Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. It's unfortunate that as a loyal costumer I have to go through all of this just to return a car that belongs to them and it only takes 5 minutes to complete.
Sincerely,

[redacted]: After reviewing the service history and the financial structure of your purchase, I have to disagree with your assessment. First, the retail value of the 2009 Corolla is over $9,000 (NADA Retail) almost exactly what you paid for same. There wasn't an excessive profit on this deal,...

nor does it appear that you were treated badly when you brought attention to some minor issues at our service facility: Brakes and rotors were replaced (although not necessarily necessary) and all other repairs were made...all, I believe, on the same day the vehicle was brought in for service. While we certainly hope that all of our customers are fully satisfied with their purchase, I might make the point that, perhaps, you didn't consider that the purchase of a 7+ year old used car may have some inconveniences. We would hope that we could address them promptly, however, an older vehicle will often have squeaks or rattles that develop over time. We are confident that the vehicle we sold you will give years of service and stand ready to assist if an issue arises in the future. Regards, Eric K[redacted]

[redacted] did approve the loan and even reached out to the manager at Major World. There is no reason to add $3k on top of the asking price additional to the taxes and tags

We are presently reviewing your complaint. As to the referral moneys, I would hope that you could demonstrate that someone other than the referrer has purchased the vehicle. The company rules are in place to avoid fraud and I would need to demonstrate to our ownership that the referral is a proper...

Customer left $ on 3/**/16. We have posted signs that indicate that refunds may take multiple business days. This down payment was left on a Friday and placed back in the consumers' card on Tuesday, March [redacted]. (See attached accounting entry for said info.) That money should be in her account...

and if it is not, I would ask that she call my office at ###-###-####. Thanks, [redacted]

Based on the pricing ($5000) for a '13 vehicle with an original MSRP of between $30-50k, it makes little sense that this was anything other than an error on our behalf.I apologize for any inconvenience caused and would be happy to address any other concerns directly with the consumer, if he so chooses.Regards,[redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]I am aware of the balance left from my previous vehicle that was added on. My concern is the vehicle damage did not match the amount of what the car should have been priced at the time of sale  knowing the car would not have a normal depreciation for resale. I will follow-up with the resolution for another vehicle to resolve the issue.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

We'll take a look at the matter, right away. As it is in our interest to sell a vehicle, I'm certain there's a legitimate explanation for the issue. Regards,  Eric L. K[redacted] Compliance [redacted]

First, I would like to thank [redacted] for his response. I appreciate his apology, but it doesn't fully compensate for the quality of service I received from the staff at the service center in Long Island City. I have received no updates pertaining to the investigation of practices and customer service experienced, nor have I heard anything pertaining to an apology from the staff, especially the [redacted], and a possible bill adjustment. I look forward to further response and action toward working things out.

I lost 2800$ on my trade in due too the damage of the car. I did sign a car fax that was missing the accident off of the original history. Reading other Revdex.com reports it shows that major world has a history of convienetly taking negative things off of certain reports. It is false advertising to sell a car and not tell the history to the buyer. You notice the car fax wasn't attached to the email just a cover sheet. Major world should pay me the different I lost on my trade in. I would never had purchased the car if I was told in advance of a accident. The salesman told me the car was accident free! As is too me was a car clean of any events accidents, water damage, etc. I would like something done to resolve this as even if I brought the car under the retail price of 1000$ I still lost money. The fact that you had to list what the car was sold for shows me that you knew there was a accident on the car. I would like some sort of compensation  due to the word of your salesman and staff for not disclosing info. The accident now shows up on car fax conviently after the fact.

The 1000$ under price as you keep saying doesn't fix the fact the the car was damaged and lost over 2800$ of retail value. Why would I ever purchase a car again from your dealership when all you do is blame carfax  and you are obviously unaware of the damage to you cars as you sell them as accident free. It's false advertising your salesman stated when asked by me did this car have any accidents he said know I would not lie to you. I find I interesting that another  dealership discovered this issue immediately and took the time to verify. I would like to recoup what I lost via some type of compensation. I was promised and given the word of your sales staff and was let down by given trust to a untrustworthy dealership. Reading the other complaints against your dealership I am not alone in my findings. All I'm asking for is what I loss on my trade in the deappreication of the accident being a side impact is costly. I would take less then the fee I'm asking just to move on.

First, please allow me to apologize for the treatment alleged by this customer. There is no reason why a dispute should become so heated and it is my staff's responsibility to see that it doesn't get to the point it has here.We will be looking in to the incidents and, rest assured, there will be...

supervisors addressing the procedure and personalities at our [redacted] area. I greatly appreciate your input and wish you the best.If there is a specific thing that this customer would like us to do, we would certainly consider all possibilities.Regards, [redacted]

ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I have tried on more than one occasion to contact [redacted] with the number provided and continue to receive his voicemail. I don't get my calls returned after leaving a voicemail and found out today by NISSAN that the seals to my Murano's All wheel drive were not there and would have ruined my car had I tried to use it. This car was NOT checked prior to being sold and could have caused some major damage to myself and anyone in my vehicle at the time that I would have tried to use my all wheel drive. I have reached a point of no return and DEMAND an appropriate resolution.

We certainly apologize for any wasted time visiting us. Our phone staff are trained to invite interested customers to our facilities, I just can't imagine that a '13 Explorer was being advertised for such a low price. (I don't see one on the site now and if you have images of same, I would be happy...

to take a look.I'm sure my boss would be happy to cover any costs for your visit. Contact me at this email address or ###-###-####.Regards, [redacted]
