This is the same nonsensical response they gave last time I have an email from the business confirming cancellation prior to delivery I will be pleased to forward it to anyone who requests it, including the media The business knows they are in the wrong and are just attempting to stonewall This is utterly unacceptable and bordering on fraudulent.Regards,

Unfortunately, there is not anything that can be done about an overbooked order. The flushable restrooms are for weekend events only not an extended time period and our sister company in New York did not have one for a month rental.Arwood Waste was NOT trying any bait and switch method as
we are a very reputable company. We just plainly could not supply the unit

Here is a copy of the email that was sent advising that there would be a yard not a yard delivered"Due to the service address and landfill fees, there will be additional fees for mileage and tonnageThe largest size dumpster available in this area is a yardPlease be aware, if you

Arwoodwaste sincerely, apologizes for the issues you incurred however, your credit card has been credited back as of 12/21/

The $2,is due on this account for services rendered. It is absurd to think that each and every city in the United States has the exact same unit. Arwood Waste fulfilled the order as requestedThe comparable unit can be seen at ***Mr

Company's response below:Good Morning, I apologize as I thought for sure I had responded to this complaint at least one time.Ms*** doing business as *** *** does in fact owe Arwood Waste a total of $This does include a mechanics lien on the property for non payment. I
realize that her service may have been missed a few times however, this was also due to non payment. Arwood received payment on 7/17/however, the lien was placed on 7/9/as we had not received a payment since 2/17/15. Thank you,*** *** *** *** Arwood Waste & Demolition

This account does have a zero balanceWe have system generated letters that just go out periodically, sometimes these letters to not stop going out due to a glitch in our in house system.Ms***, I do sincerely apologize that Bri did not at least send you an invoice that does say zero

I am rejecting this response because:It is factually inaccurate an doesnt address the issue or take in to account the correspondence over the last monthsHere is my rebuttalIn regards to the honest *** being let go for doing the right thing, I don't know what to sayI have attached all the emails starting in December begging them to stop sending bills and that we never received the toiletI am not sure what the response will be to thisMaybe they don't accept emails as a form of communicationI have also kept a log of every time we called, who we spoke to and who was supposed to get back to usArwood has been playing a game for monthsYesterday I finally had to tell each person on the phone I wanted to speak with the *** to resolve thisWhen a *** finally got on the phone and was confronted with the emails she hung upThere was no cursing or verbal abuseAs I said before based on the number of similar complaints I am guessing this is the norm for themAll we want is to be left alone and the billing rectifiedWE NEVER RECEIVED THE TOILETWe will be sending a letter with all the facts attached to them certified so they can't claim they didn't receive itI will attach that letter to this chain as well

Arwood Waste apologies however, we were not able to supply the portable restroom as our sister company did not have any units availableAs far as not going in that area either my employee misspoke or the statement was misunderstood

I have an email from the business dated prior to the delivery confirming order cancellation They received my cancellations and I can prove it I have also forwarded this email back to them multiple times.No one at the site was authorized to speak on my behalf No phone call from Arwood informed me of any charges In fact, when I called them back on delivery day I reiterated that the order had already been cancelled.The business' failure to adequately communicate internally is not my problem.Regards,

All I can do at this point is apologize that Mrs*** feels as though she did not owe the $for weekend services that were indeed renderedI have gone over and beyond to keep peace with Mrs*** however, there was no way I could waive the $as this was a legitimate chargeShe states that *** Arwood said she abused him well he is the owner and takes it very personal when his staff is called bimbo's and just plain stupid(not her words verbatim but that's the jest.) Arwood thanks Mrs*** for her business however, we understand she feels she needs to take her business elsewhere and I hope they do not have to endure the same abuse that we did

At this time I do not see that we owe a refund to *** *** as she had threatened to not pay Arwood Waste for services rendered at the beginningI understand *** was very upset that the unit was late however, we did supply the unit per her request
