Review: Unsolicited magazine subscription in my name. When I tried to cancel it with the publisher I was referred to M2 Media and was told they had placed the subscription. I have seen complaints from many other people of a similar nature about M2 Media. It is impossible to reach a person at the number given out for cancellations. This means that I cannot complain to M2 or to the magazine publisher or to the company who authorized the subscription. The best I can do is cancel the single subscription to the magazine I am receiving. I cannot tell M2 Media to cease opening subscriptions in my name.Desired Settlement: A letter from Mr. [redacted], CEO that evidences that M2 Media and any of its associated/subsidiary companies has placed my name and address on an exclusion list that will prohibit the opening of subscriptions or the provision of any other of M2's activities/products/enterprises now or at any time in the future.

Review: The above mentioned company has obtained my personal information and has, against my will, signed me up for magazine subscriptions. I have contacted them twice and asked that this stop and they have ignored all requests for service stoppage. It should be noted that there are a minimum of 337 complaints against this so-called business.Desired Settlement: Stop signing me up for things I don't want and stop contacting me.

Review: I recently received a magazine that I did not order. When I called the magazine [redacted] they told me that the subscription was placed through[redacted] magazine same address as M2[redacted]. When I called their number I was unable to get a live person to verify this was cancelled. The website I was referred to did not ask for a validation of my e-mail to confirm a cancellation. I've already filed a complaint with the [redacted] (complaint [redacted]). I was told by the [redacted] magazine service center that I could not cancel directly through their service line. This to me is fraud. A magazine was sent without my authorization and the service dept is unresponsive. I've never ordered magazines. I buy them from a newstand if I want one. This company was bought by another shady outfit called [redacted] and you can't reach anyone there either.Desired Settlement: Documented letter verifying that they cancelled this subscription and that they will not be sending or setting up any new subscription accounts. The account number on the magazine is [redacted]

Review: I have received 2 issues of Cosmopolitan magazine within the last 2 weeks. I do not want the magazine, I did not order the magazine and I am hopping mad that they are sending it to me. No live person was available to find out How and Why this is being sent. How presumptuous to run a business in this fashion! It has taken me considerable time to track this much information and I resent the implication that this is a productive way for me to spend time. Please stop!.....and an apology is in order.Desired Settlement: Stop the magazine!! and get my name and information off of any lists that you have!! I want to know the reason foe sending this in the first place

Review: Received a free subscription to [redacted] with a purchase. I received the magazine for a year and found a $29 charge to my credit card for a renewal subscription to the magazine. I received no notice from M2 Media that renewal was coming up and that I would be charged. I have disputed the charge on my credit card.Desired Settlement: Make sure my subscription is cancelled. Refund the $29 charge to my credit card.
