Horrible Service, Yet to get my item
I ordered an item back in mid December and still have not received itIt was shown as available when I purchased the item onlineI received an email that the item was shipped Well, it never came I have contacted the company times and each time I'm given a different expected delivery dateDo not trust this company!

I placed an online order for a patio furniture set on the Lowe's website on April 2, (order 8735637) Checked the order status online but the item only showed in transit After a month, I called on May to follow up The rep said the item is still being shipped so just wait a few more weeks She said she will check on the order and contact me backNever heard back from Lowe'sFollowed up again on May and spoke with Lin She then informed me that the item has been lost in transit and a new order will have to be placedEscalated the call to the manager Sydney and questioned why hasn't anyone contacted me? She ensured she will follow up on the order and provide a credit once the item has been re-shipped Again, weeks later, still didn't hear anything back from Lowe'sI had to follow up again on May and spoke with Kira She advised me that the shipment is still in progress
Finally, June 15, the shipping company called for a delivery date She said the item wo

I purchased vanity on 11/11/ATG indicated that they have in stock and the item was promised to be shipped on 11/16/The item was delayed and shipped only on 12/09/I was offered a 20% discount for the delayThe item shipped was wrongATG offered to return this item and I didThe item was picked up only on 1/7/I placed a new order on 1/12/for the correct itemATG indicated that they have items in stock, however, after a week they indicated that the item is on back order and can be shipped at the end of MarchI canceled my order, however, I did not get the full refundI paid $1,and got only $1,on 1/21/The store caused serious delays and additional expanses during the bathroom renovation as the product was not delivered on time and when was eventually delivered it was wrong itemThe store was not able to deliver the correct itemOn the top of that they did not refund the full amountI contacted the customer service (Sidney R***, Custome

HORRIBLE!!! I ordered an item on black Friday Money of course was IMMEDIATELY removed from my account but didn't ship for 2-weeks later I was told the item was out of stock but their website never even listed that they had low inventory let alone none at all Traded emails back and forth for those 2-weeks without any actual information given to me It finally shipped a week and a half later than originally planned and the trucking company they used CEVA opened another can of worms for me to deal with!

I placed two separate orders with this company, the first on Nov and the second on Nov 17, and for the same item that was listed as "in stock" After waiting several days and not receiving a shipment notification, I began contacting the company directly via email & phone - after the 6th email to them and numerous unanswered phone calls, I finally received a response via email confirming that the items would ship out, the first on Nov and the second on Nov Inexplicably and a day later, both orders were cancelled without an explanation and they have still not responded to my latest email asking for a reason for this bewildering activity
It took nearly weeks of waiting and numerous attempts to contact this company, only for them to cancel my order and not receive the items I purchased - what a waste of time!!!

I ordered curtains from The Mine that were described and shown in the picture online as white, but the actual product was cream colored The Mine representative I talked to was very friendly and a replacement set arrived about a week later However, this new pair also was not white and the representative with whom I had been communicating did not respond to my e-mail about this problem I then called the 1-number again and was told that the manufacturer might decide to have me destroy the curtains or, if not, the manufacturer would send a return label, but that in the meantime, The Mine would issue a refund I waited some more and a couple of calls later and none of this has happened Overall, it has taken several weeks to get the curtains, get replacement curtains, and wait for a refund In my opinion, it has taken too long to resolve a problem that should not have happened in the first place

I bought a rocking chair from ATGStores.com when we tried to put it together the wood surrounding the cane seat cracked open about inchesWhen I called their customer service I was told our day warrenty had already expired They said they would Not replace it, all they would do is send the defective part that crackedThis chair had just came out of the box, broke while installing the screws, it never got use at all! I was told if they had the piece in stock! I never saw anything about a warrenty, I waited several weeks with the chair in the box for my husband to put it together! This company is a rip off! I paid $for this chair, customer service was suppose to talk to the factory and get back with me, that's been days and no responseYou can't trust anything you buy online, you don't know who is and isn't reputable, but after looking at their ratings and complaints After having this problem I see they have horrible ratings! I will never buy a single thing from them ever again, And I will put on *** to let the world know about this Untrustworthy Company who has Horrible Ratings, and turn them in to the Revdex.com!!!! If I have to,,, I will get an attorney, but I be *** if I'm going to allow them to screw me out of my money and get No chair!!!

They have an ebay store which they state they have "More than 10" of an itemATG Store Item #***, Ebay Item number #***It's a salt and pepper grinder set by ModernhomeThis is a standard cheap chinese made set that is available at 20+ other stores on Ebay and the webThey sent me an email stating that it's backorderedI called them, and it's backordered until FebI tried to reach them times via Ebay resolution center, called them, and live chatThey still have not cancelled my order and refunded my moneyThey take people's money for stuff they don't stock, and then make it VERY hard to cancel the order and get a refund

Made the unfortunate mistake of ordering a bathroom vanity from ATG Never ordered from them previously but selected them as they were listed as a distributer on the manufacturers website Order was placed 11/& my credit card was of course immediately charged the following business dayReceived a confirmation email containing a link that does not work to track my orderIt just displays an error message Received a subsequent email indicating order shipped 11/only to receive an email approxweeks later saying they didn't know where my order was or if it had even shipped No movement reflected on the carrier's (Watkins Shepard) order tracking statusFinally on 12/the tracker was updated and to my surprise the item was delivered to the carrier days prior and no one attempted to contact me for delivery! I called carrier and was told they could not schedule delivery because they were overwhelmed with orders (isn't that their business?) and someone would call me backOver a week later I get a call very late in the day on a Friday with a voice mail stating that the item would be delivered the following Monday between 12-They simply went ahead & scheduled delivery without ever speaking to meUnfortunately I have to work for a living and did not have any arrangements made to take the day off or have someone at the house to accept deliveryDespite leaving messages stating that I would not be home at that time, the delivery driver showed up at my house to make the delivery They ultimately agreed to come back later in the day, around so I left work early to meet them only to have them not arrive or even call Spoke with the customer service rep at ATG the following day and there was really no explanation I canceled the order and requested a FULL refund The customer service rep agreed to refund my card Funny how they can charge my card the very next day after ordering, but my refunded was not applied the very day after cancellationCarrier's order tracking system shows "Order Complete" and I am awaiting my refund I am also now several months behind schedule on completing my bathroom renovation as I have to order from another company now- all the while having a contactor waiting for this item to arriveOverall horrible experience & hope this review saves someone else the same

Spamming and other unethical and deceptive practices
I purchased a couple of ceilinig lights from this company on Ebay All was fine until this company started engaging in the intrusive practice of spamming my e-mail address without express permission, following the sale I then opened a return since open access to cyber resources that I pay for was not part of this simple contract First they issued an RMA, claiming I would have too pay return shipping, then I received notice from Ebay they contested the return and it was cancelled
