Horrible Service, Yet to get my item I ordered an item back in mid December and still have not received itIt was shown as available when I purchased the item onlineI received an email that the item was shipped Well, it never came I have contacted the company times and each time I'm given a different expected delivery dateDo not trust this company!

I bought a rocking chair from ATGStores.com when we tried to put it together the wood surrounding the cane seat cracked open about inchesWhen I called their customer service I was told our day warrenty had already expired They said they would Not replace it, all they would do is send the defective part that crackedThis chair had just came out of the box, broke while installing the screws, it never got use at all! I was told if they had the piece in stock! I never saw anything about a warrenty, I waited several weeks with the chair in the box for my husband to put it together! This company is a rip off! I paid $for this chair, customer service was suppose to talk to the factory and get back with me, that's been days and no responseYou can't trust anything you buy online, you don't know who is and isn't reputable, but after looking at their ratings and complaints After having this problem I see they have horrible ratings! I will never buy a single thing from them ever again, And I will put on [redacted]  to let the world know about this Untrustworthy Company who has Horrible Ratings, and turn them in to the Revdex.com!!!! If I have to,,, I will get an attorney, but I be [redacted]  if I'm going to allow them to screw me out of my money and get No chair!!!

On 1/21/17, I ordered a dining bench (ATG Order No [redacted] ; ATG PO No 6038726, item [redacted] by Worldwide Home Furnishings)The item took almost a week before it was even shipped out (not until 1/27/17, although the item was shown as being in stock), although the money was removed from my account before it was actually shippedWhen I finally received the item in February, one of the legs had extra metal covering the hole where the screw should be insertedI contacted the company by phone and spoke with someone named Susan at x***I explained the situation to her, and was told that a replacement leg would be sentThat took almost another week before I received thatWhen I received the replacement, it also had the same problem with extra metal over the hole for the screwI've had additional contacts with the company, with one of the last contacts being with a representative named Tonya who told me that a replacement would be sent within one to two daysThis morning I contacted

Ordered two rustic night stands in a cherry finish When they arrived, they were finished in a black wood grain Called customer service and told them that they were the wrong color ATG said they didn't go by the colors and the "pictures on the site didn't mean anything" I could return them but I would have to pay for the return shipping costs (over lbs)It would be quite expensive so we are stuck with these dark night stands that we don't want!

I ordered three bowls, I got something different than I ordered, tried returning....the other bowl was out of stock(surprise)So I kept asking for them to give me labels to return the wrong bow and was told to be patientI finally offered to pay, just to get the boxes out of my house...they gave it to me for freeI said just cancel the replacement I never want to work with this company or the manufacturer again (supposedly manufacturer was sending labels)I got the replacement bowl today and surprise it's a barrel dispenser

I ordered a product online from The Mine, recieved a much smaller inferior product with a different model numberPayment has been processed and my order confirmation and reciept show the correct product I purchasedTHE MINE is stating in order to get the product I ordered and have confirmation of, I need to pay an additional $

I purchase a product from the Mine (12/26/order #***) I waited, never getting the productI called and complained that they were advertising a product on sale that they did not haveI received a correspondence (email) from Racheal D*** on 1/5/She told me the company had no more productThen she said they had one left but it was damaged and could not send itThe Mines special price was in the dollar neighborhoodOn 1/18/I ordered the product from the company (Bradburn) that she said had noneNeedless to say I paid double the priceMy complaint alleges advertising as they did not provide the item they said they would and unscrupulous practice of blatantly lying to their consumersAfter this occurrence they did remove the item from their listed products a few days later after my first complaint to the Revdex.com

I had the same experience as another customer in regards to the mattress we orderedThe mattress was ordered on November 5th The money was debited from our account in less than hoursThe product showed a ship date of November 9th When I did not receive email confirmation of the ship date by November 11th, I attempted to access my account and find the order on their website but received an error message after I logged inI called customer service on November 11th to address my concernsThe representative told me that the item had already shipped and that they had an error in their systemI received an email today November 15th to inform me that the mattress was now back ordered and there was no anticipated ship dateI contacted Laura with customer service via online chatShe gave me a new ship date of November 18th and that I would receive an email with the tracking number on that dayI expressed my dissatisfaction and requested a refundThereupon, the customer service representative told me that she could not do thatShe could put in a request for cancellation but the mattress was either on the shipping dock or had already shipped so the request would not be granted(Do you see the problem? It has shipped, it is back ordered, we expect it to ship on the 18th, it is sitting on the shipping dock or has already shipped...) I have documented my online chat conversation and I will be contacting the Revdex.com in regards to this matterThis is my first experience with ATGStores and I will not be a repeat customer

They have an ebay store which they state they have "More than 10" of an itemATG Store Item #***, Ebay Item number #***It's a salt and pepper grinder set by ModernhomeThis is a standard cheap chinese made set that is available at 20+ other stores on Ebay and the webThey sent me an email stating that it's backorderedI called them, and it's backordered until FebI tried to reach them times via Ebay resolution center, called them, and live chatThey still have not cancelled my order and refunded my moneyThey take people's money for stuff they don't stock, and then make it VERY hard to cancel the order and get a refund

It wasn't immediately clear to me that this company doesn't keep an inventory but rather ships straight from the manufacturer once they receive an orderThis is probably why their prices are more compatible than other storesIt also means longer shipping timesOnce I’d placed my order I realized I wasn’t going to receive the order on time as I’ll be moving soon and unfortunately had to cancelCustomer service was very helpful and because the item hadn’t shipped yet they were able to cancel for meI'll definitely return to this site for more shopping

I can honestly say that ATG Stores has been one of the WORST experiences EVER! Ordered a floor mirror that came completely broken and shatteredI went through HOOPS and LOOPS to get a refundFinally got a refund and then came the issue of the broken mirror being in my home and ME having to cover the expenses to get it removedIt's NOT my fault that the mirror came broken so it shouldn't have to be my responsibility to have to pay for removalAfter speaking with about 5-different people, there was finally an agreement reached that if I could pay out of my pocket to have the mirror removed, ATG Stores would reimburse me $I found two gentlemen with a hauling company to do it and they charged $per personSuzanne B*** told me to email her the receiptI did that on Oct 20thShe told me it would take about a week or so to receive a checkStill, no checkSo I called Friday, Nov 4th and spoke with another gentlemen (his email is ***) and he told me that a che

Amazing company!!!
I ordered a large writing desk that came in three large packagesAfter putting it together we found a defect on one of the top partsThey immediately offered to refund or replace the item
We chose to replace the item and were sent free of charge a completely new set
after a few days we decided we don't want that desk and called them again
they said that we would only have to pay for return shipping ( costing under $for packages each over lbs.)
that in itself was a great experience but the labels are not adressed back to atg but to habitat for humanityso they are actually donating the perfectly good desk

I purchased items from lowes.ca and according to the website, there was stock available to fulfill the orderThe next day the order was cancelled because the product was sold out and they could not fulfill my order
There was no indication anywhere on there site to indicate that orders will be cancelled if they run out of stockThere was no message in the order confirmation email indicating that they will cancel the order if they don't have inventory
When I tried contacting them via email, I got a canned ail response saying there is nothing they can do
When a company promises to sell a product, takes payment for the product and tells customers that the items are in stock, it is unfair for customers if the company backs out of the contract without providing any alternatives,

Last summer this company held a contest where winners (from each state) would receive paint and painting services for a room of their choosing I was the winner for PA and I have my paint but no painting services I have tried repeatedly to resolve this with Melissa C*** @ATG to no resolution After some email exchanges it was brought to my attention that I needed to pick a painter this was never described to me Melissa stated she would do some research I still havent received any painter recommendations I have tried email, phone, and Facebook Messenger to get this resolved

We had a purchase arrive with some damage which we were originally going to ignoreEnded up dropping an e-mail grumbling about the issueTheir response was immediate and they were willing to do whatever it took to resolve the problemI've never received this level of help from *any* other companystars
