this takes is costing me moneyAt this point I feel like getting my attorney involved is the only other option
