Review: I contacted the company based on a car search. They told me over the phone that they definitely had multiple of the car I was looking for (2 door toyota yaris). I drove an hour and a half thinking they would have what they said they did. I show up and we walk through a room with what seemed to hold way more than the legal capacity. (This is from what I gathered, where people apply for credit). Not only did they not have the car and pulled a blatant bait and switch, I told them to not contact me any further. I started receiving emails and phone calls from these people and again I told them to not contact me any more due to their false advertising. Not only have these liars not stopped spamming me, but at this point i'm starting to believe they are harassing me and it needs to stop. They need to 1. be investigated on how many people they hoard in a room in order to sucker into applying for credit, and 2. need to be told to stop harassing people. I want nothing to do with these people any more and they won't stop. Please help.Desired Settlement: Please just make them stop contacting me.

Review: We recently got a car for my mother and we where told by the sales parson, name [redacted], that we will be getting a referral fee of $250 in about 10 to 15 days, after a few week and many calls I made to the dealer,( sales person was never available, she was either with another customer or she wasn't there at the time, but before any of this happen, she call me a few times, asking me if my father or mother where ready to buy the car)

the reason we were to get the referral fee is because we own a jeep patriot and told my Mom and dad to get one new jeep cause we like the brand.

by the time the deal was being done, [redacted] told me that I should put my name in the lease for ensures purposes,

after we sign all the paper work and everything, [redacted] stated to us that in 10/15 days we will get a check for $250 us dollars.

after few days we started to call to see what was happening with the check, [redacted] was always unavailable, until I went to the dealer my self and spoke to [redacted] and she told we she had to summit the referral request form again because my name was in the contract and the dealer was refusing to give me what I was promise to get, she told me to give her a few day until she talk to [redacted].

a few day passed I started to call [redacted], again she wasn't available until few day later she texted me " your name is on the contract, so no" very unprofessional and rude.

I call Jeep customer support and they open a case regarding this issue, by the time Jeep call me back I was told "they are sorry but the dealer will not be given me the referral few cause my name was on the lease"

and because is the dealer policy Jeep couldn't' do much at the time, and told me to try and talk to the [redacted] at the dealer, which I have try to reach him many time with the same answer, [redacted] the ** is not available, he is with another customer, he will call me back, he is not in the office, I have left my number a few time and still haven't hear anything from [redacted] the **.

last Friday I was available to talk with some one name [redacted] in charge at the time) and he told me they will look in to it and will call me Monday (today 04/**/2015) I just call the dealer and [redacted] is not available today.

very disappointed and frustrated with this whole situation and specially when something like this happen the time I got my car 2 years ago, regarding the all weather mats for my Jeep Patriot Freedom Edition that it should come with the all weather mats wit the jeep logo, we never got the original special edition mats, but after a few month and many call and visits to h dealer they gave us some regular mat.

again I think the [redacted] of this dealer is being really unprofessional by not answering the calls.Desired Settlement: we where told by [redacted] that we would get $250. and even after we signed and she new my name was in the contract, she stated to us that we would get the check. that's all we want, what we where promise to get

We are presently reviewing your complaint. As to the referral moneys, I would hope that you could demonstrate that someone other than the referrer has purchased the vehicle. The company rules are in place to avoid fraud and I would need to demonstrate to our ownership that the referral is a proper one. I would hope that you could help me do so.Thanks,[redacted]

Review: I accompanied my daughter to said location to purchase a car on June **, 2013. My daughter is [redacted], same address. We met with sales person [redacted] who took us around the lot looking at several autos. My daughter found an auto she liked, a 2012 Nissan Altima. The sales person said it was in the low 20Ks My daughter was leaning toward a Honda Accords. [redacted] told her that would be more expensive in the mid 20ks. My daughter decided to take the Nissan with the idea it was in the low 20ks. I put up my 2006 honda civic as a down payment. [redacted] takes us inside to finalize the purchase., never telling us the actual price of vehicle. We meet the finance manage [redacted]. The paperwork is drawn up after 5 hours at the dealership. He has her sign all the paperwork without going over any charges. Upon reading over the paperwork when we got home. He charged my daughter 24,500 for the vehicle plus he added a $1450 charge for a service contract that was never discuss. After 2 months I finally had the $1450 returned and credited to the bank.Desired Settlement: I know she could not retreive the $2000 diffence between the sale pice but she should get a refund for the taxes charged as well as the two months of interest on the loan. Note none of their autos on the lot are marked wityh prices, so they charge anything they want. Unfare labor practices.

To Whom It May Concern:

Please be advised that I have reviewed the complaint, as well as the deal folder. I do not see any written indication that there was an alternate offer or acceptance of same. I would be happy to look at any information to the contrary.

If the customer would like the taxes and interest on same returned, we can discuss that in conjunction with a general release for same. I do appreciate that the customer is not pleased with their experience here at Major and will make an effort to try and resolve. It is my understanding that we have already returned the warranty monies.

Thanks

Review: I was never given a Monroney Sticker (Window Sticker) when I leased my car. I called an asked for it and they said that they do not have it. I want the sticker that came with my car / VIN#. They said that they will give me a sticker that is similar to my car and that is un acceptable. This is illegal according to the Automobile Information Disclosure Act. I then contacted Chevrolet and they said that they have not received my registration information since I leased the car back in January 2016 and its currently May 2016 I want my MSRP sticker that came with the VIN# associated with my car.Desired Settlement: To receive the MSRP sticker that came with the VIN#.

Business

Response:

Ms. Tovmasian: Please be advised that I have attached info on the 'registration' of your purchase of the vehicle (a 2016 Chevrolet Camaro, one of first in inventory of the new model). I'm uncertain what else you could be referring to in your complaint. As for the Monroney sticker, it is placed on or in every vehicle we sell new. I have had my staff order a second copy from GM so you can have a copy. I expect to have it within 5-10 business days. I will be sure to forward to you as soon as possible. Regards,[redacted]

Review: I purchased a 2006 GMC Envoy from Majorworld on Sept [redacted] 2006. I was told the vehicle was clean and previously a rental car from Virginia. I went to a dealership today to sell my vehicle which I have maintained in great shape in and out only to find that the vehicle had been in an accident with damages June 2006. Three months prior to my purchase. Had I know this I would never had purchased this vehicle . This deception caused the value of my SUV to decrease almost 2500.00 in resale value . Majorworld knowingly sold a vehicle that was involved in an accident and failed to tell the consumer ( myself). This very important information.Desired Settlement: I want a letter of apology as well as monetary compensation . My driving record and insurance record is pristine . If not for the previous accident known to majorworld I would receive the full value of my vehicle. They chose not to make this information accessible and known to me. I would never have purchased a vehicle that would decrease even more in value due to an issue that has absolutely nothing to do with MY history with the vehicle. I want to be compensated the 2500.00 that is automatically deducted due to previous accident and is part of the vehicles permanent history.

To Whom It May Concern:

While we do not have any liability for a vehicle purchased more than 6 years ago, I will attempt to review our records of the customer's transaction. A copy of any records in the possession of the customer may be faxed to [redacted], as we generally only retain 6 years of records (as per NYS DMV statute).

I will make a diligent search for customer records, but cannot promise anything further at this juncture.

First let me start off with that I have no confidence or trust for Major, prior to my experience that I am submitting this review for. Due to previous dealings that Major has had with my family, including but not limited to conducting un-warranted credit checks without permission. Despite my distrust for Major, they are the only Dodge dealer located in proximity to my house. So back in April I brought in my Dodge Charger for 3 different recalls, it was a 3 week wait for my appointment which I thought was fairly long but oh well. I came in for my appointment and stuck around for 30 minutes just for the service shop to tell me that they did not have my parts in stock. Why did I wait 3 weeks just for your business to tell me you were incapable of performing the services promised? They then informed me that they had ordered the parts and would be contacting me when the parts came in. I called back in June to see the status of my parts, still not in. I then called back today 9/**/15 and again, 5 months later your business still cannot perform the job needed. The service represented then told me that 3 other dealers nearby do have the parts in stock, essentially every other dodge dealer except Major. I refuse to ever again give my business to Major, and it surprises me that they have an A+ rating on Revdex.com.

Review: I placed a $100 check deposit on a car on 1/**/14. I went back into the dealership on 1/**/14 and cancelled the transaction. I filled out a "Customer Refund Request" form which I was given a copy of. I contacted the company on 2/*/14 about my refund which I had not received. I was told by [redacted] that the salesman, [redacted], never put in the request notice. I was assured that it would be taken care of. Today, 2/**/14, I contacted the company that would issue the refund, Telecheck, and they have no record whatsoever of the request for refund which they said they should have received by now. I called Major World again and talked to [redacted]. I explained the situation to her and was forwarded to [redacted]'s number on which I left a message. I asked him to please get back in touch with me about my refund issue or else I would file a complaint with Revdex.com. I have yet to hear back from him.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a refund of the $100 deposit on the car that I did not buy.

Sincerely,

Review: I made an appt to see a car and apply for financing on Tuesday June **. I was expected to see 2 sales rep and upon my arrival, I was attacked at all angles by a variety of salespeople. Once in the financing area, which appeared to be a cafeteria style area with sales people everyone asking if you were being helped and throwing business cards at you. It was clear that no one was going to look for the sales people I was there to see so a Mgr by the name of [redacted] decided to help. The whole process was unprofessional and it seemed as if they were only concerned to see if you qualified for financing. I did bring a friend, which I am happy I did because he was able to go toe to toe with them about the fact that we are not going to give any details about what we are looking for until we see the financial package I qualify for. After that is appeared they weren't willing to help because we were two professional people not going to play "the" game with them. I am extremely concerned that I filled out an application with all of my pertinent information, DOB, SS#, Paystubs, etc and I just feel my privacy is not going to be protected. I would have felt better if they shredded the documents in front of me before I left. I am aware this place doesn't have the best reputation but I also didn't expect to experience what I did.Desired Settlement: I want my paperwork shredded and to see a policy enacted that for all the applications that are not accepted that the paperwork be filled shredded in the garbage.

Review: Besides being ask by a different dealer(Honda): why did I paid that much money for a 2013 Dodge Gran Caravan ($35,180.34) on 09/**/13 when the real cost should of have being $28,000 (I was trying to trade it in with honda) , they (major world dealer) totally refuse to refund my extended guarantee money cancelation which I paid $3,995.000 to me or my finance bank. I submitted the cancelation paper work with [redacted]) since December **, 2014 and since then I have being calling about the status of my cancelation 10 times, I physically being there 6 times and every time I got a different excuse and dates but until this day I have nothing and every time I have called no one who can help me is there and the [redacted] always ask me to leave my name and phone number and that he or she will return my call but no one ever does.I was told by Honda, which I was trying to trade my vehicle in with, that I can cancel the extended warrantee on my own to" cut my losses" that I didn't needed the dealer to do it and that the I only thing I needed was my extended guarantee contract which I never got a copy from them. I asked my dealer for a copy and until this day they just won't give it to me because so and so is not in today, they say, or we will email it to you, or come back later or, and on and on and nothing happened. I finally found the insurance company contact information recently of my extended warrantee trough [redacted] bank, and they told me that they have cancel my insurance since May [redacted] 2015, they have sent the money to the dealer (major world) and that they had 30 days to credit me or my finance bank with 69.8% minus a $25 charged fee of the original $3995.00 but until today nothing has happened. The insurance office( warrantee Solutions) called the dealer and told them that they will call me and take care of the refund but again, no one called me, I called them and the same story repeats itself. no answers, no money.Thank you for your time and hope ysincerely, [redacted]Desired Settlement: I want my refund to be credited back to me or my finance bank so I can "cut my losses" since there is about a $5,000.00 that we can't figure it out how they were spend. We were first time buyers and they got us good. I laso want to make sure they refund me with the 69.8% of $3,995.00 minus the $25 charge fee Which comes out to $2,763.51I am afraid they are going to give me much less since they filed it and not me, but they refused to give me the info so I can have done it myself.

[redacted]: I would be happy to look into this matter. Although this is a prior ownership group, I would be happy to inquire what the situation entails.Regards, [redacted]

Review: I first went to major world website to browse for cars to buy I found a 2001 Honda civic I wanted to purchase I first called September [redacted] 2014 I believe to inquire about this vehicle and to check the availability, I was told the vehicle in question was still on the lot I then asked about financing I explained my credit score was low at 510 credit score and asked about down payment and I f even with my bad credit do they still offer $0 down I was told yes to just come to the lot and meet with one of their salesmen or to ask for [redacted] their manager. On September [redacted] or [redacted] I calls once again to check if this vehicle was still available was told yes so I hung up and me and my fiance decided to go to the lot to check the vehicle and try to get approve of the loan. I arrived on the premises and was first greeted by a salesmen I explain to him I was interested in buying a vehicle but I had bad credit and wanted to first apply and get pre approved for a loan before I looked at any cars he was very helpful and and nice at first he took us into a trailer where the offices and waiting area was he asked what vehicle are we interested if we get approved and asked us how much money we had on us to make a down payment I didnt like that he asked us about money and took offense since all we wanted was to get pre approved first but with offense taken I answered him I told him I was interested in the 2001 Honda civic I saw online and that we didnt have any money on us and explained to him I called a few days ago and was told by a lady that they offered $0 down payment no matter what credit his attitude then shifted and was told by him if I didnt have any money why would I come here and waste his time my fiance then told him we had $500 on us if we do decide to purchase so he calmed down and then gave us papers to fill out we filled out all the paper and he took them into the back room and came out 10 mins later saying we got approved for a higher amount then we wanted but we had to make a $3000 down payment and the bank will only allow us to buy a vehicle 2005 or newer with under 100 thousand miles we then told him were not interested in anything higher and only wanted that 2001 honda civic and explained to him if we had the $3000 we would just purchase the 2001 honda civic in full since askiing price was lower then the $3000 and I told him the smarter choice was to finance that, since thats something we could afford being that me and my fiance both are disabled and only received a small amount from our SSI that it makes no sense to offer us something we cant afford so he then told us that the 2001 honda civic was no longer available I explained to him that I called in advance and was told the car was not sold and was on the lot and he kept up with his story of the car being sold and was not on the lot I then asked him if I can give him the lot number and to check and he refused and stuck with his story so I then decided to ask to speak with [redacted] he said hold on and went into an office we waited 10 minutes then he came out with [redacted] I explained everything over with [redacted] he explained to me nicely and in a better way about how the loan process works and banks feel safer to only give loans on reliable vehicles that are 2005 and new and less then 100 thousands miles I said ok and then asked him about the car I wanted the 2001 honda civic he then told me the car was available but he also told me again the bank wont approve that car to try to co sign with someone with better credit or to save up the down payment and come back so I told him thats the car I really want and that I will asked a friend or family member to help me out but I will come back but I wanted to physically see the car before I left to go home since the other guy kept telling me it was sold he then asked the other salesmen I was talking to earlier the one that told me the car was not available to show me the car he took us to the car and left us in the middle of the lot while I was looking at the car with my fiance we noticed alot of issues with that car while we inspected and decided we didnt want that vehicle no more while we was trying to find a way out we bump into another salesmen and started talking I explained to him what happened to us and he showed us a few other cars we might be interested in and walked us out we went home and vowed to never comeback we did look at other dealerships and alot of other cars online and found alot of cars we wanted but those dealerships were all to far so when me a my fiance came up with $5000 we decided to just go back to major world we checked their inventory online and found a couple of cars we wanted we called and was told only one of the cars we wanted was available but they had over 3000 vehicles and most of them were not on their website to just come in and ask for [redacted] and he will take care of us we then explained what happen the time we went already and she then said to ask for [redacted] so on September [redacted] 2014 we arrived at 11 am and was greeted again by a salesmen and we immediately asked for [redacted] he took us back into the trailer and asked for [redacted] to be paged [redacted] arrived and introduced himself and asked what are we looking for we told him we wanted to see the 2005 honda civic and gave him the lot number he walked us over to the car and was asking us questions about what else are we interested in and we told him honda civics 2005 and newer or 2007 nissan altima and newer but had to be with under 100 thousand miles since thats what we got pre approved with but would like to purchase in full if we find something for $5000 since thats what we had and the honda we inquired about was only $4995 so we wanted to purchase in full and if it came out to a little more after taxes and other fees we will finance the rest so we then looked at the car and noticed alot of cosmetic issues and interior issues and told him about it he then replied that even with those issues he cant come down on the price that all that matters is the transmission and engine so we said ok we didnt like that car so he showed us something else a 2006 honda civic he said the miles on the car was low under 100 thousand and he asked us to start up the car and hear it so I began to turn the key and the car wouldnt start the battery was dead [redacted] tried to charge the battery for us with no avail the car was dead he asked someone to come over and help but the car wouldnt start so he said he will have someone work on it while he gets the papers ready for us since we decided to go with that car and was reassure by [redacted] that we will test drive be anything is finalized so we went with it and was walking back on the way back we seen two 2007 nissan altima one in black and one in silver he stopped to show us both we seen the black one first and liked it but [redacted] told us that the black one had over 100 thousand miles but the silver had only 80 thousands miles so we looked at the silver one and fell in love we started up the car perfectly looked under the hood and was clean all fluids were good then we noticed a few scratches but we were ok with it because [redacted] said he could lower the price but when we asked about the price he said it was not listed and he would have to check inside so we never knew the price of the car but we told him [redacted] blue book valued this car under $8000 he replied we always sell our cars under blue book valued so I got happy about that and told him we will get this car then he said hell get full prices and we will talk prices once we got inside and got the paper work fill out and I asked if their will be any room to negotiate because of those scratches on the nissan and that the honda didnt even start and he said we will talk prices inside so we went inside filled out the paper work [redacted] kept going in and out of the office he then took our paper work and said give him a few minutes he then came out 20 minutes later said we got approved but hes still calling other banks to get us a better offer so he went back inside and we waited really long time over an hour 2:00 pm was approaching then [redacted] came out we explained to him we had to hurry cause we had to pick up my fiance son at school at 2:20 pm he said hell rush it give him 5 minutes we waited 20 minutes and he came out we asked if we could leave or if my fiance could leave and come back he told us no because we already started the paper work so we couldnt leave but that he will be quick my fiance who suffers from anxiety was having an [redacted] because we was going to be late to pick up her son from school she started calling to see if someone could pick up her son from school we waited hours until [redacted] came out and said no one else would give us the loan and we had to stay with the one he found us I said ok we wasnt asking for you to check every bank and that he assured us it would be quick knowing we had to pick up my step son from school so 6:00PM already here he showed us what our mothly price would be still not knowing the price of the vehicle we still decided to go with the nissan altima since thats the one my fiance fell in love with with even tho both monthly prices were close to each other and knowing the price of the honda was $6995 I figure the nissan was around the same price and being in a rush to pick up my step son we agreed to go with the nissan he then said well be out of here in under an hour but he had to get the car checked out at the shop then washed and we could go he also said he would try to throw in a portable navigation which he never did so thinking we would be out of here quick we tried to calm down and we waited we finally got someone to go pick up my step son from school but it would take them an hour to get there and the principle already talking about he called the cops and who ever shows up first will pick up my step son that didnt help what so ever so we needed to be even more in a rush so I went into the office and asked how long and was told under an hour I explained to the guy that my fiance need to pick up her son from school and if we could just get all the papers to sign so she could atleast go to pick him up he said ok hell rush it and that I needed to call my insurance to get insurance so I did and had them fax what they needed I thought we was all done and now could finally finish signing and leave but we wasnt I was told the car was still in the shop so [redacted] said if the car wasnt back in 20 minutes we will drive up there to see what was taking so long 30 minutes later and they drove us to the shop [redacted] asked how long and was told 10 minutes they just needed to change the tires so we waited finally an hour later already 9:00pm and finally getting my fiance friend to pick up her son from school we started relaxing and the car was done someone from the shop took the car asked me and my fiance to get in for our test drive I thought I would be able to drive for the test drive but I wasnt I did not like that the kid drove the car over these big speed bumps pretty fast and every time you could hear the bottom of the car scraping on the bumps we also noticed the tire pressure light was on which wasnt there when I first seen the car and started it up so we asked about it and the kid didnt respond he turned the car over to [redacted] and [redacted] noticed it also and assure me if it didnt go off by tomorrow to bring the car back and they will fix it for us so we said ok so finally he drives us up to another trailer to sing the last documents I noticed the wrong color of the car was listed so they fixed it we signed and then thats when I noticed the full price of the car was over $12,000 which is not what we agreed to but being that I already sign they said I should of talked to [redacted] about it first but I explained he never told me the price I just noticed it now so I was pissed off but nothing I could do now right? so we left [redacted] came back got the car washed put our plates on and we left at almost 10PM took us 11 hours for the whole process we went home the tire pressure light never went off on the drive home I notice some transmission issues the car wouldnt go over 40 with out red lining so the very next morning we went back to the dealer and told them about I requested my money back and that they sold me a lemon oh and that I also noticed [redacted] also lied about the mils it was not under 80,000 it was over 110,000 but they told me to bring it to the shop so I did I also told them about the tire pressure light and they fixed we went back into the car and left we decided to take the long drive to Pennsylvania to check up on our house we was moving into so we drove up there and the tire pressure went back on while I was driving on the highway I also noticed a violent vibrate of my steering wheel when I reached 60 MPH I also noticed I was missing a wheel lug nut which I knew was there before we drove off the shop property because inspected everything I went to an auto store to buy a lug nut I tried to screw it back on but I noticed the stud was stripped and it would go on so after our 2 day weekend at Pennsylvania we drove home the next morning me and my cousin drove to the shop and I told them about the lug nut and the wheel stud need to be replaced I also told them the tire pressure light went back on and about the steering wheel, they fixed everything except the tire pressure light I was told all four sensors was bad and need to pay $500 to fix it I told them no I was told by [redacted] it would be fixed so we got the car back and again I drove to the dealership and explained to them that I just purchased the vehicle and the tire pressure was on and they are telling me that I need to pay for it which it wasnt fair since [redacted] assure me it would be fixed when I brought the car over that next day and it came back on I was then told to wait for the [redacted] the [redacted] came and I told him my tire pressure light was on and that [redacted] assured me it would be fixed the [redacted] said if [redacted] said it will be fix then to bring it to be fixed and ask for the [redacted] of the shop that he was calling so they would fix it and it was coming out of [redacted] pocket since he promised me it would be fixed he also paged [redacted] and asked me to sit and wait for him [redacted] came and the [redacted] talked with him privately and [redacted] came and spoke to me and said I have to pay because it wasnt a safety issue so there are not required to fix it so I left infuriated and have since never returnedDesired Settlement: I either want a full refund or to readjust my payment and final price, the price was not what I agreed to

Response:

Please note that I have enclosed 3 of multiple documents that reflect the economics of this customer's purchase.

Purchase price, aftermarket warranty (for life of loan), vehicle mileage and other information is clearly presented. It is the deal negotiated and agreed to, absent some other writing.

At this time, I would be happy to entertain the possibility of having an estimate presented for work that is needed on the vehicle. We believe in customer satisfaction, so I would consider resolving this with a review/authorization of the work claimed to be needed. While we reserve the right to do it ourselves, I would consider having a mechanic closer to the customer's home do the work, for the convenience of the customer.

Regards,

Review: I purchased a car with a $4,000 deposit. The car fax report given to me by dealership did not show the car was in an accident. Upon taking it for photo inspection, car was found to be in accident with major damages. A body shop. also confirmed the car was in an accident. I took the car back to dealership and requested refund. They only refunded me $3,000 and said they needed to keep the rest of my deposit for " paperwork". Please help me obtain the rest of my refund of $1,000.Desired Settlement: I need my money back please. If I knew the car was in an accident I would have never of purchased it.

[redacted] (#[redacted]) called me today. We are looking into the matter, but I believe he paid that $1000 to get out of a vehicle he didn't want. I'm going to try and resolve the matter. We are presently being sued in Small Claims over the same issue.

Thanks

Review: I saw an advert online ,[redacted] and I apply for a pre-qualification. I got an email confirming my application was accepted. A lady by the name of [redacted]r called me about the SUV, I specifically ask her how many time they will have run my credit because I am trying to build my credit and I dont want issue to damage my credit. She told me they only run my credit once. she made an appointment for the following day. On getting to the Majorworld showroom, I discover that the SUV I applied for was just bait to get customer and that The SUV was not even in working condition. A Man named [redacted] who took me around then try make sign for a vehicle higher in price and way beyond my budget. in process, he ask me for my SSN and I ask why he need my SSN and if he was going to run my credit again? he said no that since [redacted] has run my credit once, they have it on file and they dont need to run my credit again. I gave him my SSN. at the end, I refuse to sign or accept any order vehicle beyond my budget and I had to leave.

By monday morning, I recieve credit alert that Majorworld had 8 hard enquiries for credit report. they are trying to enforce a vehicle on me at all cost looking for credit from varies bank there damaging my credit that I have working hard to build.

despite insisting they only run my credit once, they lied and run my credit multiple times with various credit agencies.Desired Settlement: I want all the unauthorized hard enquiries on my credit report they make to be removed. I only permit them once

Response:

Sir-

Without responding to the specifics of the allegations, I am sure that I can assist with the inquiries.

If you would like the inquiries removed quickly, I would simply need an email, addressed to me personally ([redacted]) at [redacted].

That email would require:

1. Full legal name, current address.

2. A request to remove all inquiries (and , importantly, the dates of the runs)

3. Specify the corporate names that are on your credit report so I can be specific regarding the removal letters

Look out in your mail for the Inquiry Removal Letters and further instructions so that you can verify they got to credit reporting agencies.

I apologize for any inconvenience caused, and I would be happy to cooperate as soon as I get the above described email.

Thanks,

Consumer

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

Review: I am leasing a Jeep Cherokee from Major World Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM. Starting August * I receive "Service Transmission" error in the car. This happened on a highway and on local streets. I made a service appointment and they said it was supposed to be fixed, but I keep getting the same issue. The car does not go further than first gear and I am concerned for my well being while driving the car. I expressed my concerns to both dealership and mechanics that serviced the car, but they said that there is nothing they could do until a week from now. It is dangerous to drive a car that is not working properly, especially for this long. When I asked for a loaner car, they refused to explain the procedure on how to apply for it. Specific names of people involved: Liz and Nicole.Desired Settlement: New equivalent car for the remainder of the lease or immediate fix. I rely on car every day so for the duration of the fix I need a loaner car.

Response:

Please be advised that our customer service personnel (Ms. Liz R[redacted] at the showroom - ###-###-####) are aware of the issue. Unfortunately, union rules and a holiday weekend mean that the vehicle cannot be seen until at least Tuesday.Any loaner vehicle would have to be approved through Chrysler itself. The customer can set up a complaint with [redacted]'s customer service #s, so that by the time the vehicle comes in next week, there might be a head start on the approval process. We apologize that more cannot be done at this moment, however, we would be more than happy to assist next week. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.Eric K[redacted]

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

When I asked about the process of getting a loaner car I was not given an answer at all. Instead I was told repeatedly that there are not a lot of loaners and they have to be approved by the service center. I strongly believe that when a customer asks **HOW** to do something, business is obligated to describe the procedure in the most detailed way possible instead of being told that there are not a lot of loaners- I do not care about that at all. I lease a car from this dealership and I brought the car for the same issue before. It **SHOULD** have priority in being fixed, since your business did not repair it properly the first time. This gives Jeep bad reputation. As for Liz, when I called her she said to wait while she is going to talk to Nicole in regards to this issue. Towards the end of the conversation she said there is nothing they could do until Tuesday, so I asked to be transferred to Nicole so I could see what my options are. I mentioned to Nicole that she might be aware of the situation since she just spoke to Liz about this, but to my surprise Nicole said that she did not speak to Liz at all. This leaves a bad impression that Liz did not even bother finding this out and had a boilerplate refusal answer for any issue, since that makes it easy to get rid of customers.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[redacted] I am not sure what is there to appreciate about this situation. I most certainly do not appreciate any part of it. As I mentioned earlier, your business did their absolutely poorest by not providing me with the requested information. Regardless of the amount of the loaners, your business failed to walk me through and share at very least the phone number for [redacted] or any other next point of contact. I did not ask your employees to give me a loaner. I asked them to provide me with the proper details so that I could do what any person in my situation would do- contact proper phone numbers, fill out proper paper work and get a loaner while the car I lease from your business is being repaired yet another time. This issue is not about loaners, but the attitude towards customers. Additionally, I do want this to be addressed: I created a service appointment, took a day off from work, brought my car so it can be repaired. Your service said it was repaired, but right after that I had the EXACTLY THE SAME ISSUE. I do not understand how this fix should not have been bumped in priority, since it was your service that did not do their job. Instead I was told by everyone at your business that I gotta wait a week due to few other cars in the queue and there is nothing that could be done before then. This experience will definitely repel me from any future business with Jeep not because of the car, but because of the poor service I received. There is certain level of trust being put on the business that provides a car lease, especially in the moments when I [redacted]PAY[redacted] for the car that is not worked as advertised. This is a sign of bad faith from your business that reflects further on the entire brand. My son is leasing a Jeep as well, but after going through this experience neither of us will continue our business with you. We will also make sure to share this experience with the community we are involved in our full capability.

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

Business

Review: I recently purchased a 2015 Chevy Equinox on March **, 2015. I arrived at 1130am and didn't leave till 2130. I made it clear to the salesmen [redacted] I needed an AWD vehicle. The loan officers were very persistent in trying to sell me something I wasn't interested in, however I understand their need to move vehicles that have been sitting on the lot. That isn't my issue. Finally, after most of the day spent there, [redacted] who was a great help showed me the vehicle I been looking for. [redacted] told me, these vehicles are great and usually the dealer is charging $2200 above the sticker price for dealer fees when selling these Equinox. I made it clear to [redacted], in front of my wife, child and mother that I would not be willing to pay anything over the sticker price. The sticker price was $28,795. That was my price agreed with [redacted] on. Before giving my $4000 down payment, I asked to see the final price of the vehicle, [redacted] escorted me to the finance department where I was shown the total vehicle price of $28,795. [redacted] then explained that taxes and registration and plate fees needed to be added. I then clarified with [redacted] that I was not paying anything over the sticker price excluding the obvious taxes, registration and plate fees. He and the loan officer told me that was correct. Now, almost 4 hours later, after they have received my down payment and got the car ready with plates and all, we are taken to a separate room to sign all documents, which in my opinion I felt I should have seen and signed prior to my down payment. [redacted] and [redacted] who are the finance guys said all that is to be taken care of at the end. This being my first new car purchase, I blindly took their word for it. When signing I noticed that the total vehicle price was now showing $29,424.97, a difference of roughly $630. [redacted] and [redacted] were both gone at this time as it is near 2130, I sent my mom home in the vehicle that got me to Major World. I disputed the price with the young lady who was having me sign everything and she said that was something I needed to take up with either [redacted] or [redacted]. So I reached out to both of them and after several days I finally spoke with [redacted] claims the difference of $630 was due to my poor credit and that money was used to get me a lower APR. My reply was "how much would it have cost me to get 0% opposed to the 7.9% I ended up paying for", [redacted] told me"that is not how it works". [redacted] then went on to tell me that the $630 difference were dealer fees, which my response was, if those are dealer fees they should be detailed as so on the bill of sale, not just thrown on top of the vehicle price. To me that is unethical, I with the salesman agreed on the sticker price since they weren't trying to be flexible with coming down on the price. I never agreed to pay more than the sticker price. [redacted] asked me if a new [redacted] would make up for the difference and I replied, something is something. I was sent a used [redacted] from [redacted]. Major World practice unethical procedures, they offer a year of free oil service only if you give them a perfect rating on all surveys. This is why on paper they look great but dealing with them wasn't the best experience. Outside of the very helpful and understanding salesman [redacted], the finance department takes advantage. I tried to give them time to come with a solution and they failed to do so. I come to Revdex.com to help find a solution with why they charged me $630 more than the sticker price.Desired Settlement: I want there practices examined and a refund of the roughly $630 that I never agreed on paying and in which they never discussed with me. I now know paperwork should be done before a down payment is applied.
