[redacted] and [redacted] ***: While we agree that the vehicle's performance has not been as good as we, the sellers, would have hoped, there remains a series of issues that prevent us from simply accepting return of the vehicle: With a modest down-payment and accident damage to the vehicle currently, it is nearly impossible to trade you into a second vehicle, without a larger contribution on your behalf, one that I understand you'd rather not makeThe vehicle's present mechanical issue is unrelated to prior ones (and we are making the repairs via goodwill as the vehicle no longer has statutory warranty protections) -- and we will finish repairs, as promisedThere appears to be little chance of getting an approval for another loan, given the current status of your credit and the additional contribution necessary to overcome that hurdleWe would consider a modest (month's) payment, as a one-time allowance in acknowledgement of your present inconvenienceI would hope we could resolve this soonWe are presently working on your other requests regarding credit inquiries and should have that to you shortlyThanks, [redacted] ***
