We purchased window from Mad City in Dec. The old window (almost 9 years old) leaking air, as it was facing windy side of home, we had lot of issues. The new window is really good as advertised. Initially we thought its on higher side for cost but now I must say- its worth life time investment (specially for Wisconsin weather)

We had our stand alone shower transformed into a full size walk-in shower. Work was completed in a timely manner with good quality and we have received many compliments on our new addition.

I had a great experience quick and easy that sales demonstration was awesome. Install was quick as well.

Mad City did our shower enclosure.Thed did a FABULOUS job in one day. We are very pleased. We would recommend them highly.

The communication between the contractor and his workers was unreal. Very disappointed and feel quite ripped off. Payed 10k to have the floor unlevel, walls unfinished, live wire left exposed, no caulk around shower head. Called the office several times to talk with upper management to only have only reply of local office with attitude. The leader took original contract with him before the job was started and now I see why!

We were in SERIOUS need of a new bathroom. Ours was the original from when the house was build waaaay back. The tub was green for goodness sakes! But we saw an ad and decided to give Mad City a call. The original quote was more than we wanted. Not the quote itself, but we got talked into things we didn't truly want and the price was out of our budget. The next day we called and said we wanted to pass; but a manager came to talk to us and after we explained everything we really wanted, we got a second quote and knowing that we were finally heard made the difference. We have a new shower stall and we couldn't be happier! The workmen were here by 8 am and gone by 4pm. They were nice, polite and worked quickly and efficiently. Now that we had the new shower, we planned the rest of our bathroom off that shower. It has made a HUGE difference in our house and we can't recommend Mad City enough.

Mad City did a great job on our shower conversion. Pete J helped us with the initial consultation and we enjoyed our time with him. He went above and beyond to make sure we would be satisfied with our final product decisions and we appreciated his honesty throughout the process. Installation was scheduled in a timely manner and took one full day to complete. The installer did a great job, was clean, quiet and respectful. We had to have a small shelf issue fixed a few months after install, but the guys came the next day and we've had no problems since. We're happy with our decision to go with Mad City and 100% recommend them!

Very efficient install, shower looks great! My only complaint is that the caulking is not easy to clean as it is a slightly sticky surface, thus catching hair/dust/etc.

They did a great job. Love our new shower - and they were great about scheduling! Installation took two days, but that's understandable considering we had a window replaced, shower done, and they also did matching walls throughout the bathroom so we were happy to have it done in two days. The initial sales visit was a bit high pressure but they negotiated with us to a reasonable price. We would definitely use them again.
