Horrible Service, Yet to get my item
I ordered an item back in mid December and still have not received itIt was shown as available when I purchased the item onlineI received an email that the item was shipped Well, it never came I have contacted the company times and each time I'm given a different expected delivery dateDo not trust this company!

I order a inch ceiling fan and the price was very reasonable easy to install no problems and I will be ordering products from this company and tell more peoples about it just love the site

This was my FIRST time ordering from ATGStores and I'm horrified! I placed an order for a floor mirror on Sept 29thOrder #***The mirror came today, Oct 6th and it's COMPLETELY shattered into piecesI called and spoke with a man and he told me to send him a picture and he would order me a new oneI NEVER heard back from him so I called back and spoke to Rene W***She then advised me that the mirror is out of stock and before I get a refund, she would have to put in a claim with FedEx first! WHAT?????? The mirror is BROKEN!!!! I emailed pics to both repsToo make matters worse, I now have to PAY someone to come and move this huge, shattered mirror out of my apartment and try to find a dumping field for itThat's totally unfair to me because it's NOT my fault that this happened

Item was received damaged, It took over months of back and forth to get a replacement, vendor rep promised full refund because of the issues and the promise of a refund was left on my voicemail so I still have it, but the refund was never receivedVendor Rep took my cell phone number and began calling and texting me from his personal phone without my permission

I just ordered a laundry hamper through their store on JanOn Feb3, I checked on my order which said it was "still being processed." On Feb8, my order NO LONGER EXISTEDWhen I called their customer service, the gentleman on the phone said they had sent me an email on Jan(similar to that day window you mentioned!)I checked my email and there was NO EMAIL SENT(I checked all spam/junk/promo)He said they were back-ordered for THREE MONTHSI told them that was unacceptable and that I wanted my money back(at least that went smoothly)But now today I get an email that says I canceled the order? WRONGYOU DID NOT HAVE ITEM AVAILABLEWhat's sad is that item is still being shown as available to purchase on their website, so some other sucker can go fall for the same trapIf I hadn't calledI would still be waitingyet without an order number to back me upand maybe not receiving my item until APRIL (if ever)! When I tried to post about it on their Facebook page, my post did not go upso, when people visit their social media, they can't see the *** experience others are havingtricky, tricky ATG StoresTricky, TRICKY! Shame on you for your deceptive practices!

On November 18, I purchased a Hanover piece ( swivel chairs and table )patio dining set from ATG stores Ebay listingThe cost was $1,shipped freeAll four chair backs are skewed, the table base has a poor finish, the table top rim has a two inch scratchThere was no damage to the shipping cartoonThe chair backs were manufactures defects do to misaligned weldsI have no explanation for the condition of the table top and baseI contacted the manufacture/distributor Agio International Company Ltdas instructed by the paper work that came with the itemsI spoke with Barb a customer service in Va BeachBarb was very understanding and helpfulShe said chair back replacements and a table base replacement would be shippedA refinishing kit for the scratched rim would be mailedI received additional chair backswere squared and acceptableOne was as crooked as the four original backsThe refinishing kit did arrive, but the replacement table base has never arri

Terrible I placed the order on 7/31/ They charged my credit card in full on 8/1/ I received an email on 8/4/saying the item had been shipped On 8/7/16, I clicked the tracking number link in that email to see what day my furniture was scheduled to arrive The link took me to*** ***s and their website said that the tracking number could not be found Thus began a week of phone calls to ATG Stores customer (non-) service Every time I called, someone told me they would work on it and that they would call me back Only once out of or more calls did someone call me back Even if they had no new information to tell me, they should have called me back because they said they would It points to integrity and honesty in dealings with a customer Do what you say you're going to do!
Finally, I called them on 8/15/and asked to have the order cancelled I posted a negative review on *** ***and then I got a call from someone at ATG telling me my refund would be processed right away (because in the review, I doubted how quickly they would process a refund) I guess they watch social media and the web for negative words about them
To top it all off, when my order was cancelled I received an email notification and guess what the reason was that they entered into their system? Reason for cancellation: customer could not wait Wow Really?
Please do not give this company any more business, they have to get their act together and not screw up the business they have before they can be trusted with more business

Ordering through this company has been a frustrating experienceI placed the order in November for an item that was listed in stockAfter about three weeks of waiting I received an email that the item was on back orderI called to get details and was given a new date for deliveryI patiently waited again, only to have the same thing happenIt is now late January and I still don't have my item! To make matters worse, at one point I contacted them through live chat and the person I was speaking to was so unapologetic it was just down right rude! I am completely disgusted at this point and have just attempted to cancel this orderAnd even that is not going smoothly! I received an email stating that they received my request to cancel but I will have to wait for conformation! Are you kidding me- they can bill me immediately but when I want my money back I'll have to continue to be patient for a refund! This company is a disaster!

I purchased a platform bed with drawers from themine.com I purchased this based solely for the storage space it provided The description of the bed is misleading as it says it is solid wood While this is true for some parts, the drawers are not This is not a cheap bed and yet the drawers are constructed in the same way that ikea drawers are with a sheet that fits into a slot on the drawer cover and therefore is not sturdy at all Very disappointing especially since I have experienced nothing but problems with these drawers since I purchased them just a couple months ago The front cover of the drawers comes apart from the other pieces after a handful of times of pulling the drawer out (which is the purpose and use) The king sized bed (which is what I purchased) is sold by the manufacturer for (https://laxseries.com/product/storage-bed/) for $2, If you purchase the same king size bed without storage, the price is $1,(https://laxseries.com/product/platform-b

I ordered something which they said they hadGot an order numberweek later cancelled my order cause they said item was discontinuedIt was a good pricenow they offer the same item to purchase for double the priceDon't trust this companyThey're a scam

I ordered two identical vanities along with five lights and two faucetsThe first two vanities arrived broken on the truck, and I refused deliveryThe next two came and one was brown and one was black, with different door stylesI placed the order on September 4, and reported the color difference immediately upon arrival on September I was asked which color I preferred and told they would contact the manufacturer and get a matching vanityI installed the first vanity based on that reassuranceI was told today, almost a month later, that they could not get a match and they would give me a 10% credit for my trouble of uninstalling the first one and reinstalling the two vanitiesThere was also a specific drain that was required for the vanities which was not disclosed in the specificationsThey did offer to pay for the drainsThis has added a month onto my timeline and cost me hours of timeVery dissatisfied

Web site did not give me an option for selecting finish, The picture was in silver which is what I wanted and I pressed add to cartI got brassThey did except return but charged me $shipping for something that was their web site fault

I ordered over a Queen inch mattress topper which was latex and specialized because I did a lot of research on what I needed for my backI waited weeks for it to arriveWhen it arrived it was a inch topper that was blue and memory foam and twin sizeNot what I ordered at all and I looked at my receipt and my original order had been changed from latex to memory foam after google shopping so originally I would not have gotten what I ordered at the time I ordered.Buyer beware! Scam I will never use google shopping again only amazon !

I ordered a $range & the experience was positive The FedEx delivery man was in constant communication, it was delivered within the promised window and we checked it on the street for damage without any push back from the driver It arrived in undamaged condition without any missing parts, it was installed the same day and so far it is working well and there appears to be no problemsThey even assigned a 'consierge' to ensure all went well Impressive
